The staff is extremely accommodating. The only service I found was similar was at Hotel Mitsui in Japan. The facilities are beautiful and the jungle theme feels like an oasis in the landscape of the Fez desert. I had a tremendous stay. The hammam was absolutely incredible & the 3 restaurants were worth it as well.

I don’t have any negatives. I highly recommend this location. They have a guided tour to the Medina, so you really don’t feel like you’re too far away.

I recently stayed at Hotel Sahrai and had a nice experience. The reception staff, especially Siham and Wanda, were very nice and helpful. I appreciated the room upgrade, thank you for that. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of fresh, local options. The hotel's restaurant also offered excellent food, but a little pricey. My room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with a very comfortable bed and a stunning view.

Unfortunately it was a bit noisy in the evening due to the hotel bars. And the hotel charges much more for the shuttle than the airport cabs, just ask at the airport. It cost about 150 dirhams.

Beautiful views

The signs say no smoking by the pool, however everyone was smoking by the pool. The upstairs bar staff were very inattentive, leaving empty food plates for ages, not coming to take orders after we have arrived and waited for extended periods to ordered food or drinks Still rate it as a 5 star hotel, I just believe some training is needing in certain areas.

As everyone recommended, the rooftop of Hotel Sahrai offers an amazing view of the old town. It was nice to chill at the rooftop bar, and we also enjoyed the jacuzzi which you can book for an hour during your stay. They also have a shuttle bus service to their sister riad, Riad Fes, where you can experience the Moroccan traditional riad atmosphere. I highly recommend experiencing both places: Hotel Sahrai for the view and Riad Fes for the beautiful traditional building.

We already have visited Hotel Sahrai last year and it is always a pleasure to spend a part of our holidays there. We just fell in love with this splendid place. Everything is perfect, from the reception, to the room, all outdoors facilites. The spa is a haven of peace. The breakfast is fantastic. The security and all the staff are fabulous. Anywhere you walk in the hotel, you always feel very welcomed. This year we had a chance to meet Samantha who was adorable with us all along ou stay and pleas say thank you again to her as she took very well care of us.

Nice hotel in Fes with lovely views and an excellent pool. i've enjoyed my stay, the restaurants were good and the common areas of the hotel are very neatly designed.

It feels like there a few thing this hotel still lacks, the Gym wasn't the best and the same for the SPA, the rooms i felt could've been designed and kept better as they don't fully match what you see in the common areas.

Fantastic breakfast, with a selection of fruit, cereal, jams, pastries, cakes and cooked breakfast. Everything was fresh and delicious! The pool is magical! We practically spent the whole day at the pool and the water was silky and very refreshing for a hot day! Staff is excellent and the room spacious and very comfortable!

I'd say the french restaurant food was nothing special

The staff were very hospitable, professional and welcoming. I had to work late while staying there and was grateful for room service until 1am. Breakfast was generous and the rooms were spacious and quiet

I like everything

The breakfast is excellent, as you would expect from a 5 star hotel, but what made Hotel Sahrai stand out for us was their human side. Mrs. Semira applied a traditional remedy to our 8-year-old daughter with a fever. After which she kissed her on the forehead. My wife and I will be forever grateful. And of course, the General Manager, Mrs. Lamiaâ Boujnini, who organized a wonderful in-room dinner for us and took on a difficult assignment I asked for some handmade leather goods. We couldn't leave the hotel but they made everything easy and comfortable for us. Thank you.

We stayed in several 5 star Hotels during this travel and none offers a drink before check in. Not even the Four Seasons. Not sure why.

nice property, well designed, nice views, room was nice, except for the carpet, good breakfast. both the restaurants were good but not great, and even though ramadan was over they did not serve any alcohol

the hotel is located in a run down area and there is construction all around except for the side overlooking the city, which is where our room was (luckily) facing. staff was nice but not too welcoming, shuttle to the old city is not free (5EU), the guide which the hotel suggested was mostly interested in us buying things (which is unfortunately typical in Morocco)
