Nice small riad with very friendly staff, our room was small but comfortable, everything was very clean. They make the bed and change the towels every day. The area is quiet and quite close to everything. Breakfast was basic, but good and freshly prepared (omelette, fresh cakes, butter, jam, tea). They printed our boarding passes and arranged a taxi to the airport for us.

Our room was on the ground floor opposite the breakfast room and was a bit noisy in the morning. Also had no window to air the room - the only way was to open the door. Bathroom is very small, so when showering everything gets wet. But not a major issue, we still liked the place.

Lovely stay in the middle of Marrakesh. The room was clean and comfortable. Aircon worked so the room was nice and warm at night. Breakfast was good, we've enjoyed coffee and orange juice along with a freshly made omelette and moroccoan pancakes. The rihad owners were really welcoming. Check in and check out super easy! Highly recommended 👌

Nothing! Our room was ground floor, so not much natural light but not a problem for us. The kitchen was next door, but the owners were very considerate in the morning, breakfast was ready and we did not hear any noise! Everything was great.

It was a different experience from hotels, would be nice to have a fridge in the room especially for hot days nice to store drinks. Owner of the property was very polite and friendly and also other members of staff. Toom was good size very spacious, bathroom too was good size. Would recommend yo family and friends.

There was no fridge in room, I believe it's important to have a small fridge in room to store water and drinks for very hot day

The Riad staff were fantastic. Communication before we arrived was excellent. They arranged a transfer from the airport which made travelling with our two year old very straightforward. The Riad made a great base for traveling with a toddler. During nap times we could relax on the terrace with coffee from a local shop. We don’t travel with a pram and use only a backpack. The Riad was very central and we found getting everywhere with either a backpack or taxi was very straightforward. Would 100% recommend for families.

The traditional style was really nice. It was quiet. Breakfast was nice, basic, but nice. Hotel very clean. Enjoyed the roof top area for chilling out. Never used the pool, but the kids that were there during our stay seemed to enjoy it.

We arrived at midday, the taxi dropped us off at the end of the narrow street, and we had a short 100m walk to the Riad. At night time this lane was very well lighten.

Upon arrival, we were very well received with a smile and a tea while we filled out our paperwork, then we were taken to our room which fully met our expectations. Beautiful, typically Moroccan Riad, clean and well maintained, and ideally located if you are on a girls' trip, you will feel safe returning in the evening. Very kind and attentive staff.

Great location, quiet but only a short walk to the main square, souks and other historic sites. Great views from the roof top terrace. Friendly and welcoming staff. Limited but tasty breakfast. Authentic Riad hospitality.

For the price, nothing for us. Not suitable for people with accessibility issues due to tight steps to the rooms.

Everything! Location is great just a short walk to main souks. Area is very safe as the royal palace is right outside where you will find guards as soon as you go around the corner. Amazing and beautiful place and run by a wonderful family that will go out of their way to help you

You can hear everything but all Riads have this issue. Kettle in the room would help with basic coffee facilities.

Location was great - 10 mins from the centre but in a quiet little street. Our room was at the top of the building where the sundeck was and the pool was very refreshing after a day at the crazy souks. Breakfast was pleasant as was dinner the one night I had it - but I was the only guest dining that night so there wasn't much of an atmosphere! Hafida is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend you ask the riad to organise your taxi from the airport as it's not that easy to find the first time.
