Love the hotel and slept well. Amal at the counter made our stay feel 100 times better. She helped us with whatever we needed and went above and beyond. Her manager needs to give her bonus or a pay rise.

There was marks in the sink and toilet. Locals use the Swimming pool aswel. Was a bit too busy for me.

The swimming pool is across the road from the hotel and is only open from 10:00 to 19:00, reception doesn't accept credit cards, only cash

Very friendly welcome from duty manager. Cool clean rooms. Best pool ever across the road from the main hotel. It's very big with a bar close by. Taxi stand just outside the hotel and easy to get around. Good breakfast with a choice of eggs ...

There's nowhere to eat close by, but was easy to get a taxi to eat elsewhere.

It has swimming pool. Most staff are friendly and helpful. Comfortable room.

One staff in the restaurant was grumpy and unwelcoming when we went there for dinner. But other staff were nice. Swimming pool was closed in the evening and we couldn’t visit.

VERY MINOR! Can hear other (noisy) guests but that is the same with most hotels WiFi dodgy in some areas (in my room it kept cutting out, in the gym it didn't work but it was fine everywhere else including pool) Don't book it for the gym! The equipment in the gym is poor quality but I was so busy and the pool was so great, I didn't need it.

The pool was nice to use in hot weather. The breakfast had variety. They served dinner in the hotel. The arquitechture of the building was very beautiful! The staff was attentive.

The area where the hotel was located is bad if you intend to walk to places, the streets around the hotel didn't feel very safe. The pool closed at 20h and it was located separately from the hotel, in the other side of the street, passing the road was dangerous since the drivers don't stop at the crosswalk to let you cross. The breakfast was supposed to be served from 6h30 but it was very delayed and was still not totally functioning at 7h30.

The room and the bathroom were large . The bed was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and made a huge effort to make guests satisfied

The coffee served at the bar : watery tasteless and expensive ! No comparison to the excellent coffee served breakfast

The hotel is really nice and clean with an amazing staff. The pool is also great.

The prices at the hotel are higher than in most of Europe. 5€ for a beer. The location of the hotel is terrible, if you would like to go for a walk or just look around a bit you can only find dirt and garbage everywhere you go. It is like an amazing hotel located in the middle of a scum.

The staff was so friendly! We have had a long travel and they made sure we entered a peaceful stay. The pool was very spacious, calming and quiet. It was super refreshing, we would recommend to stay at least 2-3 days so you can enjoy all their facilities, such as the spa and their pool.

We have nothing to complain about, except maybe that the location is a bit far from restaurants. At least a good 20 minute walking distance. However, the stay of our hotel was great!
