This riad is exceptional, tucked away in the medina - a real ´Safe Haven’ to come back to after a long day touring! Pure House is beautifully decorated, spotless and above all else, has the most wonderful staff - they went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable & enjoyable as possible - upgrading us to a bigger room on our second day, giving us a phone with data so we could find our way around, greeting us back at night time, organising transfers - the list is endless! They say that it’s the people you meet along the way, that makes a holiday/experience more enjoyable and how true that was for us having Mohammad at Pure House - impeccable hospitality - dinner recommendations, walking us to and from our taxis, organising a tuktuk to dinner for an authentic Marrakesh experience, late evening drinks on the balcony & lots & lots of great chats!!! It was so beautiful, the photos do not even begin to capture the beauty. The staff were so amazing and pleasant and always went above and beyond. When we arrived, the manager gave us a tour of the hotel and talked to us about Marrakesh. We were then given a phone by her, that had all the important staffs numbers and a list of restaurants and activities that they recommend. It also had a sim in it so you did not have to get your own ( it was enough to help you get around). They looked after everything! I could not recommend this place enough. The night staff were so Pleasant and they completely respected your privacy.

Honestly there’s nothing bad to say. When walking to the the riad it may seem a bit intimidating but it was absolutely fine. It’s in a great location and is close to everything. The staff are always happy to walk you from the riad to where you want to you at any time.

The facilities at the property are wonderful. Pool & roof top bar offer a great respite in the afternoon. Rooms are a great size and staff are so helpful. Breakfast at the property is a dream. Freshly prepared, tasty, lots of options and served by such friendly staff. Even when we had to leave a little early one morning, they arranged for breakfast to still be served. The choice of eating downstairs by the pool or upstairs on the top deck is nice too. Being given a local phone to use for the duration of our trip was such a bonus - as we relied on the Map all the time and could contact the hotel staff if we needed help with anything.

Actually loved everything! When arriving at the end of the street, there is an empty block where a house has been demolished, but you knock on the door and it is like a little oasis inside ... and so quiet!

The staff were exceptional- I don’t think I’ve stayed at any accommodation where they’ve treated us with such respect and care. It’s in a very central location if you’re looking to stay in the Medina but it’s still quiet as it’s down a lane. We did not feel worried anytime walking to and from the hotel and if we did, the staff would assist us. Providing us a phone that had data was a great touch and was super useful for getting around. The rooms were a great size, very comfortable and the breakfast made us feel like royalty. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Outside of the Riad there are renovations taking place so the look of it isn’t the best but that doesn’t take away from the beauty of Pure House.

At first I thought Pure House was just a bit too Instagram-perfect to be true from the photos, but I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived that it looked just like the pictures! What it doesn’t show in the pictures though is probably the best part of Pure House: all the incredible staff and their personable brand of five-star hospitality. Pure House’s staff was the best we've had this trip, maybe even on any trip! Everyone greeted you warmly and always asked to make sure we had everything we needed. Sara has done a great job assembling this team. I have to specifically shout out to two staff in particular: Mohammed and Insaf. Insaf welcomed us on arrival and was personable, funny and quickly made us feel at home. She gave us recommendations and provided us with a phone with data so we could be in touch with Pure House at any time. Throughout the stay, she helped with activities, incredible dinner reservations and even arranged a mini-breakfast served to us in the extra early morning by Abdul before our hot air balloon ride! Mohamed went above and beyond to make our stay at Pure House special. His infectiously positive personality combined with meticulous attention to detail, made us assume he was a manager of some kind! He quickly learned our names and preferences and frequently anticipated our needs before we even thought to ask. Whether it was a cure for our indecision with a flight of wine samples, a live spritz demo, helping to organize our departure or an adjustment of the umbrellas as the sun came out, he was always two steps ahead of us. He was incredibly knowledgeable and we had lots of great conversations. Once it was time to go, it genuinely felt like we had made new friends at Pure House. I had mixed feelings writing such a glowing review only because this is really one of those places that you just want to keep to yourself! It’s still a hidden gem and I know full well that whenever it catches on, it’s gonna be impossible to book.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pure House. The staff were so accommodating, helpful and friendly; in particular Ahmed, Insaf and Sara. Everywhere was immaculately clean, the beds were big and comfy, and there was plenty of space on the roof top to relax after a day exploring the city! We were also given a mobile on arrival so that we could speak to the management team whenever we needed, and also to help us get around the city with signal and to be able to hotspot to our personal mobiles - this was a great, unexpected perk. Location wise, it was the perfect spot, with just a 2 minute walk to Jemaa El-Fnaa. Breakfast was delicious, we will miss this the most! We thoroughly enjoyed the Moroccan mint tea too! I would revisit Pure House in a heartbeat and recommend it to all my friends and family!

The Riad is located in the centre of the Medina, very close to the central square, but off the main souk streets. There are corner shops a 3minute walk away, but they have everything you could need in the building! The rooms are gorgeously decorated, as is the entire Riad. Everything is clean and you can tell details matter to them. They gave us a phone with data (how crazy is that???) and the warmest welcome. Breakfast was HUGE and delicious. You can order food from a local restaurant to be served on their rooftop. I need to also say they are the loveliest team of people! From Sara checking us in, to Ahmed, Hamza and Abdel looking after us throughout our stay, to Insaf helping us check out on the last day. We were very grateful!

We have no complaints at all. We had an impeccable stay with them.

Had a fantastic stay at Pure House. Sara and her team went out of their way to make our stay as enjoyable and trouble free as possible in this beautiful Riad. The trips arranged by Sara were fantastic and good value for money. Breakfast was excellent as was the location of the hotel. A special mention for Mohammed (Mo) who was just delightful and full of recommendations and knowledge of Marrakech. Would recommend using the hotels airport transfers, as finding the hotel may be a little tricky. The service was very efficient and good value. All in all we highly recommend a stay at this delightful Riad hotel and it’s very lovely staff. Thank you all.

Pure House was a fantastic place to stay for the Marrakesh pirtion of our trip. An oasis in the middle of the medina just a few minutes walk to Jmaa El Fnaa. I would call it a more contemporary take on the traditional riad. The suite was perfect, and the entire riad is beautifully designed and impeccably clean. Especially the rooftop terrace with pool, bar, and great views out over the medina and the Atlas mountains in the distance. Best of all is the amazing team that takes care of the guests - Sara, Isnaf, Mohammed, Akhmed, Abdul and the rest of the team were fabulous hosts that were so attentive, friendly and helpful. So many great conversations about Morocco, Marrakesh, and the world. If i were to ever own a riad or inn, that's the team I would want rumning it. Well done! We will be back.

Friendliness and absolute dedication of staff. Beautiful styling in all areas. Fabulous breakfast. Nothing too much trouble. Bonus trip to Pure farmhouse. Sara particularly took care of us with a difficult restaurant owner.

All comments constructive, not complaints. Poor privacy of windows onto central courtyard during day. Some light permitting screening required in Room 1. No full length mirror. Beds could be more comfortable. No robe hooks. Cleaning noises at 7.30 am. The outside area of the Riyadh although appreciate this is under construction. Be interesting to see the plans.
