The staff were very welcoming and super friendly. They really could not have done enough to ensure we were looked after during our stay. The breakfast each morning on the roof terrace was something we looked forward to. Our bathroom was a little dated, however beds were very comfortable and the room was cleaned every day. The location was very central to the main square (2 minute walk). We were initially surprised by how lively our street was. Imagine a narrow street crammed with shops, stalls, people, mopeds and bicycles, however we soon adjusted to the activity and despite all of the activity, the location felt very safe. We would definitely return.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Marrakech. The location was perfect—almost in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore the vibrant streets and attractions. The room was spacious, nicely decorated, and impeccably clean. What stood out the most was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to assist with a warm smile. Excellent location, very close to main square, buses as well as all attractions. Room clean and all interior quite well separated from the Medina’s street noise. Nice staff, very comfy bed, no bad smells. All good in general. Definitely one of several riads we have experienced in Marrakech we can recommend.

The aircon in the room was working very loudly and not efficient. We tried to warm the room a bit and that was not possible. And the breakfast - some cheese or egg would be nice too ;)

Azz-eddin and Hamza ,the reception staff ,very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. The riad is in a good place just a few minutes walk away from the main square. We booked a taxi with them on arrival and departure which was a good price and they escorted us both ways as easy to get lost. Exchange rate good in the riad too. The area is a good and very safe place. The people are welcoming and very helpful and friendly. Very clean environment. The square is a place of many activities - very beautiful in the evening and well lit. There are many shops in the square with different products which are opened till evening. Cash points are also nearby and pick ups are available in the square.

I like the atmosphere and the people.

Amazing location, 2 minutes walking to the place of Jemaa el Fenaa and Souks, where most of the fun of Marrakech is. Good breakfast in the terracy. The most amazing thing are Youssef and Mohammed, so kind, helping in everything and anything, from walking with you to show you a restaurant to taking you themselves to the Taxi after calling it when you leave. Such amazing people with a very high level of Empathy and good eduction.

Shower and Sink need to be cleaned, the water stays there hours before it goes, not very comfortable to shave or have a shower.

The riad is very central but surprisingly quiet and peaceful inside. The room was perfect, with AC and room service every day. The bathroom was very small and basic but worked. The breakfast was simple and delicious, even though only sweet options were provided. The terrace where the breakfast was served was a great place to chill and get some rest during the day. The staff were above amazing, helped us with boarding passes and taxis and answered all our questions.

The Hotel was amazing with excellent services provided by the staff, very friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was so good and provided and served with smiley face and always ready to help in everyway. One day, I wanted to leave early in the morning without breakfast so they packed the breakfast for me so I can have it on the way even though it was so early in the morning. I asked the hotel service person for washing my cloths and they managed to do it on last minute call without asking for any further charges. I am so pleased with their service, breakfast, cleanliness, staff, WIFI speed, location of the hotel as it is in the middle of the town and all the visiting and tourist attractions are on a walking distance. Highly recommend to everyone who are looking for a place to stay in Marrakech. I will be staying here every time when I will plan my visit to Marrakech. Excellent, Amazing, very secure and Super good.

There is not a single thing that I didn't like about this Hotel. It ticked all the boxes for me for everything. Breakfast on time and on your demand, WIFI speed was amazing, facility for washing your cloths, arrange transportation as well to anywhere you want to go.

Excellent location, main square, Jemaa el-Fnaa is like 100 m away. in front of hotel there is currency exchange, Staff is very friendly ( young Muhammad was very helpful), they daily made the beds, provided me with whatever I asked for, prayer mat, knife and plate, they accommodated me for early breakfast at 8 am, even when the breakfast time was 8.30. Price is very reasonable and for this price, the facilities and location is excellent.
