We stayed for 4 nights at this riad and for us was simply perfect! The location is extremely good, 3-4 minutes away from the main square, Jemaa el-Fnaa. Very close to the busy streets, but so quiet and peaceful once inside the riad. The owner, all family members and those who are working there are very welcoming and polite. We had delicious breakfast on the terrace, with eggs and a variety of Moroccan pancakes, juices and desserts, tea and coffee each day. The room size could be a bit small for some, however it is according to a traditional riad. It was cleaned each day and towels changed. We definitely recommend this location!

The staff was outstandingly kind and helpful, always ready to assist with recommendations and practical advice. Where do I even begin? This Riad is tucked away on a quiet side street just off the main souk. Somehow, once inside, it feels incredibly peaceful—you hear none of the noise and chaos from outside. From the moment we arrived, the owner, Hisham, was there to welcome us, treating us like family. His service is truly unmatched. Breakfast was beautifully prepared by the lovely lady in the kitchen, who was always warm and friendly, and her cooking was fantastic. A special shoutout to Mohsin, who we interacted with the most—his constant smile and helpful nature made everything effortless. The staff’s attention to detail and personal touches really stood out. I traveled with my family, and not one of us had a single complaint. After reading the glowing reviews before our visit, it became clear why this place consistently receives five-star ratings. The Riad’s location is perfect—most major tourist spots are within a 15-minute walk. Navigating through the souks with Google Maps was easy, even with a pram. The main square is just a three-minute walk away, surrounded by plenty of food and shopping options to keep you entertained. If I return to Marrakech, I will absolutely stay here again—there’s nothing I would change!

Beautiful and calming property. The staff is AMAZING. Hicham and everyone were so accommodating making sure I had everything I needed. My room was refreshed each day which was very nice. Oh the bed was very very comfortable!! One of the best parts is that I booked a massage on my last day and it was PERFECT. Although it was in the salon, it was still very nice and the massage therapist was highly skilled. I have had massages all over the world and she was definitely top 5. Very nurturing and catering touch. Thank you so much for wonderful stay!

My room was a little smaller than expected but it was just fine.

The staff was really friendly, welcoming and helpful. They gave us info and tips related to exploring Marrakech. I think they’d do everything in their power to make their guests enjoy the stay in the city. The location was superb – The hassle and vivid life of the medina was literally around just one corner, but inside the property it was peaceful and calm. The breakfast was really good and the traditional Moroccoan dishes that we had for dinner on the rooftop terrace was delicious – all made in the Riad’s kitchen by the staff! We felt like being a part of a family.

Hicham was a fantastic host. He gave us great information on the area and things to see. One morning at breakfast we decided we wanted massages and Hicham had it organized and a masseuse on sight 90 minutes later. The breakfast was wonderful and good variety. The location was right by the square so easy to get around. Would absolutely recommend to any of my friends to stay here.

Our room was right off the lobby so it could get a little loud in the mornings.

Beautiful and well-maintained Riad in the middle of the Medina and the Souk. Very friendly host and a wonderful breakfast every day. Traditional Moroccan baths or hammams and restaurants within walking distance, also various high-end restaurants. Easy visits to palaces, markets and mosques, there is so much to see and do in the medina of Marrakech!

I wish I could score it an 11. This is a small, family run riad with one of the best host I've ever met. Hicham was amazing, very professional and knowledgeable. He made us feel like we were at home. From the first moment we arrived until we left we felt the genuine care. The riad is very central and very quiet, even though it's only 1 minute away from the Main square Jamaa Al-Fna. It also felt very safe and private. The cookery class on offer was a great personal touch and it's decently priced.

Fabulous location near the main square, and the staff were all lovely, with a warm welcome. Breakfast was super on the terrace, and unlike the other places we stayed in Morocco, it changed daily which was greatly appreciated. It was delicious. Was quiet for sleeping, despite the central location

For us, the sizes of the room were a bit tight. Only thing that was lacking is the finishing decorations in comparison to the other Riads we stayed at. This was priced the same, but not as spectacular as others. Perhaps this reflects Marrakech.

Top recommended!!! The riad is really a calm place, the location is super convenient. Inside is well decorated. The staff were really helpful and friendly especially Mr Youssef was really kind and professional, he served us perfectly, the most important is that he is available 24 hours!! And the food was really amazing and delicious.
