Staff at check in was rude.

Wonderful hotel—I’d gladly stay here again! Maha at reception was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The room and bathroom are spacious, and they provide complimentary toiletries. Highly recommended!

The bathroom could have been cleaned more thoroughly, as we noticed some hair left in the shower area. My husband was also disappointed with the coffee, and we found the breakfast to be quite standard. Additionally, we observed that while flags from other Arab countries were displayed outside the hotel, the Omani flag was missing. It would mean a lot to us to see the Omani flag next time we visit.

the location is perfect in center of fes everything is close to reach by walking.. the room is clean good size and good furniture and the bed really is comfortable.. the staff was nice kindness and helpful and special thanks for kamilia and hamza in front desk for there kindness and professional dealing with the gust and also thanks for mohamed the bellboy for his kindness and helping really all the stuff made our stay amazing .. also the rooftop is amazing in view and sitting area and food and the staff of rooftop they are nice and professional

only simple thing I prefer if there is coffee machine in the room as i drink coffee in the night and all shop was closed and now a-day the coffee machine is simple thing available on most of hotel

In addition to excellent rooms at a good location for a reasonable price, it is also a place where you instantly feel welcome. The staff lives and breathes hospitality! We had a problem with a suitcase (loose wheel), and in 5 minutes, a maintenance man showed up with tools and fixed it. They also arranged transport for us.

The hotel is beautiful, the lobby spacious, the staff great. The room is spacious with a large window, the bathroom is very modern. The hotel is in a walkable location. The staff in the breakfast area were hospitable. We would stay here again when in Fez.

The staff brought out a beautifully-appearing breakfast to the table but the food was not fresh. The meat and cheese were on the hard side, the breads were hard. There were never more than 2 other people in the area for breakfast so maybe the food sat around for days to be eaten.

This is a business hotel in a new city. There are restaurants, convenience stores, and banks nearby. It is a 4-star hotel, clean and well maintained, and the staff is very friendly. The breakfast is great and the room is clean. The small swimming pool and view on the rooftop are also very nice. We stayed as a group of 19 people and had no problems at all. I plan to stay again in December.

One thing that is disappointing is that outside noise is transmitted through the window.

A bit hard to find too many eating places nearby but we still managed to find a good pasta place, Paul’s bakery and Moroccan restaurant right next to the hotel. Overall good for a few night’s stay

Only a few years old, and still fresh and smart; our conventionally laid-out room was immaculate and very comfortable. Located some 20mins walk from the station on an attractive wide boulevard, there's a reasonable spread of restaurants and shops in the local area.

Wifi was slow; and we were disappointed that the airport transfer we'd ordered and confirmed on arrival failed to materialise (it didn't take long to get a taxi, though, DH200).

the hotel has a great location with lots of amenities and cafes near by. The shower was incredible, powerful and lovely hot water. Its cold in Fes but the room was lovely and warm. The staff are the so lovely, a special shout-out to the lovely lady in the spa (sorry I didn’t get your name!) that went out of her way to help me when I’d forgotten to bring my mascara! I was getting ready to go to a wedding and you helped a girl out! To Hamza at reception, thank you for your warm welcome and Semohammed the porter, You’re an asset to the hotel and your level of service and attention was truly appreciated! We will be back!

There really wasn’t anything to not like!

nice hotel, well maintained.

I had been told breakfast started at 7:30. I had an appointment for 8:00 and therefore at 7 and a half I showed up for breakfast and instead to my great surprise there was nothing, absolute emptiness. they started bringing something around 7:50. I ate a quick sandwich and left. Basically in 3 days I only had breakfast once, because on the third day I had an early flight.the hotel is located in the new area of ​​fes a little away from the medina. Very bad internet in the room!
