Nice small riad with very friendly staff, our room was small but comfortable, everything was very clean. They make the bed and change the towels every day. The area is quiet and quite close to everything. Breakfast was basic, but good and freshly prepared (omelette, fresh cakes, butter, jam, tea). They printed our boarding passes and arranged a taxi to the airport for us.

Our room was on the ground floor opposite the breakfast room and was a bit noisy in the morning. Also had no window to air the room - the only way was to open the door. Bathroom is very small, so when showering everything gets wet. But not a major issue, we still liked the place.

Lovely stay in the middle of Marrakesh. The room was clean and comfortable. Aircon worked so the room was nice and warm at night. Breakfast was good, we've enjoyed coffee and orange juice along with a freshly made omelette and moroccoan pancakes. The rihad owners were really welcoming. Check in and check out super easy! Highly recommended 👌

Nothing! Our room was ground floor, so not much natural light but not a problem for us. The kitchen was next door, but the owners were very considerate in the morning, breakfast was ready and we did not hear any noise! Everything was great.

The Riad staff were fantastic. Communication before we arrived was excellent. They arranged a transfer from the airport which made travelling with our two year old very straightforward. The Riad made a great base for traveling with a toddler. During nap times we could relax on the terrace with coffee from a local shop. We don’t travel with a pram and use only a backpack. The Riad was very central and we found getting everywhere with either a backpack or taxi was very straightforward. Would 100% recommend for families.

Need to walk to main square and Medina streets ~15 min.

Value for money, 4 mins walk from Koutoubia mosque and 7 mins walk from main square. Staff excellent, greeted us with morrocan tea and pastries. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, easy sleep at night as just out of main hustle bustle. Breakfast very nice and hearty even though similar everyday but you can request changes and they will oblige. Hafida and her team were amazing. Roof top terrace with sun lounges, small swimming pool very cute. Staff will advise you on anything you ask them and they will also book excursions, we booked Ourika valley in Atlas mountains through them and was spot on. Hafida printed our boarding passes. Amazing experience.

Upon arrival, we were very well received with a smile and a tea while we filled out our paperwork, then we were taken to our room which fully met our expectations. Beautiful, typically Moroccan Riad, clean and well maintained, and ideally located if you are on a girls' trip, you will feel safe returning in the evening. Very kind and attentive staff.

No negative points

Location was great - 10 mins from the centre but in a quiet little street. Our room was at the top of the building where the sundeck was and the pool was very refreshing after a day at the crazy souks. Breakfast was pleasant as was dinner the one night I had it - but I was the only guest dining that night so there wasn't much of an atmosphere! Hafida is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend you ask the riad to organise your taxi from the airport as it's not that easy to find the first time.

Everything! Location is great just a short walk to main souks. Area is very safe as the royal palace is right outside where you will find guards as soon as you go around the corner. Amazing and beautiful place and run by a wonderful family that will go out of their way to help you

You can hear everything but all Riads have this issue. Kettle in the room would help with basic coffee facilities.

Once you enter the riad you are served with moroccan tea and cookies. The ladies who live/work there are really nice and speak english, which was not the case in other places in Morocco. Breakfast was also decent. Kids enjoyed their time in a swimming pool.

The room was a bit small for a family of 4, but it worked perfectly for us as we did not stay it that long. There were only 2 sockets (one in the bathroom and one in the main room) - at least we were able to find only 2.

Amazing Riad with lovely staff. You really felt like part of the family here. We only had the breakfast package and the food provided was really good and fresh. The cooking during the day ready for dinner smelt amazing so I’m sure dinner would be just as good. We felt really safe in this riad.

Maybe aircon unit not clean as we both got a cough during our stay. We ended up not using it. The economy room is downstairs right next to kitchen and dining room so its not always quiet. Also get some street noise too.
