The staff here are fantastic, the rooms are clean and comfortable, great breakfasts, pretty communal areas, and a brilliant location between Jamma El-Fnaa and Tinsmiths. I would recommend it to anyone who has an action packed itinerary and plans to be up and out every morning. However if you are aiming for a nice relaxing stay there might be better options in the Medina. The cleaning staff start at about 7 so lie-ins weren't possible in our experience there's a lot of shouting when the cleaning starts and it carries around the riad. The terrace is lovely, really nicely done and a great sun trap but it's very difficult to get any food or drink up there we resorted to going to a nearby shop instead again this makes it a bit harder to spend a relaxing day there. We were a couple on a babymoon looking to do a mix of sight seeing and relaxing.

Best breakfast I had in Morocco during 10 days!! The staff (Kamal at the reception in particular!) is exceptional!! Excellent location, service and professionalism from all staff. The hammam experience was really great!!

Nothing!

Stunning collection of little riads. Location perfect for exploring the medina. The beds were comfortable, en-suite a decent size. Staff were friendly. Addition of heated pool was a great bonus! The terrace was our favourite part.

Some breakfast things ran out before 9:30. Shower occasionally ran cold.

Welcomed warmly with a personal introduction to the hotel and facilities in perfect English, and tea and biscuits. Room was lovely, view onto internal higher patio. Fire on cold evenings in reception area. Excellent view of Atlas mountains from roof terrace. Meticulously clean, staff always present.

Room: shower pressure a little low. TV could offer a few more European programmes (only BBC international news available). Breakfast: when a lot of people were staying,(seems to be used by American tourist companies), the breakfast service could be a bit overwhelmed with the buffet not being filled up quickly enough - tea boiler ran out of water, orange juice ran out, fruit also, plates and so on.

Our stay exceeded our expectations. I was surprised to find the riad in the middle of what seemed like total chaos, to be so quiet and restful. It was like we were in our own private oasis. The staff provided impeccable service especially the front desk staff. They were ready to accommodate all of our needs and some unusual demands. Every time they were simply excellent. The spa and restaurant staff were just so friendly and warm. Shout out to Nounou (I’m not sure if I wrote her name correctly) made our morning breakfast fun. She was simply marvelous. The porter who brought our many luggage’s up the stairs. Everyone did not disappoint.

Loads of choice for breakfast, but the warm choice alternated from sausages one day and chicken in crem sauce another repeatedly. Everyone was very attentive and helpful. We had a twin room (although we'd prefer double but since there's so much French influence we didn't want to end up with a 120cm bed. But after two days of putting the beds together the cleaning ladies provided us with new double sheet and duvet. Location is just steps from the big square and everything is easily reachable on foot.

It is a common problem and this place was (unfortunately) no exception: there were no hooks to hang towels in the bathroom, only the ones in front of it. So it was tricky but fortunately towels were changed daily and we didn't have to bother drying them... but it is not very environment conscious. We couldn't use the pool much since it is opened only from 11am till 5pm which is exactly when any curious tourist explores the Medina.

The Riad is absolutely stunning and the staff are very lovely. They went above and beyond to help, from welcome drinks and snacks, to printing our boarding passes and even speaking to excursion teams on our behalf. The rooms were very lovely and clean and picturesque and the AC is fantastic! Very close to main square. Only took us 5 minutes to walk to the main square. I would definitely stay here again.

Nothing to dislike!

The hotel is absolutely stunning, full of character & traditional features. It was an oasis of calm in the busy city and the location was perfect for exploring Marrakesh. The staff were all fantastic, so welcoming and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We had a Hamman and massage in the hotel which was just wonderful. We stayed in the suite which was utterly beautiful!

It was a little noisy at night with guests coming back after an evening out. The courtyards mean the noise travels but this can’t be helped and there are signs everywhere asking people to be respectful at night and keep the noise down.

A stunningly beautiful Riad. The staff were lovely and our room was very clean and very comfortable. We loved the roof terrace - an oasis of calm away from the hustle and bustle of the medina. I know Marrakech quite well and still found it a little tricky to find. I would recommend the hotel taxi service from the airport if you are new to Marrakech. However, once you find this place it is in a great central spot, very convenient for seeing everything. Breakfast was great - with lots of choice of hot and cold food.

The only thing that I didn’t like was that guests are allowed to sit for breakfast with the resident cat on their knee and at the table. I noticed other guests who were not keen on this also.

The staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful. They are genuinely interested in their guests enjoying their time at the hotel and solving any problems that might arise. The breakfast is abundant, delicious and varied. Mint tea is on the house, and offered whenever you want to sit and relax or wait. The raid itself is beautifully decorated with a lovely, sunny roof terrace. The location is right in the medina, but everyone knows it, so I only had to ask to find it easily. The area is lively, always full of people, surrounded by craft shops and as a single woman I felt very safe.

The single rooms are either so small they are claustrophobic or have an outside bathroom, which is inconvenient as the corredors get very cold at night in winter. For this reason I thought the room was expensive.
