The apartment was great! It was spacious [except the shower room, which I found a little cramped in comparison to the rest of the apartment] .. fully furnished, and there was a lovely private terrace. The staff were extremely helpful.

This is not really negative, but I felt guilty at waking up staff to gain entry to the property after a late night out.... I would have felt better if I could have let myself in.

I was really pleasantly surprised by this hotel and their staff. They were very responsive to my group and I. The apartment was very well cleaned, better than I expected. The location was very convenient for us as we were not there for tourism. The apartment was larger than I expected and well appointed. I was very pleased. The desk clerk taught my kids to play pool. Overall, I have no complaints about my stay, I thought it went much better than I even expected and was cleaner and better decorated than I thought. I am very picky about bedding and it was perfect and white. There was a problem with billing with Booking that the manager very quickly resolved and I was impressed. They also have a small conference room that was better than I thought. Well done!

The reasons we booked this - was because they advertised having a table tennis table, a jacuzzi, a gym and electric blankets. However there were no balls for the table tennis so we couldn’t play. The jacuzzi apparently needed to be cleaned before use, they cleaned it, but then I was told the jacuzzi only reaches 28 degrees, which was far too cold so I couldn’t use that either. (body temperature is 37degrees and jacuzzi’s factory settings are set to 38 degrees, so no way is 28 degrees suitable for a jacuzzi). They didn’t have electric blankets at all, we were told that was an error on the site. Many of the gym equipment didn’t work properly and was faulty.
