On arriving at the location you ring at a door, but the one just next to it will be openen by a member of the staff. This is because the riad consists of several interior courtyards. They all have the same rooftop terace, which is very nice. We booked two rooms and they were both exactly as in the pictures, they were clean and house keeping came every day. We had breakfast in the morning and it consisted of several types of pancakes, cake, jams, etc.

The riad is a bit far away from the main attractions, it is closer to the exterior walls of the medina. It is not unsafe, but it can feel as if it is. We went out after dark and it was allright. So use maps, or know the way.

Friendly staff, clean, freshly renovated, comfortable rooms. Quiet neighborhood. Nice balcony for sunbathing. Have been in many riads in Morocco, it was first time when pictures showed reality. Batroom was quite big.

Little far from main square, but can't count it as a minus because I saw location when booked. Second thing what people noted as minus was that they moved to other house, but reality all three are connected and there is really not big difference, actually I was happy because our house was little quieter. I was there one week and every morning breakfast was almost same- coffee, bread, pancake, butter, small pice of cheese, jam, cookie and seeet cake and orange juice.

Riad position is quite off - close to the city gates where neighborhood is quite unpleasant. Long walk to the center. Also there are people that would bother you at night to guide you to the place. Quite insecure if you do not know where the Riad is located (google maps shows incorrect position).

Very welcoming and helpful staff. Really worthy. The breakfast was great and we had the best tea and coffee in Marrakech! The bed was really comfortable and everything was very clean. It’s 15 minutes from the souks which is great as it’s getting crazy there so the location is very quiet.

I didn't like that we got locked in after 11 or 12am and could not leave the Riad. We checked in after 4 or 5pm and the airport lost our luggage so we had to go get it after 11pm and we were going to go back out after this and get water and snacks/dinner but we couldn't because we were locked in by the main door. We powered through it. But the next morning we realized the rooftop is connected to the Zen Riad next door so we would just go up and over to eat breakfast or if we needed to leave before the front door was unlocked.

Fantastic place with amazing staff. Really caring and genuine. Always wanted to help in any situation. Breakfast was quality and served to perfection. Nice rooftop area to relax. Would definitely recommend!

Well made. Modern. Breakfast was so delicious. So far the best one in the hotels in Morocco. Very important! We didn’t have doubts about cleaning. Bed sheets, bathroom was no problem at all. Separate thanks to Semir (I hope I’m writing his name correct). He is always ready to help. Helped us to feel safety, home. Location is very good. Calm. Couple of minutes from first shops. Very nice hotel, clean rooms, friendly staff, beautiful design and good value for money. Excellent breakfast, walking distance from the medina.

Muhammad and all the personnel is very polite and helpful.The room was excellent and the breakfast very good. Last day of our accommodation despite we leaving the Riad very early, Muhammad served us the breakfast much earlier than the scheduled time. The rooftop is perfect for sunbathing, reading a book and enjoying a great panoramic view.The hotel has a charming Arabic style that make it special
