We stayed for 3 nights and were genuinely impressed by how welcoming and attentive the staff were—they really went above and beyond to make us feel at home. From warm greetings to helpful local tips, their hospitality made a huge difference. The location was perfect, within walking distance of everything. Our room was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful. The restaurant food was delicious, and the breakfasts were a highlight each morning. The spa was incredible—the hammam and facial were deeply relaxing and beautifully done. A perfect place to unwind with amazing service!

Nothing at all—everything exceeded our expectations.

Stayed as a family and the Riad was quite easy to find off a main very busy narrow street. Once inside it was an oasis of calm and tranquility. The reception was staffed 24 hours a day which made an early 4am start for ballooning very easy. Breakfast is perfect and on the roof terrace. My first time in Marrakech and would recommend instead of some of the large out of town hotels as you can nip back, cool off and go again 👍

The pool was a little disappointing as not sure whether this was to get into as a plunge pool or just for decoration?

This riad was absolutely beautiful. We were greeted with traditional tea on the terrace. The reception staff could not be more kind and welcoming. We were able to drop off our luggage prior to check in. This meant we could go out and explore the charming city. The breakfast was fresh and delicious with a large choice. We had an amazing 28 hours in Marrakesh. We would definitely return and recommend the riad Sherazade. Family of five with three adult children. We all loved it.

The bed in the double room was a little hard for me. Other than that, it was truly exceptional. The triple room was perfect and very comfortable.

The Riad is in a brilliant location if you don't mind being in the vibrant Marrakech, but when you enter at the Riad, you feel transported to the beauty of Marroco architecture and calmness of the smell of incense. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The bed was so comfortable and the room by the pool was such a great size. The facilities are extremely clean! I would definitely go back. Fully recommended!!

It would have been nice a welcoming Marroco tea. A bit of more variety of breakfast would be preferable.

Location is very central but off the main street so is quiet. Everything is within walking distance. They are staff are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was amazing each day, highly recommend their mint tea it was the best we had whilst there. The rooms and bathroom were very clean and cleaned daily. Also everything smelt amazing.

Getting to the pool was a little taxing as it was on bottom floor of other part of hotel so we had to go up one way and then back down another to reach it.

The room was very nice. The staff was amazing and very attentive, helped us with the printing of tickets, on finding locations and let us leave the bags on the last day. The location was very close to the plaza.

Wi-fi was only available outside of the room which forced us to leave the room. Even though the cleaning was nice, they do not replace the bath towels with the hot temperatures they got smelly after a few days. The breakfast even though it was nice ended a bit early.

Breakfast was good, and location was exactly where we wanted to be within 5 minutes from the main square. We found the property to be exactly as expected and receiption when booking in and out was as expected, glad we didn't get any offers for trips etc.

We weren't told about the pool and found out when checking out which wasn't great as we'd been in 105 temp with no pool. We were told there is signs round the place, they must be hiden as we never saw any. Breakfast is ok could be better with fresh individual tea and coffee to the table instead of the big pots.

Amazing location, even better customer service!! The riad is 5min from Jemaa el-Fnaa square and 1min from the famouse Henna Art Café, as well as other really nice restaurants (La Pergola, Dardar, Dar Essalam etc) and there are also small souk-like shops. The riad is actually two buildings connected by the gorgeous terrace. we were staying in the riad next to the reception, with an exceptional ground floor with a fountain and plants; the other side has a pool in the ground floor that everyone can use. Amazingly quiet and relaxing. I loved the fact that in the morning they will put incense in the fountain room so the smell would fill the whole place, just so relaxing! Rooms are spacious and have everything you need. good shower too. Breakfast is served in the terrace/the breakfast room and it is such a huge and delicious breakfast!! The owner is lovely, always ready to help and chat with us. we loved everything about this riad and we would 100% recommend it!!

Breakfast was excellent and the staff were very polite and informative. The riad was clean and looked nice. It's situated In an area with a lot of excellent rooftop restaurants and bars such as Dardar and La Pergola (recommend both). Arranging a taxi with the hotel staff is easy, safe and worked well.

There is a mosque/tower with loudspeakers practically next to the hotel riad. I highly recommend ear plugs unless you don't mind being woken up at sunrise. This is something the hotel obviously can't do anything about, but just a friendly recommendation :)

The riad was beautiful, great breakfast, super location , we loved it, great for families too, spacious terrace.

We loved everything, we didn't expect to hear the 5 am chanting so clearly and be waken up at 5am every morning. Our room was situated just next to a mosque so the morning prayers were very loud and clear, if you don't mind being up early, this makes it for a great experience too. So overall there isn't anything we didn't like.
