The Marriott ensures impeccable service and it never disappoints me. The amazing staff ensures to make it a pleasant stay. A young lady named Noura at the reception was very welcoming & ensured that my stay was pleasant & comfortable. She helped me at the time of troubleshooting too. Mohammad at the Moroccan restaurant was a great host & the lady at the room service desk was prompt & very helpful. I would like to congratulate the group for the amazing staff.

The Menu can have some more vegetarian food options. This is just a feedback.

Beautiful facilities, gorgeous gigantic pool, free parking, and exceptional customer service. It felt like an oasis in the middle of our 2-week trip to Morocco. We'd been staying at riads, which were all very nice, but our two kids (13 and 16 y/o) needed a break with something that felt a bit more like their (very american) notion of a hotel. The property was beautiful and the service was exceptional.

It was frustrating that there were no rooms available for 2 adults and 2 children. All of the rooms, including the "family suite" with a king bed and a pull-out double sofa, had a maximum occupancy of 3 individuals. So for us to stay with our daughters, we ended up having to book two rooms. Although the splurge felt worth it, it was frustratingly expensive for Morocco and we would totally have been fine in the family suite -- our kids are used to squishing when necessary in hotel rooms. (:

Hotel was stunning and felt incredibly luxurious. lots of facilities - 3 restaurants and a lounge that just opened. There was also a stunning coffee shop. We are at EAT and was tasty food and great atmosphere- Lachen looked after us so well

-service at the pool bar was slow -breakfast selection was lacking early morning and also the cake selection looked amazing but there were flies on close inspection - pool was amazing but ladder into pool was broken and hard to get in and out

Beautiful hotel. Room was comfortable and clean. View of the garden was pleasant. Customer service was excellent. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Shout out to Mohd. Elbane who made our dining experience memorable. The only improvement required is the shower, pressure was low and the water temperature was inconsistent, it changes between very hot to cold during shower.

Located in a large property in the new city within a 15 min drive to all the major sights. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. There was a small sit out on the balcony attached. The staff was very helpful and personally guided us to the 3 restaurants and the different cuisines offered..The hotel also has five star facilities including a few shops selling artefacts.

The elevators were a short walk away from the main reception area. The hotel could have helped to provide a room with a better view.

The hotel was on the average of luxurious ones. A bit old but overall well maintained. Bed was comfy, and hot water no issue. The view of pool from the room was relaxing enough. Wanted to take the spa but it was occupied... it's our fault though.

It's located outside of the old city so we expected some calm area, but it was close to constructed area and couldn't go walking outside.

The staff was super friendly and helpful at all times. The pool was great with music and a small bar that surved dilishes cocktails and snacks/food. The gym was great too, very well equipped for a hotel gym. The Italian restaurant was also excellent, troed several dishes and all were tasty. Breakfast selection was great too.

No taxi arrangement available. You have to walk out of the hotel to the main street and wait for a taxi to drive by and hail it. Really? In a 5 star hotel? I'm sure this can and should be fixed somehow. Was not a huge deal luckily, never waited more than a few min. And in their defence, the staff said they can call us a car from one of their partner transport companies. But prices were much higher than regular cabs.

Pool & Room

Too big, the exact contrary of a "boutique hotel". Too many tours -travellers resulting in often very very noisy environments. Therefore not propitious towards a peaceful stay and unfortunately a chaotic breakfasts public rooms environment with maybe too few hotel personnel to handle the customers during peak hours breakfast times.

Our stay here was excellent. The staff were always and extremely courteous. The facilities were clean and well maintained. The gym was superb, the spa wonderful and the pool and area wonderful. The two restaurants (Eat & the Moroccan) were wonderful, the food was great and the staff amazing. The room was very spacious and extremely comfortable and quiet. We were on the garden side. The balcony was a really nice place to sit out and have our coffee or just relax.

The only thing that could have been better was a lower price for the breakfast buffet. 300 MAD is a little too much if you are not a big eater. You can order breakfast a la cart to your room and it is cheaper but no one wants to eat in there room all the time.

We had the most amazing time at this hotel. The breakfast was lovely. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean. And the facilities were wonderful. Cannot say enough good things about this hotel and our stay there. Couldn’t expect any better. Lastly the restaurant we ate in was good value and food was good. Thank you.
