Impossible to do a more glowing review. Even before arrival communication was incredible. Hamza and the entire team always went above and beyond. The traditional architecture is just divine, this same sentiment extends to the food, the staff and their hospitality, the spa facilities, housekeeping and all elements that make it run. Staff went above and beyond to make sure I had the best and most comfortable stay, Hamza and the crew greeted me with a smile and answered all of my questions and had the best tea waiting. Breakfast was incredible I met the kitchen staff and even they were lovely. I was gifted a Hammam experience by one of the staff and I can not express how perfect it was it felt super traditional and i felt SO exfoliated and rejuvenated after the lady doing it was also so kind, professional and experienced. The location is also perfection right in the heart of all the action yet when you enter you feel like you are in a bliss sanctuary. I wish my stay was longer and I can not wait to return. I can not recommend Bo Riad any higher. Thank you team and until next time!

Staying at this riad in Marrakech was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with genuine warmth and hospitality, making us feel immediately at home. The atmosphere is serene and authentic, beautifully combining traditional Moroccan architecture with modern comfort. The rooms are spacious, immaculately clean, and tastefully decorated with local crafts and details that reflect the spirit of Marrakech. Breakfast itself was a highlight, with fresh fruits, homemade breads, traditional pastries, and excellent Moroccan tea. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, and the quality of the food was outstanding. What truly sets this riad apart is the service: the staff went above and beyond to help with every request.

I recently stayed at the Boriad Boutique Hotel & Spa, and I can honestly say it was one of the most memorable experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the staff were absolutely incredible – warm, genuinely friendly, and always eager to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality alone would make me return! The riad itself is stunning – peaceful, stylish, and filled with a relaxed, welcoming vibe. It’s the perfect escape if you're looking to unwind. The rooftop terrace quickly became one of our favorite spots, especially in the evenings when there was live music every night. It created such a beautiful, laid-back atmosphere. The pool was lovely – clean, calm, and perfect for cooling off during the day. Every corner of the place felt thoughtfully designed and tranquil. And for what you get, it’s exceptional value for money. The location was also perfect – tucked away enough to feel calm and quiet, yet just a short walk from the souks, great restaurants, and cafés. It was also very convenient for excursion pick-ups, which made exploring outside the city super easy. Honestly, the whole experience was a dream, but what truly made it special were the people. Every single staff member we met went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Their kindness and attention to detail made all the difference. Can’t recommend this place enough – I’m already planning my next trip back!

We tried the hammam and it was ok perhaps I wouldn't do it again there. However for convenience its good that it is in riad.

The hotel is fantastic and very scenic. Is very week decorated, specially the pool and rooftop area. Everything smells amazing due to the candles. The staff is very helpful and they are available for you every time. Breakfast is also well served and the food is plenty.

There was a minor issue. Essentially there is the main Bô Riad and there are more rooms that also belong to Bô Riad on the other side of the street - literally 4 meters away. When we arrived we didn’t know this but as soon as we mentioned that we would like to stay in the “main” riad the staff moved us immediately. Nevertheless, we decided to make this change just because we wanted the experience of being in a riad, the rooms in the one are exactly the same and you have the same access to everything.

We received a very warm welcome from the staff. The food served at breakfast was very good, although you don't have any choice and there were no pastries and very limited fruit, such as two slices of orange to share. The rooms were nice and the bed was very comfortable.

Cleaning of the terrace, would take place whilst you were eating breakfast. This should take place after the breakfast service, as it ruined the relaxing setting. The shower head did not lower and just fell out of its holder, we made sure to shower in the morning as the afternoon did not have any hot water. Loud music could be heard late into the night, I don't think this could be helped though.

Great location very central, beautiful pool and rooftop. Very clean and the staff were fantastic.

The first room we were put in only had a window on to the internal courtyard, it was very small and you could hear everyone walking past your room, so it didn’t feel very private. We also had people above us and you could hear them moving furniture around. The second room was a lot bigger, with an external window and it was much brighter. On the first day breakfast was served up on the rooftop which was great as you were in the sun but for the rest of the stay the staff wouldn’t open up the top terrace so you sat inside in the shade and it was freezing.

Bô Riad Boutique Hotel & Spa is simply wonderful! This is the second time I’ve chosen this Riad, and without a doubt, I will continue to choose it every time I visit Marrakech. Everything is perfect: the place is beautiful, carefully designed, and impeccably clean. A huge thank you to the entire staff for their kindness and availability. A special thanks to Halima, Mohammed, Abdul, and Soufiane, who made us feel at home. A big shoutout to the breakfast team as well, who prepared the best breakfasts we could have asked for in Marrakech. But the biggest thank you goes to my friend Soufiane, who arranged the most amazing excursions for us, making our stay even more special. The riad is in a very convenient location close to souks and sights. The decor is lovely and it has a very comfortable welcoming vibe. The staff cannot do enough for you - y they make you feel so valued and everyone goes the extra mile. Fouad on the front desk was amazing spending time to sort out data for my phone and helping us in so many ways. The staff really made our holiday special.

The bedroom was dark - one small window

We absolutely loved our stay at the Bo Riad! From start to finish, we were treated like royalty. Upon arrival by transfer, a staff member kindly met us and walked us to the riad—something we found incredibly helpful as we weren’t familiar with the area. As soon as we arrived, we were welcomed with tea and pastries, along with a detailed explanation of a map of Marrakech and recommendations for must-visit attractions. Our room was spotless and cleaned daily, and whenever we needed anything, the staff went above and beyond to assist us. The team at Bo Riad truly made our trip unforgettable, and the breakfast was nothing short of sensational!

We stayed here for my friend’s birthday. The riad itself is gorgeous, just like the pictures!We were greeted with moroccan tea and biscuits on arrival by friendly staff who then assisted us with our bags to our room. Every member of staff we interacted with were exceptional! They made my friend’s birthday holiday so special and even made her a special birthday cake to suit her dietary needs and left a lovely note and flower petals in the room. Also, during the stay I unfortunately got sick but the staff went out of their way to help, bringing me extra blankets late at night and offering to go to the pharmacy for me, and offering advice / bringing me plain food for breakfast. Thank you for going so above and beyond for us! Cannot recommend enough.

This was not an issue for us, but I would say that the walls are thin and you can hear from other rooms/outside, so may not be as suitable for younger children trying to get to sleep
