I had an amazing experience at this hotel from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean and spacious The location is great if you have a car convenient to nearby attractions, restaurants, . The breakfast was delicious What truly stood out was the attention to detail and genuine hospitality. It’s clear the team cares about making every guest feel welcome and valued. This place was very special for us and we couldn't stop admiring the beauty of the house. It is an old family house that the owners transformed into Riad. Every detail in the house is carefully designed in an authentic Moroccan style and the house is a piece of art, making it different than modern Riads. The hosts are the owners and they are very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was also very delicious. The place is not within walking distance to Medina but we were with a car so it was perfect concerning parking in front of the house. If we would go back to Fes, we would definitely stay here again!

This was hands down the most beautiful place we had stayed at while in Morocco. Even though this property was beautiful, it is not as amazing as the family who runs this Riad. Fatima and her family treated my fiancé and I like family, it really felt like a home away from our home. I feel extremely grateful for not only the experience of our stay, seeing Fes as a beautiful town, but more importantly creating new friends with Fatima and family. Without a doubt, we will stay here again on our next visit to Fes. Truly a treat and I cannot recommend Riad Raouia enough. Do yourself a favor, book your stay here so that you can have a wonderful experience!!!

Authenticity and hospitality. Fatima and Rachid delivered a once in a lifetime experience

Fatima Rachid and their staff blew my mind....I saw more than I could have ever imagined in the 9 days I stayed...in total comfort..they took amazing care of me...I am an older woman, travelling solo...I had no previous tours booked...they delivered..Fatima is the warmest caring host and Rachid must be the best driver I have ever experienced, he never lost his cool in the traffic...I felt totally safe...he also has a great sense of humour...the Hammam experience was also incredible ...I will miss them...and Morocco...place and people will be forever in my heart...thank you..❤🙏

We stayed only for one night. The place is extremely clean, very authentic, with much attention to detail. But the best, but the best about this place is the owner and the staff. We had a wonderful breakfast. We had a wonderful welcome, very attentive, very personal. I would recommend this place to anyone who would like to experience Moroccan hospitality at its best.

Nothing to complain about

Fatima the owner and her brother Rachid, were lovely people who made our stay very enjoyable. All the staff were very happy and friendly. Fatima arranged two trips for us which were excellent and Rachid was a very good safe friendly driver, also the trip to the medina was made special by our guide Idriss, who was a fountain of knowledge. We had delicious breakfasts on the lovely terrace, and the Moroccan diner we had was absolutely fabulous. The Riad is very traditional and the rooms were spectacular, and very clean, and plenty hot water in the shower. also very good Wii. Everything about this Riad is worth a visit and I would stay there again.

The Riad is great, it has great garden and spacies common space. The owner and the staff are very nice and friendly. We had dinner which was delicious, but tbh a bit overpriced. We also got a massage which was excellent, but again a bit pricey.

The Riad is far from the center of the city (both medina - 20 min by car, 1.5h walking, and new part of the city - 5 min by car, 20 min walking) and you have to get a taxi or use public transportation.

We loved Fatima’s excellent communication, last minute accommodation of requests, high standards with attention to detail, lovely authentic, charming, decor in excellent condition, & very clean. Many services offered - train station pickup, tours, hammams, and massages on site were wonderful! Tasty breakfasts and delicious, authentic Moroccan dinners prepared on site with all fresh ingredients. Rashid, our driver, and Idris, our tour guide, were delightful, friendly and informative.

We loved everything!

Fatima was a wonderful host, providing a range of services which made our stay at this accommodation phenomenal. From a wonderful breakfast and dinner, to a private tour of the medina with a knowledgeable local guide, I couldn’t recommend this place enough! The hammam spa is a huge plus, providing a morning of relaxation before our journey. The room was clean and spacious, mattress comfortable, an overall lovely home away from home.

Lovely property! Very romantic. The staff were exceptional. Location is a little out of the way, but inside the walls of the Riad, it is peaceful and lovely. The hammam was worth the cost. Sayham was professional and very sweet.

The location was not ideal, but was okay.
