Great location Breakfast was nice Room was comfortable

We had issue with parking and someone we thought was from hotel grabbed our luggage in a cart and took it for us and then demanded money There is a secure car park right across the road which is the same price as the place they say to park so they can get extra cash

My review of Riad Palais Nazha Fes can only be overwhelmingly positive. The Riad is absolutely charming, with a stunning and strategic location right in the heart of the medina. The staff is incredibly welcoming and attentive to every need. The executive room I was given felt like something straight out of the 1001 Nights, truly a dream! The terrace is both beautiful and relaxing; I spent a wonderful evening there, enjoying a glass of wine. Breakfast was thoughtful and tailored to guests’ needs, with great attention to detail. I spent two fantastic nights at the Riad, rested well, and was able to fully enjoy the beauty of Fes. A special mention goes to Janati Ahmed, a very kind and attentive young man who went out of his way to assist me, especially yesterday, when he arranged a last-minute guide for the day. He is the perfect representative of the warmth and beauty of both the Riad and the city itself. A heartfelt thank you to Janati Ahmed; you were truly outstanding.

The rooms were spotless, beautifully decorated, and provided a cozy, comfortable environment for our stay. I was especially impressed with the stunning terrace view — a perfect spot to relax and take in the sights of the city. What truly set this hotel apart, though, was the exceptional service. The staff was incredibly accommodating, and Ahmed, in particular, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel welcomed and ensured our stay was seamless. His attention to detail and willingness to assist with any request made a huge difference.

First, the hotel is very difficult to find. Our driver spent quite a bit of time driving around because his GPS couldn’t locate the entrance. We were fortunate that the staff came out to guide us in, but it was a bit frustrating. Part of the issue seems to be that the first image on Google Maps is misleading — it’s not the actual entrance to the hotel, which only added to the confusion. Another downside is the location. The hotel is a bit far from the Medina, which meant it was a longer walk to explore the heart of the city. While it’s not a dealbreaker, it’s worth considering if you want to be closer to the main attractions.

The location is convenient, the rooms large and comfortable, and the breakfast was the best we had a Morrocan riad so far. Very fresh, warm bread and made-to-order eggs. The food service was also impeccably clean. The two staff that we interacted with most -- Ahmed and Mohammed -- were wonderful. Both of them took extra efforts to make our stay comfortable, including making breakfast early to accomodate our schedule. Ahmed was especially helpful throughout our stay. He carried our heavg luggages all around and even walked us out of the medina to meet our driver at the end of our stay. It was also very easy to communicate with Ahmed before and even after our stay!

The only issue we had was the smell of sewage in our bathroom from what we assume was a plumbing problem.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff and especially Ahmed were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout my visit. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. One thing that really stood out was how helpful the front desk with the arrangement of the early breakfast because we had tours to attend to and the help we received when we needed a taxi and no taxi was accepting us. They arranged everything quickly and made sure I got to my destination on time without any hassle. It’s those little touches that really make a difference. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area and especially if it's your first time in Fes!

I liked receiving a WhatsApp from reception before we arrived. And being given an option of rooms. It is a lovely old Riad. AC was quiet and worked well The staff were all very friendly.

The main photo of the place has NOTHING to do with the hotel (it is one of the city gates right?). Please change it as it is miss leading. (See photo) Also, it is not "luxury" it is a good 3star hotel. (No safe, tea/coffee making facilities, no fridge, no complimentary drinking water) Dear Manager, not many people give 10 stars, as a principal. I think it is unfair you asking 10 x 10 star ratings pr month for your staff to receive a bonus. What about doing 9 stars instead. Your staff is great.

-Good location, very quiet, on the edge of the medina -Spacious room -Good breakfast (fresh orange juice, different types of bread, eggs or tajine, jams/marmelade, cheese, butter, coffee/tea) -Beautiful terrace facing a hill with lots of fresh air

-The room was quite spacious but lacked a luggage rack -Our beautiful room had a window to the terrace but no curtains to ensure privacy. The solution was to close the shutters and turn on the light :=( -The staff are hard workers and do their best to help guests organize their stay but it is clear that they have instructions from the property to try to "sell" their services at all costs (restaurant, taxi, etc). -I was asked several times to write a 10- score review

Our stay at Riad Nazha was truly pleasant. The Riad is beautiful and cool, with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The bathroom was well-equipped with everything we needed. The location is excellent, especially for those traveling by car — just a few minutes’ walk from a large parking area where you can safely leave your car for 40 dirhams per day. A special mention goes to the hotel staff for their kind assistance. Ahmed came to meet us at the parking lot and guided us to the Riad — an essential help given how labyrinthine the medina of Fes can be. His warm welcome and thoughtful attitude were greatly appreciated and made our arrival much smoother. Mohassine (sorry for misspelling name) also helped us with luggage, very kind. The Riad is about a 15-minute walk from the more touristy part of the medina. There's also a terrace and an on-site restaurant, though we didn’t have the chance to try it. However, the breakfast was very good and plentiful.

The personnel, Ahmed, Anass and Redouane were one of the nicest in our travels to Morocco. Very welcoming and friendly. Catering to our all needs very professionally. The breakfast was amazing and fresh, and the eggs can be made however you like. Ahmed from the front office answered any question we had and even questions through whatsapp were answered very fast and professionally. The power went out in the night, which stopped the hot water system, but after one whatsapp message, Ahmed fixed it after just 2 minutes. The rooms were big and shower was nice.

The bathroom ceilling could use some renovation.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The ambiance is elegant and beautifully reflects the rich Moroccan culture, with incredible attention to detail in every aspect. A special thank you to the manager, Ahmed 🌟, whose professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness made our stay even more enjoyable. He went above and beyond to answer our questions, help us plan our itinerary, and recommend the best local food and attractions. His exceptional service truly exceeded our expectations! In addition, the entire staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Whether at the front desk, the restaurant, or housekeeping, every team member greeted us with a smile and ensured that we felt at home. Their hospitality made all the difference in our experience. The food was also fantastic—breakfast was delicious and included traditional Moroccan pancakes, fresh juice, and the best mint tea! Overall, this hotel not only provides a beautiful and comfortable stay but also has a team that genuinely cares about its guests and delivers outstanding service. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Fes! We will definitely return in the future!
