Sindi Sud Riad is perfectly located in the heart of the Marrakech Medina, just a 6-minute walk from Jam Al Fen bus station, making it easy and affordable to travel anywhere by local buses. There are plenty of food places, money changers, and shops within a 2-minute walk—you name it, it’s there! The rooftop breakfast is amazing, with many delicious options. On my last stay, I had to leave early in the morning, and they thoughtfully packed me a breakfast, which was a huge relief since everything is usually closed at that time. Rashid was very helpful and even arranged all my tours before I arrived, which made my trip stress-free. I really loved my stay and will definitely return here again soon.

This place exceeded out expectations - our room was spotless, with a working A/C. Staff were lovely and it was all round very quiet and safe. Location couldn't have been better - located on a side street from the main square, and a corner shop just downstairs for water.

The sink in our room didn't work but that wasn't an issue as you cant drink the tap water. There is only 2 showers and toilets for the whole place, while this didn't cause any issues, it is worth noting.

Location is perfect,very near Jamaa el fna but quiet from the outside.I had a room with private bathroom and air-con with heating option what is very useful thing in winter time,always with hot water, breakfast was typical moroccan (jam,honey,pancakes,olives,fresh orange juice,team/coffee)

I had a room in the ground floor and unfortunately there was a noise starting from early hours.There is a shared toillet and bathroom nearby and people are coming around all the time.Rooms on the floors are much better (I know that because some of our group stayed there)

Fantastic location just a very short walk to the main square for all the action with plenty of food and snack options nearby. Very clean and organised and all staff I met were very friendly, kind and helpful. Bed was comfortable, the rooftop was nice and relaxing with a good breakfast available. Would definitely stay again. Thankyou ☺️

Although it was no problem for me as a cold shower was very welcome in the hot weather, the hot water did not seem to work in the bottom level shower. Again not a problem for my stay, but something to note. Slightly noisy at night with the my room window right into an alleyway. But fortunately after walking around and busy days I was always tired enough to still sleep well enough.

This little hotel is located in the middle of the Medina, very close to the big square. The staff is very friendly and helpful. You get a nice breakfast on the rooftop, included in the rate. They arranged a taxi for me and a guy with a pushcart as the hotel is in a very narrow street. I would recommend this delightful place to everybody, unless you want to remain in your room and watch TV ;-)

I had been in Marrakech 5 days prior and went to Casablanca by train so it was only for the night before my flight back to Brussels. If you want to stay longer, the room might be a little small for you.

The receptionist, Rachid, is really nice and approachable which I think was the reason why I enjoyed this stay. The location is really good in a prime spot so everything is walkable. For the price you cannot beat it! They also have a terrace with a view! You cannot also print off your boarding pass in the hotel for 5Dirhams per page which is convenient for your flight home.

There can be some times where the water in the shower is cold. For others who might need to know, there is only one shared shower and toilet available in the ground floor but there are sinks in every room I think.

The location is very good, and the building is still in a quiet part of the neighbourhood. We were greeted well and had receptionists around the clock to answer our questions. They all spoke French and were very accomodating (including an early check-in and leaving our luggage there while waiting for our room to get cleaned). The breakfast w was a nice touch too.

A bit of noise from the coming and going which is normal. The only thing for us, is that they keep the big white light on in the corridor, which made it a bit harden for us to fall asleep (we like to sleep early) since they dont have curtains. We would suggest curtains and-or to close the corridor lights at early at night and-or have lights that are dimmer at night time. Minor detail

The hotel has wonderful staff, an excellent location, and secure rooms. I checked out early and could leave my bags in a safe area for the day. As a female, traveling alone, I was greeted and cared for politely and respectfully. I was offered assistance to navigate the city and given instructions on good places to shop and eat. I will return to this hotel again. The linens were very fresh and the sheets were ironed and of nice quality. There was a heavy blanket to stay snug in the night.

Unfortunately, all the rooms with adjoining bathrooms were booked when I returned for a night at the end of my trip. It wasn't too inconvenient though because I had a sink in my room and the toilets were nearby.

‏I frequent hotels because I love to travel and have accumulated a significant amount of experience after visiting more than 80 countries. I often find a hotel that combines low prices and cleanliness. Although this is a small hotel, you will find a warm welcome there. Mr. Rachid is humble, cheerful, and helpful. For anyone looking to spend a short time in Marrakech at a low price with impeccable cleanliness, I recommend this hotel, which is very close to Jemaa el-Fna Square.

An excellent location a couple of minutes walk to the markets and main square. Loads of cafes and restaurants and a cash exchange around the corner. We were on the ground floor of the authentic Moroccan hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful and mostly spoke English. The breakfast on the terrace was great but as I have mobility problems was difficult for me, so the lovely staff brought it down to our room.

The only real issue was not being able to get hot water for the shower. Ty be rooms are small but adequate
