Amazing location in city center walking distance restaurants bars and night clubs. Very quiet , nice big garden and lawn, really recommended. Perfectly kind staff . . Highly recommend for motorbikers, safe guarded parking ..

There is no ceiling light, so the room is dark at night. There is only one socket at the bedside, can’t charge my phone while using lamp.

I’ve stayed at this hotel a number of times and it’s nice to see that they’ve begun to renovate a number of rooms, (this does cause a bit of noise but it’s to be expected). Check in was smooth and quick, our bags and cases were quickly delivered to our rooms. My room was clean, a nice size and the bed was very comfortable. On one evening we had a light meal in the hotel restaurant which was good. Staff even moved tables outside for us. Good private parking with attendant.

Breakfast could’ve been slightly better, there were no boiled eggs, yogurts and the Messemen, (Moroccan Pancakes) were cold, thick and rubbery. Croissants and Pan chocolates were tiny.

I had been in that property before and I liked everything about it, it’s clean and tidy calm and quiet it’s air conditioning works hot water running all day nice view close from the city centre overall it’s a nice hotel

The only thing I did not like is one person who was at the checking desk when I arrived he wasn’t polite and he was trying to avoid having a conversation with me when I asked him about the fact that I emailed them for early check in and they confirmed it, he just refused and asked me to wait for a couple of hours without giving me any explanations . that man was the only downside I have experience throughout my stay . The impression of the whole staff is professionally and always ready to be available and kind when you address them. At the restaurant the kitchen staff also provided us with special requests for the baby such as food and fresh fruits. Also at the lobby staff carried our luggage to our room and showed us the interior. The cleaners provided us with new towels on a daily basis. The breakfast was different every day with fresh prepared local food. The receptionists were also very well experienced with the Check in-out and invoice procedures. Security and surveillance was 24/7 so we also felt safe during our whole stay.

After we noted the manager about the cleanliness in our room, she reassured us that they will take care of the problem during our absence. After returning to the room, everything was tidy and cleaned. Towels were replaced and surfaces swiped. Really top remarks for the service and effectiveness.

Staff are very friendly.location is great as it is in the heart of city centre.

Rooms need a lot of work to bring it to a 4 stars standard and here are my reasons: 1)Sliding doors of the balcony come out of the rail and make it hard to lock them . 2) Strong smell of damp due to humidity in room 110 .Hotel staff could not do nothing about it as it is out of their hands. 3) toilet flash was not working properly 4) spotlight in bathroom 111 was not working. 5)Rooms a bit dark at night as there are only table lamps. 6) Air conditioning is very noisy at night as it is Very old

The staff was exceptionally friendly. We were checked in by a very nice gentleman (I believe called Abdulhammid) who was really helpful and positive during our entire stay. He helped us with various requests during our stay. There was another lady which I spoke to who was also very kind, unfortunately I did not catch her name. The pool was really nice and clean as well. Our room was really nice too and bright. The balcony was such a great spot, very pleasing to wake up and spend some time on the balcony. We also had a bath in the room which was very nice. In terms of location, it is in the city center, walkable distance to various places. We could also make it to the old medine within 10mins for c. 15 dirhams.

This is the third time I stay at this hotel since 2008 (2023 & 2024), and I’ve noticed improvements since the first time I stayed here. The building looks modern and the decor is well kept. It’s quite convenient to get to by motorcycle or car and has a secure gated parking area. It also has nice swimming pool/ garden area. My room had a nice sized balcony leading onto the garden and pool area but there was only one chair. Staff are polite and friendly. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast buffet was good with lots of choices.

This hotel is only let down by the state of the furniture within the room which in my experience was tired and damaged.
