Our stay at this Riad was absolutely perfect! The hospitality of the young man and woman at the reception was outstanding. They were always attentive to our well-being and gave us fantastic tips to explore the city, which truly enhanced our experience. The location is excellent, allowing us to easily access key attractions while still being in a peaceful area. Our room was incredibly comfortable and quiet, providing the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The beauty of the Riad itself is breathtaking, with its stunning decor and serene atmosphere making it a truly magical place to stay. Highly recommended!

Exceptionally beautiful renovated riad! With a big orange tree and palm in the courtyard, intricate ornaments on every wooden surface, high ceilings on every level, and very spacious rooms. On the rooftop, you'll find sunbeds and a spectacular view over the medina and all the famous landmarks of Fez. A guarded parking is just 30 meters from the riad, and for a small fee, your luggage will be transported from the parking to the riad in a cart. One of the many entrances to the gigantic medina of Fez is just on the other side of the parking. We were traveling with motorbikes and were very happy with the whole setup. The breakfast was always delicious, and the staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and available 24/7. It's definitely a place to mark, return, and recommend to friends and family!

The building itself was beautiful inside. Staff were friendly and very attentive. Roof-top patio had great views over the area. Location very good.; steps from the Medina and close to restaurants. Safe area a few meters from taxi drop-off.

Wi-fi occasionally dropped out for 10 to 20 seconds. NOTE: Contact them first if you have trouble with stairs. Most, but not all, rooms are accessed via a very narrow, steep, and spiraling staircase. As fit seniors we enjoyed the stairs; but others might find them a challenge..

Surprisingly we were the only people staying during our visit. Its a beautifully decorated riad with many original features. The room was just as pictured and described and very spacious with a large and comfortable bed and very large bathroom. The staff were amazing and Hajar was amazing with great restaurant recommendations, organizing a hammam, and details on how to navigate the medina. The riad is on a very quiet alley on the edge of the medina so easy to get to the main attractions with no transport needed. Breakfast was traditional Moroccan and plentiful. We really loved our stay. Thank you.

The riad is very well kept. Room was spacious and nicely decorated. Bathroom was big and confortable. Breakfast was plentiful. Extra bonus for providing gluten free option. The position is excellent, two minute walk from Talaa Kebira, yet very private and quiet. It felf very safe, also. Personnel is friendly and helpful.

We chose the suite on two levels, with an extra bedroom on the mezzanine, but the mattresses up there are really too hard. Please consider changing them. The main bed was ok, though.

A charming, restored riad on the edge of the medina as its name implies. Easy access to Rue Talaa Kebira, which is a short walk through a parking lot. Easy taxi access too. We stayed in the Azur Suite, which was plenty big. There's a narrow, private balcony with a little table. The rooftop terrace is across the stairwell from the room too.

Breakfast was just ok: supermarket yogurt and pastries... except the olive oil was really good!

It was my second time in this Riad. It is a beautiful and peaceful place, close to Medina. Perfect place to stay. Very nice and helpful staff. The rooms are big, beautiful and clean. The breakfast is very tasty. Maybe a little expensive, but it's worth spending the money. I can recommend it. If I will come third time to Fes, I will stay here again.

This was the first Riad that I visited in Morocco. My room was so beautiful. It was at the top, so it required climbing stairs. I was rewarded for the effort as my room had a private outdoor terrace. The hostess, Hajar, was very kind and helpful. She served a very nice breakfast, which I appreciated as visiting Fes involved a lot of walking! It is on a quiet street, and in a couple of minutes, I could be out of the Riad and into the medina. I definitely would like to return here someday!

The Hotel location is so perfect very near to all ancient features of the city. Rooms are very clean and wide thus hotel is so preferable for tourists. Hotel is so safe and good for family travel or business trip.

Toilets should redesign for rules of cleaning. They should add tap for toilets. The breakfast should include more option. They should add more food for breakfast.

I stayed at the riad for 10days continuously. (16 December-26December). First time in Fez. Not first time in Morocco. I feel i have a good general experience of the riad's pulse. I experienced some of the underbelly of the city and not "running around completing a tick box exercise " The general atmosphere in the riad was calm. "There was no hidden agenda" or pushing one to do tours" Perhaps Haggar set the tone. Compliments to her leadership and calm communication skills. The riad is not situated in a busy alley or street. There was no shouting or loud talking outside. The riad attracts mature guests - not the backpacker type.! (nothing wrong with them-i wear a backpack -but without the mentality) Generally the riad is clean -the public spaces and my room was clean Good : Sleeping cushions was not too soft. Good :There was a heater available Sometimes the nights can get "cold". The young guy at the reception- Abduragman was pleasant, helpful and tried his best to assist. (I could not speak French and his English was limited). However we communicated well. I know everyone mentions Haggar's name. Yes she is helpful, courteous and professional. She knows the routine well. These can be improved : (this is not a criticism). I spoke to Haggar- about maybe to include an egg in my breakfast. Although i enjoyed breakfast -after 8days i needed say smthing different without the request being demanding. Below are- Examples : dried fruit or nuts An egg boiled etc Perhaps a boiled egg would have been a reasonable request. An improved taxi price from the riad There must be a more reasonable taxi price giong to the airport. The airport is not as far as imagined when i first arrived at night-Ryanair was delayed !!) I paid 250DAM one way 500DAM in total(i asked to be picked up at night on the 16December).

There is nothing negative. I have mention what can be improved above. However it must not be viewed as "i didn't like" Just as with ones work and personal life-there is always space for improvement and greater well-being
