From the moment you arrive, you feel welcomed and cared for. Being greeted with a glass of atay as you await your turn at reception is a nice touch; it certainly made me feel happy! I sadly did not learn the name of the gentleman who brought in my bags upon my entry and welcomed me with tea a few times in the lobby as I sat waiting for the restaurant. He was very kind, with lovely manners, and very attentive to my comfort. My room was exactly as shown in the photos. It was clean, comfortable, and warm, perfect for cold winter nights. The air conditioner sounded a bit like a washing machine in its spin cycle, but this was only a minor thing to bother me. The bathroom was functional and clean, I would have loved some conditioner to go with the shampoo but the toiletries were good quality with a very nice fragrance. I enjoyed the restaurant buffet for both dinner and breakfast, and there was a varied offering of different foods available. The dinner buffet with the different tagines was my favorite and well worth the price. The service in the restaurant was wonderful, the staff was quick to assist and cleaned my used dishware and glassware swiftly. The staff were kind and attentive to my needs at all times. A very nice experience. The omelet station with chef cooking to your requirements was a nice touch! Checkout was a very easy process, I was attended to by Mohammed and Wissal who asked me about my stay and spent some time talking to me while checking out. It was so wonderful to feel that my comfort and happiness was important to them and I appreciated their care. Thank you to all at the Royal Mirage Hotel for a very pleasant stay. I will return in the future.

My only real criticism of the hotel was the internet in my room, I was staying in the hotel for the weekend so that I could work away from my children at home in peace but unfortunately, the internet was constantly disconnecting which meant that I did not complete the work I had intended to complete.

Our stay at Hotel Royal Mirage in Fes was truly exceptional! The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and comfortable, but what made it unforgettable was the amazing staff. I want to give a very special thank you to Mohamed Meskine at the reception. His warm welcome, helpful attitude, and deep knowledge about the history of Fes really stood out. He took the time to guide us on how to get to the Old Medina and made sure we had everything we needed. Honestly, if I could rate him, I’d give 100 out of 10 – that’s how incredible he was! Also a big thanks to his colleague, Mohamed 2, who was just as friendly and professional. Highly recommend Hotel Royal Mirage for anyone visiting Fes. Great location, comfortable rooms, and most importantly – truly wonderful people!

I recently stayed at the Royal Mirage in Fez for my uncle's wedding, booked through Booking.com. The process was seamless, and the site provided detailed information, which helped me make an informed choice. The Royal Mirage was fantastic. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated with all necessary amenities. The staff were amazing and accommodating, upgrading us to a king-size bedroom on the third floor from the ground floor, enhancing our comfort. The location was perfect, within a short distance to attractions. Highly recommend the Royal Mirage for a hassle-free experience and fantastic stay. I'll definitely use their services again when I am in Fez again!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms are very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, making for a relaxing experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and professional. A special mention to Mohammed and Imane at the reception, who were so nice and helpful, always making sure everything was okay and that I had everything I needed, and Mohammed Amine, the bagagiste, who was exceptionally kind and attentive. He was always ready to assist with a smile, making my arrival and departure smooth and pleasant. Overall, the team’s excellent service and the comfort of the hotel made my stay a fantastic experience. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return.

I was quite disappointed with the breakfast, could be definitely improved

Mohamed at reception was helpful and fully engaged each time I needed assistance or information. The pool attendants keep the pool in impeccable condition and are very helpful with providing towels as needed and keeping people and space safe. The staff in the buffet restaurant and waiters for the daily snack bar were always helpful, great service, attentive and the food was of very good quality with a variety of options well presented. Cleaning staff are bright, happy, friendly and always offering help or checking if anything needed.

Having an appointment at the spa that was not advised until I arrived on-time that the personnel who booked it had taken leave and I was then stuck to make an alternative hair appointment elsewhere immediately. I was given the option to have a Hamam or reschedule - leaving the hotel the next day and a Hamam does not equate to a necessary hair colour.

Excellent Customer Service

I had an amazing stay at Royal Mirage Fes! The hotel beautifully blends the charm of Fassi culture with modern touches, creating a unique and inviting atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start the day. The staff was exceptionally kind and attentive, especially Mohammed at the reception desk. He went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay and was always ready for a friendly chat. His hospitality truly stood out! I highly recommend Royal Mirage Fes to anyone visiting the city. It’s definitely worth the money for the comfort, experience, and incredible service. I look forward to staying here again!

Perfect location, in the centre of the new city, not far from the main train station, 8 minutes taxi from the old medina. The hotel has a wonderful swimming pool. It is incredibly deep, 3.5 metres! Lovely gardens, large car park (if you have a car). The staff are very hard working and everyone does the best to accomodate you. Breakfast is good: a decent selection of sweets, continental breakfast and some elements of a Moroccan breakfast (crepes, harisa soup, tomatoes, cheese, etc etc). The coffee was very good, and this is a plus. They dont have cheap watery coffee but a solid tasty coffee that you can have as espresso, cappuccino, or cafe,' au lait. The snack bar by the pool is open until late at night and you can have all sort of food and drinks including alcoholic ones. Nice comfortable tables and chairs or leather sofas straight in the garden. The main road is close by, but the rooms facing the swimming pool are quite safe from the noise. However, I had a room facing the garden and I was ok too, but you cannot leave your windows open at night. Moroccans love clackson communication! I was happy with the hotel and I would go back if I return to Fes. The swimming pool was the strongest selling point for me! The airport is 25 km away. The hotel arranged the taxi for us. I paid 250 MAD, I think that it was a very reasonable price. It was a Mercedes Vito for me and wife only.

My room forniture was a bit tired. The hotel needs some new mini fridges and pieces of furniture. You can see that the hotel is a very 80ies design...but the corridors are immense and the rooms are the size of a British studio flat or bigger!

We arrived on our motorcycles after a long hot ride. Reception was helpful in changing our booked room to one with a pool view. Younes took our luggage to the room and was very friendly and helpful during our stay. We had secure undercover parking for our motorcycles. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The pool was clean with plenty of recliners and shades. There was a good choice at breakfast. We walked into Fes, but it was too hot to walk back. The taxi was just 16dh.

Situated in the Ville Nouvelle district, the hotel offers easy access to local attractions, shopping centers, and dining options. We appreciated the central location, making it convenient for exploring Fes.One of the highlights of my stay was the friendly and helpful staff. I would like to give a special thank you to receptionist Mohamed Meskine, who was extremely professional, welcoming, and went out of his way to assist me during my visit. His kindness made a big difference and really stood out.
