The place is great. Of course you will not find it "the best" place in Marrakech, but it is for sure for the price they have. Hamsa -sorry mate if I write your name wrong:)- and his colleagues were of great help. The breakfast is very good. The rooms are more than ok. Sure the bahtroom can be improved, but it is no big deal. The location is wonderfull, just a bunch of meters from Jemaa el-Fna but inside very quite and relaxing. The rooms have clima and the internet goes very well. Additionally, the staff is so helpful and nice, they make it very easy for us all. we traveled with 2 pre-teens and they found it great also. If you dont know where to eat, they help with recommendations.

About the hostel, we got more than what we paid in the price, considering other options and locations (really important the location for in the evening-night it is helpful to have short walk distances), so if I say something I didnt like, i wouldnt be fair to the guys running this riad. To say something: the bathrooms could be improved.

Nice small Riad within a 3 min walk to Jamaa El Fna Square and 5 mins walk to the Souk, Very cosy and clean. Staff are particularly nice and super friendly. Breakfast is served on the roof terrace which is nice and peaceful for a nice and slow start of the day. We visited in the midst of a hot summer, so it was nice to have a good working air conditioner.

Noise from the adjust rooms to ours was bit uncomfortable at some point during the nights.

The staff were very welcoming and super friendly. They really could not have done enough to ensure we were looked after during our stay. The breakfast each morning on the roof terrace was something we looked forward to. Our bathroom was a little dated, however beds were very comfortable and the room was cleaned every day. The location was very central to the main square (2 minute walk). We were initially surprised by how lively our street was. Imagine a narrow street crammed with shops, stalls, people, mopeds and bicycles, however we soon adjusted to the activity and despite all of the activity, the location felt very safe. We would definitely return.

Reviewing this as a solo traveller whose main goal was visiting the 7 saints . I’ve never met such friendly staff in a hotel . They catered for my needs and beyond . The room was small and dim but catered for my needs as I was hardly there . For those who want to go to the square : market , it’s literally a minute away .

For those who want more variety in breakfast or plan to spend a lot of time in the room , then they should check these things beforehand : my room wasn’t well lit / the window was completely boarded .

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Marrakech. The location was perfect—almost in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore the vibrant streets and attractions. The room was spacious, nicely decorated, and impeccably clean. What stood out the most was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to assist with a warm smile. Excellent location, very close to main square, buses as well as all attractions. Room clean and all interior quite well separated from the Medina’s street noise. Nice staff, very comfy bed, no bad smells. All good in general. Definitely one of several riads we have experienced in Marrakech we can recommend.

The aircon in the room was working very loudly and not efficient. We tried to warm the room a bit and that was not possible. And the breakfast - some cheese or egg would be nice too ;)

Azz-eddin and Hamza ,the reception staff ,very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. The riad is in a good place just a few minutes walk away from the main square. We booked a taxi with them on arrival and departure which was a good price and they escorted us both ways as easy to get lost. Exchange rate good in the riad too. Thank you to you both for all your help and recommending great places and making our stay an enjoyable one.

The area is a good and very safe place. The people are welcoming and very helpful and friendly. Very clean environment. The square is a place of many activities - very beautiful in the evening and well lit. There are many shops in the square with different products which are opened till evening. Cash points are also nearby and pick ups are available in the square.

The stay was fantastic; you can truly feel the warmth of the family behind the management of the riad. They were always very kind and solved everything we needed. The breakfast is excellent. The location of the riad is very convenient; although it is inside the medina, taxis reach the main square, and getting there from there is super easy.
