The hotel was beautiful. Right in the centre but down a quiet alley so you get a breath of fresh air from the city. The staff were wonderful, super supportive, friendly and there for anything we needed. The restaurant was fantastic and I would definitely recommend eating in there for dinner at least once as the chef is great!! Breakfast each morning was lovely and set us up well for a busy day out. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We felt so looked after and will be recommending the Riad to anyone that visits Marrakesh. Thank you for a wonderful visit.

Beautiful place to stay within a 5 minute walk of the main square. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was nice and spacious. The breakfast was wonderful and we stayed for 3 nights and booked dinner here on two of the nights as it was delicious! They have a great chef. The food really was divine. We treated ourselves to a spa treatment which is also to be recommended. We came here as it had good reviews and was close to the centre - with the quite frankly crazy, busy roads, this was wonderful to be in the throng of the centre of Marrakech! And if you think it might be noisy -no! it is a calm haven away from the chaos of the streets.

The pool looked lovely but it was not heated, so as we went in December it was very chilly, and the only one that braved it was our eldest son!

14 nights in Morocco, variety of Riad's across many parts of the currently (8 different stays).... we had some wonderful accommodation. Riad Le Rihani was the best. Well ahead of the rest in accessibility, bed comfort, pillows, central garden, rooftop relaxation spaces, showers, room layout. We stayed in the family room, which was a long layout, with the queen bedroom at the end. The other bedroom has a single bed and a queen bed. splitting the two is a separate toilet from the bathroom and shower. Photos are 100% accurate so need to for me to post... The staff went above and beyond - incredibly caring, and explained so much to us upon arrival, some great tips and ideas - really clear. Thank you to Aziz and Nadia! Dinner is a must- one of the best tajines had. The bar is nice, with a few nice Moroccan wines, and some spirits for cocktails. Wonderful 2 night finish to our incredible holiday in Morocco!!

This was probably the best hotel we have ever stayed in. It's just as beautiful as in the pictures and it is conveniently located in the Medina, close to all the main attractions but at the same time in a quiet, side street. We had a family suit which was big and very comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic and so was the evening meal. We also did a hammam and spa experience and this was great, too. To complete it, the staff is truly exceptional. Coralie was very responsive and helped us arrange a convenient spa schedule and transfers.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. We got there pretty late and the restaurant was closed so they rang round to find us a place to eat and walked us to the restaurant and said to phone them when we were done and they would send someone to walk us back as the alleys could be confusing in the dark. Absolutely amazing! The hotel is 5min walk to the main square, perfect location. The courtyard and roof terrace are a lovely place to chill out after a busy day in the city! Room was very nicely decorated and a good size.

The only thing I would say I that our room was a bit dark. There was only a tiny window to let in natural light as it is an old building. However because the hotel is small we were able to leave our doors open to see out into the courtyard.

The riad is a stunning place to stay. Riad Le Rihani is beautiful and peaceful with beautiful pool and facilities. The room was nice and the AC was great (a must for us with the Marrakech heat!) slept very well every night as the Riad was very quiet. Food was excellent and you get to dine outside by the pool with candles. All staff was very friendly and service was excellent all the way from booking to check out. The riad helped us with taxi bookings, printing of boarding passes and all questions we had. Also the spa was lovely. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Even during my stay, when I encountered a challenge at 1 AM, the staff was incredibly quick to assist. Their commitment to service truly stands out. They offer a range of amenities, from airport pickup to drop-off, making travel seamless. The entire team is kind, friendly, and exceptionally helpful, providing top-notch service throughout my stay. Their command of English made communication easy, and they offered great advice on local activities and points of interest. The people that work at this property are absolutely amazing. They are so friendly and kind. My flight was cancelled last minute and I needed to stay an additional night. Unfortunately they were fully booked and didn’t have a room for me but they found me another riad just a few minutes away that had availability due to them knowing the owner. While I was sleeping they took care of my new accommodations and took me to the new riad as well. I am so grateful they did this as it was a Saturday and there wasn’t really anything available. My heart is full that they took such great care of me. Thank you Aziz!! The breakfast is delicious and my room was very cozy. The rooftop is beautiful and the entire hotel and staff is amazing.

The building is beautiful. The bed is supercomfy. Staff is very friendly. We took one dinner, other nights we ate elsewhere. The dinner was delicious and quite good value-for-money. The Hammam experience ("1001 nights" was our choice, definitely recommended). Invoice was done

The check-out was very early because of our flight in Casablanca. They arranged a driver, all on-time. The breakfast was less variety than first committed although it was between 7h30 and 8h00. We also had to chase them - while we were in a slight hurry. Small hick-up for a stay that was flawless.

I’ve been to a lot of very nice hotels around the world and I’ve never, NEVER, have been treated like I have been treated here. Aziz, Hakim, Nadia and all of the staff are incredibly helpful and attentive. They showed us places to go, ACCOMPANIED us to the shops to get henna tattoos or spices and helped us with basically every little need or request that we had. They are wonderful people and from the bottom of my heart I can say, please, if you come to Marrakech do come to the Rihani. Also please do try their dinner or lunch as their food is one of the best I have tasted in all of Morocco so far.
