The location (once I actually found the hotel!) was great. The bed was comfortable. The one provided towel was larger than most I've had in budget hotels and was extremely soft too. And the air conditioning in the room was excellent - easy to operate and very quiet too. As for the staff, they were pleasant, polite, friendly and helpful.

Not the easiest of places to find. While the address is clear, actually finding the hotel was very difficult. I spent almost 2 hours looking for it, only to find that the entrance is tucked down an alleyway just off the pedestrianised street it was on. I had walked past it several times. I had also asked in several other hotels in the same area and while they confirmed the address, nobody knew of the hotel itself. I have uploaded a picture of the hotel sign on the main thoroughfare which may help some locate the hotel a bit more easily.

I had a great stay at Hôtel Agnaou! The location is perfect, close to everything you need, and it’s definitely value for money. The staff was excellent, especially Abdeleilah, who went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a convenient and affordable place to stay.

The only downside was that the Wi-Fi signal didn’t reach my room, but it wasn’t a big issue since I had mobile data. Overall, I would still highly recommend this hotel for its convenience and service.

I want go start by thanking Mohammed and Saida at reception who were brilliant. Very helpful, polite and great to chat with. Mohammed helped us with certain areas to go etc. The day shift recptionist Saida also was very welcoming and we had a laugh about my little allergy to nuts as i became the nutty professor for a few days after eating an almond cake. No complaints, and both staff were exceptional and I would recommend hotel for the budget it is at. You can't ask for more to be fair. Very convenient location to Jema Fna, in fact right in the heart of it. All access to food, shopping, etc so no issues there at all. Lively area so was good for us. I would come here again, Yes.

All rooms are equipped with AC, TV and WiFi alone with a bathroom. Upon check-in, ask for the remote controls. For people who use their laptops a lot, they can have access to some tables and chairs along with electricity plugs in some open space rooms inside the hotel. What I liked the most is the location. The hotel is at the heart of Jame Lafna Square.

This hotel did not prepare any breakfast but it did provide you with the option of buying food. The food here was okay, it is not good enough for me to warrant eating it everyday but it's very bearable. The location is fantastic though! In the middle of the busy streets of Marrakech you are bound to find a good adventure close to home!

Some of the older rooms can be quite dirty. With some instances of me finding out that they have cockroaches in them. But the new rooms are very clean and I like staying there. Also the door man looks a bit sketchy, no uniform or anything, I'm always wary of scams in this area.

I was a bit skeptical as it was a cheap hotel and the reviews were 50/50 but I’m GLAD I took a chance to stay here! great stay that’s awesome vaulter for money and even has better facilities in more expensive places I’ve stayed in marrakech! very clean…they even ask you everyday if you need cleaning!..basic room with HOT water in the shower!(rare for the Medina area lol)..TV and amazing aircon that works so well! the staff are all very friendly and welcoming! even though the location is in a busy area the room was extremely quiet…I didn’t hear anything from the main strip! very close to everything in the square!

There wasn’t a plug socket next to the bed (only one in the bathroom)..it wasn’t the end of the world but this would be my only fault with the place

Really nice budget hotel in the Medina just a few minutes from the square. Might not be luxury, but for about 20 euro per night this is absolutely worth the money. The staff was nice and helpful and speaks English. There is good WiFi. There was hot water in the shower every day. The bed to the right was comfortable.

Location is superb 2 minutes from jemaa lfna & 1 minute from the main road where you can grab a taxi. If you are an easy going traveller who wants to make the most of his tourism, it is the right place!! Restaurant agnaou also is worth trying, very tasty and affordable! Excellent quality/price ratio. Attentive staff I have some back pain so they were diligent enough not to let me carry the bag on the stairs. Thank you guys & manager!!

Don't be picky & enjoy marrakech!!

The hotel is well situated, just perfect for myself. No complains about the overall services provided and the value for the spent money is very fair. Also, staff members are very welcoming and polite, thank you for answering my questions with warmth and smiles.

The stairs were quite challenging for myself.

I love this hotel the staff are very friendly and accommodating which makes your stay a really nice experience also the hotel restaurant staff are very helpful and friendly it was a great pleasure to stay there
