“My home away from home in Marrakech! ✨ I was fortunate to stay at Riad Wazani Square & SPA, and it was a wonderful experience. From the very first moment, I felt at home, thanks to the warm welcome and the cozy decor of the place. Hicham, Anine, Ismahane, and Youssef, along with the entire team, are simply amazing. Their kindness and willingness to help make each day special. They always have a smile and a helpful tip! The cleanliness is impeccable. My room was always spotless, with clean towels and a constant feeling of freshness! Moreover, the location is perfect: very central and safe, just a few minutes from where the tours depart. Ideal for exploring the city! The breakfast is delicious and quick, perfect to start the day with energy. Hicham even prepared breakfast for me earlier than the scheduled time, as I had to check out during the early morning hours. And as if that weren’t enough, the hostel’s decor is simply charming, creating a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. In summary, if you’re looking for a charming place where you feel like family and enjoy exceptional service, Riad Wazani Square & SPA is your spot! The daily breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Every day, I had a sizable pot of hot coffee, a small carafe of hot milk (on request, included), an omelet (on request, included), a small green salad with local dressing, a few pieces of French bread, something like a crepe, a savory pastry, a glass of orange juice, a small yogurt with raisins, and four ramekins with cream cheese, strawberry preserve, butter, and honey. (See picture) The riad always smelled terrific, on every floor. The place was swept and washed every day, if not more often. It was beautifully decorated, top to bottom. (See pictures) There was a lounge on the first floor, and a restaurant and a pool with some lounge chairs on the roof. (See pictures) The front desk staff was exceptional - friendly, obliging, helpful. They helped arrange transportation to/from the airport (fee) and for various excursions (like going to a restaurant outside walking distance). The location was great, close to the main square and all the souks. Hundreds of restaurants and cafes nearby. The rooms are smallish (get a double or a triple for more maneuverable space) but comfortable, and everything worked. The bathroom was clean and functional. Large towels. PLENTY of toilet paper (I think I got a fresh roll every day whether I needed it or not!) And a box of tissues!!! So often hotels outside the US don't provide those.

There were some things I would have preferred to what was available, but that's my issue; everything was working and was perfectly serviceable.

The space is very elevated, lovely lighting, luxurious feel and an amazing shower with the room that we booked. The spa was lovely and very relaxing. The breakfast was traditional with different additionals every day. The terrace was very nice and staff were amazing every step off the way. The location was very good, just off the square so easy pick up point for any excursions you end up booking. Quiet at the same time at night, we didn’t hear any disturbances outside. Plenty of restaurants and bars around the area. Amazing value for money. We stayed in 2 different Riads during our stay and definitely preferred this one.

Loved absolutely everything about our stay

Everything has been said before and it is true: great location, beautifully decorated, helpful staff, lovely smell, very clean! We slept three adults in a room which was big bigger than expected. Also the third bed was an actual bed, not a stretcher, which was a big plus. We didn't use the pool but see that in Summertime that could be really nice (not big enough to swim, just for dipping), but we did have a nice lunch on the sunroof.

On the photo's I had seen a big bowl of fruit, and I assumed that would be part of breakfast. We did get fresh orange juice for breakfast, but unfortunately the breakfast only had a small bowl of diced apple and pear on the second and third day, and the breakfast generally was too unhealthy for us (it was a lot though, so if you like cakes and savoury buns and pancakes, you'll enjoy it).

This was our first trip travelling alone as two young female travellers and the staff at Riad Wazani made us feel so safe and relaxed during our trip. From our initial arrival, we were greeted warmly with a private transfer and guide to the Riad (slightly tucked away but easy to find when you know where you are going) and then pastries and traditional tea. Our room was wonderfully made up and kept clean by lovely cleaners, and the terrace area is a perfect and tranquil retreat from the business of the square. Breakfast is a number of pastries and fruit that changed daily that was provided by Ishmil, who was a cheerful welcome every morning. Any problems that we faced were dealt with almost immediately by the receptionist Youssef who helped us feel comfortable and secure in Marakesh. We can not recommend this place enough as the perfect stay for anyone who wishes to experience an authentic stay in Morocco.

Nothing, it was all perfect!

The property was true to its pictures and descriptions. It was clean and close proximity to the old city square. For the most part the staff was accommodating.

Had a hammam on my last day and it was not steamed and raised this with the hotel staff for either partial compensation or a repeat hammam and I was denied either options. I was told it was done too late however the staff did not make me aware this was an issue as I would.have been happy to forgo and unfortunately it being my first time didn't realise the lacking of steam until it was done. In future I think considerations should be made and it's okay to say no, if a task can't be completed satisfactorily.

We spent 5 amazing days in this Riad. It was an incredible holiday. The location is wonderful: very close to the main square. The breakfast was good and plentiful. A huge thank you to Hicham for his kindness: he made us smile a lot. Thanks also to Yousef: a really kind man. A huge thank you to the lady at the reception (whose name I don't remember): she was very helpful with us. All the staff of this Riad made this holiday very special. We hope to return soon InchAllah. For first time Marrakech visit excellent location just around the corner from Jamaa el Fna in Medina with very friendly staff with great attitude, like visiting own family (should have written down names, sorry). Decent hamam and great massage. Most of tourist attractions in walking distance (Koutoubia, Bahia, Badi, Saadian tombs, Souks, Madrasa Ben Youssef etc.). Not noisy (we were on 2nd floor Mamouth room). Great rooftop terrace (can see Jamaa el Fna in distance) with restaurant and small swimming pool. Good breakfast. Very good cleaning every single day.

This is not a city for too much sleeping, so some morning noises and something like construction noises (they had earthquake September 2023) were little bit disturbing. Room size could be bigger for family of 3, but overall ok.

This is a well-located property with awesome amenities and a beautiful internal garden. The riad was kind enough to arrange breakfast outside their usual hours to accommodate our tour schedule. They provided dining options and checked in on our arrival. The welcoming staff was very nice, and although the room was small, it was fully equipped with all the essentials. I would absolutely love to return, especially since it is located right at the corner of the main square.
