I had an incredible experience at this Riad. The staff were absolutely exceptional – warm, welcoming, and highly professional throughout my stay. The room was beautiful, located on the top floor near the terrace, and impeccably clean. The terrace itself was a lovely spot to relax after a day in the city. The level of service exceeded all expectations, and I truly felt cared for from the moment I arrived. It’s about a 20-minute walk from the city center, which made it a peaceful retreat while still being close enough to everything. If I return to Marrakech, this will be my first choice again. Highly recommend!
Nothing at all, everything was perfect

Our experience at Riad Kilimini in Morocco was simply unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm and genuine hospitality. The Riad, with its historic architecture, has a special charm that transports you to another era, making the stay even more authentic and immersive. The food was undoubtedly one of the highlights. Every meal was a true delight for the senses, with rich flavors and irresistible aromas. The care in preparing each dish reflected the tradition and passion for Moroccan cuisine, providing us with a unique experience every time. But what truly made this trip even more special was Younes. Remarkable, helpful, and tireless, he was always available to assist and advise us, ensuring that we had everything we needed. His kindness and knowledge made our stay even more enriching. He is definitely someone worth meeting. We absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend Riad Kilimini to anyone looking for an authentic, comfortable, and memorable experience. We can’t wait to return! شكرًا جزيلًا على كل شيء، ومراكش ستظل دائمًا مدينة خاصة في قلوبنا

Younes and Abidou were very kind, fun and helpful. The breakfast changed everyday and all the homemade pastries were delicious. Our room was clean and whenever there was an issue the staff has swiftly helped us out. The rooftop is very nice to chill when we needed time out of the bustling streets. We both lived the hammock!
Location: we didn’t encounter anything dangerous, but we needed to walk through non-touristy streets with many bikes running past us, and people calling us Chinese. I also recommend people to bring a scarf/face coverings when walking down the streets to avoid inhaling exhaust fumes.

This riad surpassed our expectations in every way. The hosts treated us like family, offering exceptional hospitality and going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They were always available to assist, helping with taxis and providing invaluable information to make the most of our trip. The riad itself was stunning—clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with excellent facilities. Truly outstanding value for money.
The only downside was the location, which is a bit unfortunate. The riad is tucked away in a narrow alley in the old city, surrounded by residential homes. Cars cannot access the area after a certain point, so we had to walk about 8 minutes to reach it. While the locals are generally very friendly, the streets at night can be intimidating for some, as groups of young men often roam around. They may try to take advantage of tourists by "helping" them find the riad or carrying luggage, then asking for money. This issue is not related to the riad or its staff but does impact the overall experience.

The property is easy to locate and has amazing staff who are always very helpful with all sort of questions you may have. Younes, Abdou and another receptionist whose name I’ve forgotten went over and above to make sure we were comfortable including organizing for our late night food deliveries, recommending several tour options around Marrakech, organizing for our late night pick ups. The staff also helped my wife organize a surprise birthday party for me. It was well put together to be honest and I loved it 100% The other receptionist assisted us with his laptop for the days we were around to be able to charge our phones since we didn’t have a European charger. Overall we enjoyed our experience at this property and will surely come back

Everyone here was wonderful - we arrived late at night, were given mint tea, taken to the roof to show us us where we were in the Medina, talked all about what we could do on our stay. They arranged transportation for us, we were with a group of friends so had specific places outside the old city to go to. The Riad is down a small street so every time a taxi came they would walk us out to it. Breakfast was very good, my husband had never been before so it was a lovely introduction to a stay in an old Riad.
The hamman wasn't working which was a shame as wanted to do that where we were staying, but massages were available. The location was a 20 minute walk from the souk, a little out the way, but that also benefited us as it was very quiet.

We had a wonderful stay at this riad. The atmosphere was beautiful and very welcoming, but what made our experience truly special was the kindness and professionalism of the staff. A special thank you to Abdeljabbar at the reception — he was incredibly helpful, attentive, and made us feel at home from the first moment. His support and friendliness really stood out and made our time in Marrakech unforgettable. We are very grateful and highly recommend this riad to anyone visiting the city.

My colleagues and I spent 2 days at the riad. It was really an unforgettable experience from the first shock (the location was a shock to us as we were coming from El Jadida and a hotel, facing the Atlantic Ocean) to the ride with Younes on a motoped throu the narrow streets of the Medina. The Riad is a hidden gem, and it's worth the experience as you dive directly in the oldest parts of Old Medina. Younes and Hasheem are very intelligent and kind young men who take shifts at the reception. You can trust that they will really care about your stay.

I’d just like to thank everyone at the riad. Esp the manager Mohamed, Abdo and Younes. Service and hospitality is 10/10. These guys are the best and go above and beyond. I asked for last minute airport pick up and they were quick about it, they also give detailed recommendations on places to visit and food to eat, then i got lost outside as signal is spotty for google maps and asked for pick up back to the riad and they came. They assist you every step of the way. Cant sing enough praises for this crew. And ofc the room is very beautiful and very clean! I saw that they really put care in the details. I also enjoyed the free breakfast and the inhouse massage! Shout out to Rehab who massaged me! I really loved my stay here and recommended to friends who are planning to travel to Morroco!

The riad is a lovely building, and our room was perfect in respect of facilities. The breakfast was marvellous and very accomodating with respect to my wife's gluten allergies. Staff were helpful and responsive
Whilst the riad was great, the same cant be said for some of the guests! We were on the ground floor, and because of the nature of riads, you have an open plan space in the middle. Unfortunately a couple of the guests were not respectful of other guests' sleep early morning - which isnt the problem of the riad but rather of the guests. I would suggest a sign saying "please keep the noise down early in the morning and late at night would be helpful! It is a twenty to thirty minute walk to the central square, which is fine as long as you build this in to plans
