We had a wonderful stay at Riad Tzizwit! Traveling from Agadir to Marrakech, a car was arranged for us, making our arrival seamless. Upon reaching the city, a team member met us and guided us through the maze of streets to the riad, which was greatly appreciated. Tzizwit is ideally located just a few hundred meters south of the main square—close to the action but peaceful at night. The riad itself is stunning, beautifully decorated, and full of charm. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ensuring we had everything we needed. One of the highlights was breakfast on the rooftop, where we enjoyed delicious food with breathtaking views of the Atlas Mountains. Everything about our stay was perfect—10 out of 10! We will definitely be back.

Spa treatent and hammam experience was not great. Was there with a friend. 2 masseuses administed the massages on 2 tables so close together, There was very little space between the tables and made the experience uncomfortable for both of us. They should have told us before the massage and we would have scheduled them separately. Need to upgrade their spa services in the Riad.

Where do I begin! The property itself was absolutely beautiful, immaculately clean and in a fantastic location. The terrace was stunning, offering great views over Marrakech as well as a lovely place to relax in the sun. What made the trip for us both though was the outstanding service from all of the staff. We were made to feel so comfortable from the second we walked into the riad - they were so attentive and caring. Such a lovely group of people… it was hard to say goodbye :) We will definitely be returning in the future and want to offer our biggest thanks to the staff for going out of their way to make our short stay in Marrakech as wonderful as it could be!

I cannot fault this property. It was truly special!!

The property was traditionally decorated with a European flare. It felt quite modern, even though it was tucked away in the old part of town. The location was ideal. It was one street away from the market and just a short walk away from the town Square, which is festive and bustling with vendors, performers, juice, bars, restaurants, and and other entertainment through the night. The spa was amazing and it was a treat to have a relaxing, very professional massage – I got a deep version – just a few steps away from our room. The facility was extremely clean, and although it has a small footprint – each level has its own bit of magic and was very comfortable. But the best part of our stay was the incredibly attentive and caring staff. For the one night we were there they went above very well, taken care of when they transport us, handled all of our high maintenance issues with Grace, humor, and care.

The only thing we did not like was really not the fault of the property. It was extremely hot and it does take a while for the small air conditioner to cool the room. Also the power went in and out. Again, not the property’s fault. Comment we had was kind of funny. The mirrors in the bathroom and the main area and the shower were all made for very tall people. We had to stand on stools just to see ourselves and could not reach the shower so water kind of sprayed everywhere. Other than that everything was wonderful!

The location is in middle of medina and souks so a good place to be in to enjoy marrakech. The staff is super friendly and they also help with any tours or airport drop off

The common area of Riad is pretty including terrace for breakfast and the swimming pool. The room we stayed in was very basic and the bathroom was also old, it was clean but the shower area should be separate so that water doesn’t spread in the whole bathroom.

The riad was very beautiful, with a small pool and rooftop. The room was comfortable and a good size. The location is good - just a short walk to the main square. The staff were very nice and friendly. Mint tea and sweets were provided on arrival, and one staff member sat down with us to discuss services/tours and draw on a map different sites of interest. Breakfast was bread, cake, fruit, juice and yogurt. We had dinner on the rooftop and it was ok, but could be better for the price.

The two mirrors in the room were small and only showed from the shoulders up. It would be nice to have a full length mirror somewhere, if not in the room, then at least somewhere in the shared areas. There were no space in the bathroom to put your toiletries and only one hook to hang a towel. The bed was a little bit hard.

The Riad itself is a bit hidden, which is good since you get some peace and quietness from the buzzling market. The owners and staff are super friendly, extremely helpful (even with small things) and always up for a fun small chat. Beautiful Riad itself and always very clean and everything is nicely arranged so you really feel at home. The staff is eager to help with advice on what to do and can arrange tours, etc. super quickly at a really good price. Beautiful terrace on which a typical local breakfast is served. The staff even guided us from and to the taxi pickup point and gave us a to-go breakfast when we had to leave in the middle of the night to go to the airport. I have stayed in many hotels (small, large, cheap, expensive, etc.), but this is hands down the best place I have ever stayed at in every aspect - they deserve the praise :)

Me and my family recently stayed in tzizwit , and we cannot say enough good things about my experience, especially thanks to the incredible host, Khalid. From the moment I arrived, Khalid went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was perfect. He was always available, incredibly friendly, and made me feel right at home.Khalid’s attention to detail and willingness to help with anything I needed truly set this stay apart from any other. Whether it was, simply engaging in pleasant conversation, Khalid was simply amazing.I would highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a place in Morocco where you’ll feel welcomed and cared for. Khalid made this trip unforgettable, and I can’t thank him enough for his hospitality. He truly is an awesome host, and I’m so grateful for the experience. I loved staying at Riad Tzizwit in Marrakech because of its warm and welcoming atmosphere, stunning traditional Moroccan decor, and peaceful escape from the city’s hustle and bustle. The hospitality was exceptional, with friendly staff who made me feel at home. The rooftop terrace offered breathtaking views, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring

The riad is beautiful and an easy walk from the main square. Comfy beds, very attentive staff, and a tasty breakfast on the roof terrace. I was taking a Supratours bus to Agadir and the riad staff organized a taxi from the riad to the Supratours bus station. They walk with you to the awaiting car and the fare is already agreed upon - very easy. I was in room 1 on the ground level and it was very nice. In the evening, I could slightly hear the music from La Pergola next door.
