The staff. Every single staff member treated us like kings. Before we checked in, they had us tour the room to ensure it was satisfactory. It was. When we needed breakfast, they were ready to bring it. Need to catch a taxi? The kind doorman will hail one for you. They are just so attentive. The rooms were impeccably cleaned and beyond spacious. The perfect size for a three-day stay in Fes. The best part of the entire trip... We forgot a precious family heirloom in the room. The staff arranged for the item to be delivered to Rabat overnight before we were to leave for Casablanca and then Turkey. No questions asked, not a problem it seemed. I will never forget my friends at Ramada in Fes!

Not a thing. We enjoyed everything about the stay. We were bummed the spa wasn't open—a day of hiking around Fes will make any spa sound enticing—but otherwise, it was a fabulous trip. Thank you, Ramada Fes!

Breakfast is great, the best place to relax I advice you to go there

Location near the railway station is convenient. The hotel is located in the new part of Fes, somewhat outside the old city, but that is a virtue, because the old city is very hectic and crowded. Good breakfast; I especially liked the great variety of fresh vegetables and fruit. The pool was nice. Fitness room (cannot call it a gym) better than nothing, but it was very modest and some of the equipment out of order. The wellness center offers massage and other treatments. A 30-minute relaxing massage cost 200 dirhams (20 euros), which I think was a reasonable price. The hotel serves alcohol, although you can find many other nearby restaurants doing that.

The hotel bar and fitness center did not accept card payments. A hotel that claims to have five stars should accept card payments, especially as they promise to accept Visa, Mastercard and cash. On the other hand, the reception had difficulties to find change when I paid my room with cash.

Our room was an old world comfort and with size a very welcome change from pokey and skinny Hotel rooms. Plenty of room at the Ramada Fes (sadly lacking in many Hotels these days) in the bedroom and bathroom areas, plus a quaint petit balcony. The breakfast was great and lots of variety of fresh produce and other tasty treats and sweets. Staff were fantastic, special mention to Fouad and Manal excellent hosts with always a smile and willingness to assist.

Hotel could start supplying 2 bottles of water per person per day instead of one per person, doesn’t cost much for this extra,

The accommodation was centrally located and only 10 minutes walk from the Gare. The room allocated was spacious, cleaned each day and very comfortable. I used the pool area and that was nice. The breakfasts provided were good with hot and cold option available. All of the staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful. If you are intending to visit the Medina while in Fez I would suggest a petit taxi as it is a good 50 minute walk (I know as I did it).

A couple of the lights in the room (bedside light and bathroom mirror light) flickered continually. I think someone needs to either look at the electrics or bulbs. Also the room wifi did not work (Room 522) I could not get access to the Ramada guest network on my phone or MacBook despite reporting this to reception staff.

Almost everything. Especially the service minded staff and director. They did their best to solve my problem with a tour operator used a lot of their time to help me. Very good and diverse open breakfast, big and comfortable room. Good supermarket just around the corner

The bathroom floor is wet after the shower because of gap between the glass door and the tub. The location is relatively far both to the bus station and medina, but it is easy to find a taxi which is cheap.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Ramada By Wyndham Fes, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. The service was impeccable from start to finish. The staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. The food was delicious, offering a wide variety of options that catered to all tastes. Every meal was a culinary delight. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding. My room was spotless and well-maintained throughout my stay. The housekeeping team did an excellent job ensuring everything was in perfect order. Overall, the Ramada By Wyndham Fes exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Fes.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The receptionist helped us to get a taxi to the airport and also solved issues with money that was not in dirham. The room was exceptional and very comfortable

The tv could have some more (international) channels and it would be nice if the fitness center was open for a longer period of time. The breakfast food could also improve a bit more but it was a diverse breakfast they offered and it was pretty alright.

Lovely location, central and close to everything. Some of the nicest reception staff you could meet. They were lovely and highly approachable. It was also great value.

The place is in need of a slight upgrade perhaps purely for demands of modern clientele. However, I loved the old style traditional big wide hallways and space between rooms. Also, the pool is the icing on the cake.
