Riad itself is good and location great . However when we arrived we were told there had been a mix up with our booking ( we used booking.com ) and our room had been given to someone else . The staff member kindly upgraded us ( we checked at no extra cost ) . He was polite, kind and professional in the way he handled the situation . Unfortunately the next day we were told by another member of staff that we would have to pay for the upgrade ( this was the very young guy who seems to be in charge ) we told him that it was not our fault there had been a mix up and we were not willing too pay . We loved Fez so much that we wanted to extend our stay but move to another Riad . When checking out the same young guy gave us a paper bill higher than expected . We showed him our phone and the figure from Bookibg.com - he said ok but went on to tap a higher figure into the credit card machine . When pulled up on this he said it was a mistake !!!!! He went on to say there were problems with the computer and he couldn’t remember what we should have paid . It was embarrassing and we felt he was just trying his luck !!! 😩🥲😩 What would have been a great experience, staying in the Riad, changed to a disappointing one as this is not good practice and the last impression was one of being ripped off . I think this young guy needs to understand this and that his and the Riads reputation will suffer greatly if he continues in this way . The original guy that checked us in was very polite and professional . The older guy serving breakfast was lovely The young guy left us sad and I felt the need to out this in the review to warn other guests.

Great location on the edge of the medina. As is typical for medina riads the property is down a few narrow alleys however opens up into a lovely courtyard with comfortable seating and a small shaded pool. Large comfortable bed and good ac in the room. The shower is also decent. Only detracting points would be the build up of lime/hard water in the shower room and a loose lighting connection above the hairdryer socket. Staff were up early to put breakfast on for us leaving and nothing was an issue for them.

He was not only extremely kind and professional, but also gave us great advice and insider tips on what to visit, how to get around the city, and how to approach shopping in the medina — something that made a real difference to our experience in Fes. The location of the riad is absolutely perfect — right in the heart of the medina, which allowed us to explore most of the main sights on foot. After a long day of walking and discovering the city, coming back to such a beautiful and peaceful place felt like a dream. The riad itself is stunning, full of charm and authentic details, and the pool was a true highlight for us — the perfect way to relax and cool down at the end of the day. My stay at Riad Amour was absolutely wonderful! The riad is beautiful, combining elegance with authentic Moroccan charm. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the decor reflected exquisite taste. Breakfast was delicious and varied, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, always available with a warm smile. Many thanks for the warm hospitality — I truly look forward to coming back again, insha’Allah. I will definitely be back very soon! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an authentic and special experience in Morocco.

We loved it here. Such a warm welcome, really caring hospitality, amazing location and a lovely clean beautiful room. The roof terrace was absolutely stunning too and great place to relax in the sun. If it was hotter I could imagine the pool being great too but we were here in winter. The hosts made our stay, bringing us free biscuits and mint tea on arrival, helping us navigate the city - giving us a map and showing us where was best to go, being so helpful with everything we asked and giving us a ‘to go’ breakfast when we left early in the morning even though we didn’t ask for it. Would definitely come back here again!

Me and my friend stayed in this Riad for 5 nights. The place is really great with very nice inside court where you can enjoy your meal and a drink. It has very nice decorated rooms, clean bedsheets and towels and very confy bed. They cleaned the room and changed the towels daily, thought it was not necesarily needed. The staff is really pleasant and helped us with evrything we needed. They even woke up 2 hours earlier to serve us breakfast. I highly recommend this place! :)

The staff were amazing, the guy who was preparing the food was amazing, he was very kind, polite and always smiling and responsive to all our orders. Miss Monia was very friendly and helpful Idress ( the chap in the reception) was super kind. Iman, was super friendly, used to chat with my wife and gave her nice tips about where to go in Fes. The Riad itself was very Elegant and super clean THANK YOU

Nothing major, but he bathroom towels and robes were a bit old and worn down, Sometimes, you get bad smell from the bathroom ( but I think this is a known sewage problem in Fes)

Nice small (= not noisy) riad with very pleasant and helpful staff. Breakfasts were good. We checked-in late and they prepared dinner for us. We felt safe to sometimes leave our children alone in this Riad - they were fed dinner and were taken care of. Staff organized pick-up / drop-off to airport and one small excursion around Fez. They were not pushy at all to sell any services, only what we needed. We stayed in "President" room on the top floor and it was large enough for a short stay with 2 children. Our friends stayed in ground floor two level suite, also big enough for a family. It was more noisy due to facing inner courtyard, but bedroom is more isolated due to split level design.

The Riad met all our expectations from the minute we were greeted by the taxi driver that the Riad had organised for us at the airport until our departure in the late afternoon. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We arrived late in the evening (23:00) and the Riad kept the kitchen open to ensure we could eat. We were made to feel very special and were able to take our time and enjoy the ambience. The breakfast was exceptional. We asked to eat upstairs on the terrace and loved the views. The waiter Mohammed was excellent and even though communication wasn't easy he always had a smile on his face. We loved all the features in the Riad which gave it its characater including the little tortoise. The photos on the website showed the Riad exactly as we found it.

The location is perfect, very close to walk to the market and easy to navigate. The people working there are very helpful and warm. We especially enjoyed the rooftop terrace. We stayed in Ruby suite - the bed was comfortable, the suite itself is nice, clean and spacy. Enjoyable experince!

There's nothing really negative to say. The Ruby suite has a bedroom and a living room, the bedroom does'nt have a window. As we had 3 people, we closed the door between the rooms for the night, without the window it felt a bit oppressive in the bedroom.
