The perfect definition of an oasis, the riad-style property is paradise found, but don’t ge put off by its strange location when you pull up, just off the main route in an odd suburb / business park style setting as it is. It looks and feels inside like a medina-style townhouse but was purpose-built as a hotel and sits detached from its odd mix of neighbours. The gardens and pool are beautiful, calming and a delight to relax in. You need to catch taxis to go everywhere but the wonderful, charming staff are so helpful in every way to get you sorted with whatever you want to do. Hearty continental breakfasts were an enjoyable start to the day.

Food-wise, many options were unavailable on the international menu but we only ordered off a few times during the day. We chose to go out for dinner each night as it doesn’t really feel like an evening restaurant atmosphere on the ground floor, especially as there are so few guests around given the small number of bedrooms.

A real haven, away from the City, to spend my last two nights in Morocco. Thanks to to all the Staff, who were so kind, and accommodating. The pool was fabulous. Lovely garden. AND the food was the BEST I had eaten on my 19day visit. Don't waste your time going out, Riad Noumiya provides you with the best of everything. Shukran Bzaf

Gearing up for the Africa and World Cups there is construction work happening outside which I thought would spoil my stay. But honestly, with the beautiful Riad, pool and gardens, the noise did not bother me at all.

welcome was perfect - friendly staff, quick, efficient. riad is spacious - able to eat indoors, outdoors, in room breakfast is traditional - you order in advance but can change daily, and order more if required. We ate one dinner in Riad - home cooked food - delicious Room was clean, comfortable, spacious. Staff all friendly, helpfull - a very homely feel. location is out of town - but this is noted on the website. easy to get taxi's into Fes, and airport. being out of town a blessing for us as you can escape and relax from the bust Fes atmosphere.

Step inside to a beautiful decorated reception area. Fabulous breakfast, full menu to select from the previous night, freshly squeezed juice & fantastic presentation. We had breakfast in the tranquil garden next to the pool. All staff extremely helpful, especially Zara’s & Nassima who were always on hand to sort out any issues. We had laundry done which we dropped off in the morning & it was returned that evening, all pressed & packaged. A wonderful stay, highly recommend

Beautiful Riad with stunning interior decor, friendly staff who went above & beyond especially zahra. Rooms were clean & spacious, hotel was very relaxing and a peaceful place to rest and unwind. The hotel had very good facilities especially the pool which was surrounded by a beautiful well groomed garden. The owner of the hotel was very friendly who introduced herself and was very welcoming. Breakfast was delicious that included a variety of choice, the traditional Moroccan food menu was delicious and we sampled a wide variety during our stay. We stayed for two night and will definitely return in the future & would definitely recommend to friends & family. Thank you for your amazing hospitality!

This former family villa is extraordinarily nice and beautiful. Rooms are big and the garden with its swimming pool is so inviting. However, the very best part is the superb staff - Zarah and Hamza went out of their way to make the stay comfortable. The riad is in a nice neighbourhood about 15 minutes ride from the medina and it's easy to hail a taxi in a busy street nearby or ask the staff to call one to the villa.

We only stayed for one night. But let me tell you about the dreamiest Authentic atmosphere of the traditional Moroccan architecture and decor combined with a peaceful ambiance. Our room was Sofia (I think) it was so unique and charming. We received a personalized Service that I would never forget. The food was also delicious especially Breakfast by the pool 🫶🏼. And when they called a cab for us, the driver was asked to take a good care of us. Thank you so much 😊 We will come back soon

We stayed only for one night unfortunately

What a wonderful place, by far our favourite during our trip to Morocco. We had a gigantic room, beautifully decorated and with a lovely terrace overlooking the garden. The pool was really nice, our kids really enjoyed it. Breakfast was great with lots of choice. The staff and the owners were always so kind and welcoming, and gave us good tips to enjoy our time in Fes.

An Oasis of calm and tranquillity, with the most beautiful and charming garden space. The staff were endlessly helpful and I got exactly what I wanted from my time there, a calm and relaxed couple of days.

These were not big issues for me but potentially for some other travellers. A) There is little to do or see within walking distance, it is very much on the edge of town B) I was not a fan of the lighting of the garden at night which was far too bright and colourful i.e. reds, greens etc (that's a personal choice)

never had a warm friendly and professional welcome like in this hotel. such a beautiful house with a nice garden and small pool. the best to relax after exhausting medina. I wish, all hotels would be nice and friendly like it was here. Highly recommended!!!!!

Nothing. all is good. of course, it’s not „in“ the medina. but therefore it’s clean and peaceful. and with taxi you can go easily to medina … just 2€
