1. Excellent Location – The hotel was conveniently situated close to major attractions like the Medina and historical sites, making it easy to explore the city. 2. Beautiful Ambiance– The traditional Moroccan décor and architecture created an authentic and charming atmosphere. 3. Friendly Staff – The team was welcoming, attentive, and always ready to assist with recommendations or requests. 4. Comfortable Rooms– The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with modern amenities while maintaining a traditional touch.

1. Limited Breakfast Choices – While the breakfast was fresh and decent, the variety was quite basic. Expanding the selection would greatly improve the experience. 2. Maintenance Issues– Some parts of the bathroom showed signs of wear and tear, such as a loose bathroom tile, a slow-draining shower, and slightly outdated fixtures. A bit of upkeep would enhance comfort.

Great location in the center of town and close to the old city of Fez, attractions, malls, shops, and restaurants. The staff are very friendly, courteous, attentive, and accommodating. Especially at reception, breakfast, swimming pool, and housekeeping.

Food and beverages are not charged to the room, the guest must pay at the restaurant or bar. It's not convenient. The place is under construction and renovation, which sometimes is very noisy and inconvenient. Rooms and furniture need to be updated. Outdoor landscape needs serious attention. My suite did not have any view, just bare land with some old trees. Only one ATM machine, and if it's not working could cause inconvenience especially late at night.

The Marriott ensures impeccable service and it never disappoints me. The amazing staff ensures to make it a pleasant stay. A young lady named Noura at the reception was very welcoming & ensured that my stay was pleasant & comfortable. She helped me at the time of troubleshooting too. Mohammad at the Moroccan restaurant was a great host & the lady at the room service desk was prompt & very helpful. I would like to congratulate the group for the amazing staff.

The Menu can have some more vegetarian food options. This is just a feedback.

Beautiful facilities, gorgeous gigantic pool, free parking, and exceptional customer service. It felt like an oasis in the middle of our 2-week trip to Morocco. We'd been staying at riads, which were all very nice, but our two kids (13 and 16 y/o) needed a break with something that felt a bit more like their (very american) notion of a hotel. The property was beautiful and the service was exceptional.

It was frustrating that there were no rooms available for 2 adults and 2 children. All of the rooms, including the "family suite" with a king bed and a pull-out double sofa, had a maximum occupancy of 3 individuals. So for us to stay with our daughters, we ended up having to book two rooms. Although the splurge felt worth it, it was frustratingly expensive for Morocco and we would totally have been fine in the family suite -- our kids are used to squishing when necessary in hotel rooms. (:

Hotel was stunning and felt incredibly luxurious. lots of facilities - 3 restaurants and a lounge that just opened. There was also a stunning coffee shop. We are at EAT and was tasty food and great atmosphere- Lachen looked after us so well

-service at the pool bar was slow -breakfast selection was lacking early morning and also the cake selection looked amazing but there were flies on close inspection - pool was amazing but ladder into pool was broken and hard to get in and out

Beautiful hotel. Room was comfortable and clean. View of the garden was pleasant. Customer service was excellent. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Shout out to Mohd. Elbane who made our dining experience memorable. The only improvement required is the shower, pressure was low and the water temperature was inconsistent, it changes between very hot to cold during shower.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and had beautiful areas to relax and enjoy and we loved the Spanish restaurant. The restaurant reception Amea ? gave us outstanding service and was very welcoming. The bed was large and very comfortable and the pillows were perfect. The room was also very quiet and peaceful.

The toilet leaked at the bottom near the floor . The shower in the bath .

The hotel was on the average of luxurious ones. A bit old but overall well maintained. Bed was comfy, and hot water no issue. The view of pool from the room was relaxing enough. Wanted to take the spa but it was occupied... it's our fault though.

It's located outside of the old city so we expected some calm area, but it was close to constructed area and couldn't go walking outside.

Located in a large property in the new city within a 15 min drive to all the major sights. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. There was a small sit out on the balcony attached. The staff was very helpful and personally guided us to the 3 restaurants and the different cuisines offered..The hotel also has five star facilities including a few shops selling artefacts.

The elevators were a short walk away from the main reception area. The hotel could have helped to provide a room with a better view.

Pool & Room

Too big, the exact contrary of a "boutique hotel". Too many tours -travellers resulting in often very very noisy environments. Therefore not propitious towards a peaceful stay and unfortunately a chaotic breakfasts public rooms environment with maybe too few hotel personnel to handle the customers during peak hours breakfast times.
