i loved the cleanness and the neatness of the hotel and its amenities. The staff including the reception (Mohammed thank you), the night guard, the restaurant staff, as well as the cleaning crew were professional, and showed that they really cared about the quality of the service they delivered

There is nothing that I did not like. Perhaps a designated workout space would be a nice cherry on the cake

Great location. Wonderful, friendly, helpful staff. I came as a disabled guest after breaking my ankle. The staff members were all so lovely and accommodating. They upgraded our room to make it easier for me. They made our stay so pleasant and I honestly see this hotel as a home from home. The bathroom was so lovely and big and the breakfast was modest but delicious.

I had a comfortable room with a nice view over the Avenue des FAR. Breakfast is very good (though the second day cheese was missing and yoghurt came late). The hotel is only 10 minutes walking from the railwy station. My room was very quiet and wifi is quick. Staff is friendly.

The hotel is rather far from the medina and reception has no town map. So the first day I couldn't even find the medina! (I have no smartphone...) On my laptop I learnt the road by heart, found the medina (50 minutes walking from the hotel) and in the medina I could buy a map of the medina and the Ville Nouvelle. (20 dirhams; I would have paid 100 dirhams too!) There are no tea facilities in the room but you never find these in Morocco!

The staff were friendly and welcoming from arrival to check out. They offered the warmest of welcomes and were keen to assist with making plans for our stay in Fes and our onward travel plans. Staff at breakfast could not be too helpful. The hotel has a nice feel, the bedroom was large and well appointed and breakfast was plentiful, a good range and good quality. The room remained a good temperature during a heat wave and the fridge in room was also much appreciated.

There were a couple of small maintenance issues which could have benefitted from closer attention - in particular some of the plastic tiling in the shower was gaping which seemed to lead to a small amount of damp from the shower area coming through to the adjoining bedroom wall. The mattress seemed good quality and new but was quite firm which my partner and I found less comfortable after a few nights. The location is distant from the medina area (though we knew this on booking and the reception staff gave us information about how to hail a taxi from outside the hotel, which was simple and inexpensive)

Everything was available and if you didn't have anything or wanted something, don't worry, You have Omar with you at the reception and Amin took care of your needs with Adnan in the restaurant. Everything was great. Thank you Atlas Saiss thank you Omar

Overall, the stay was good. Comfortable and rooms, with good hot water. We had a nice balcony to walk out to as well. We had reserved two rooms for our family, and they were conveniently next to each other. The hotel staff were also quick to respond and helped arrange a taxi service to pick us up from the train station, which is conveniently just 5 mins drive away.

The restaurant and breakfast service can use an upgrade. The coffee was cold, the water dispenser didn't have water, and the hot breakfast and baked items were generally cold and dry. We also had Wi-Fi connectivity issues, had to switch between two connections and sometimes neither worked.

The property looked very well kept. Both the bathroom and bedroom felt spacious. AC worked great! The property offered an airport shuttle service for an additional cost.

The walls were a bit thin. I could hear the neighboring apartment.

The hotel make me feel so comfortable. AMINE and WALID are so nice and helpful. When I came to the hotel, they smiled to me and gave me a good welcome, immediately I feel I am relax. The dinner and breakfast are very delicious. All the staffs in the restaurant are also very kind and helpful. The room are big and clean and from the balcony, I can the the beautiful city . The bed is comfortable. I am very satisfied to the hotel.

Hotel team were truly wonderful. So friendly. Happy to answer any question. Buffet breakfast had a good selection: fresh, quality cakes and sweet breads; hot selection; freshly squeezed juices. Kept us going until mid-afternoon! Very clean rooms, simply but attractively decorated.

Wifi often not working in rooms or main reception. Reception team helped me set up different access but often had to use my husband's local network to tether and get wifi. Hot water would often run cold before 9am. We're early risers, going for a run but would have to settle for cold water before breakfast :( Fes football team stayed over at same time. It was very busy, very noisy. One coach group stayed also stayed at same time - noise prevented any sleep as guest doors slamming shut, left open (security bleeping) and loud conversations. Hotel team did send a complimentary bowl of fruit to apologise, super thoughtful. Being clearer with guests on arrival about 'quiet times' e.g., after midnight may help!

Everything was good. The rooms was good, it was clean and the breakfast also was nice. The employees were super kind. I recommend this hotel.

It's not close to the Medina if you want to walk....you need to get a taxi or a car. In my case that I was not in the city for tourism the location was good .
