My partner and I really enjoyed our stay here. Warda was very warm, accommodating and friendly - she is a credit to the owner! She made sure we were well looked after and was always on hand to help answer questions or just say good morning! The Riad is only 15-20 minutes from the airport (it only cost approx. 150 MAD). You can arrange this with the Riad. The roof terrace is wonderful - amazing 360 views of Marrakesh and a beautiful spot for sunrises/ sunbathing. The Riad also offers lots of tours and excursions - I didn't see many reviews mention this, but I think its worth adding. The free breakfast includes Moroccan tea/coffee and a selection of breads/pastries/fruit accompanied by jam/spreadable cheese. The Riad is a 10/15 minute walk from the 'centre' which some reviewers didn't seem to like, but we personally enjoyed this because we felt it offered a more authentic experience staying in Marrakech. The surrounding streets and alleys were interesting to navigate - there are very few tourists and more so where locals live. If you download offline Google maps it will be helpful to walk around. You are just 5 mins away from the start of the souks and eateries. Finally, our room was very clean and beautiful. There was clearly a lot of care taken when restoring the building in keeping with original features. We would stay here again!

We stayed 3 nights at Riad Bianca and it truly felt like a small paradise in the heart of Marrakech. The place is beautiful, clean, and very peaceful — a perfect escape from the busy Medina. What made the experience truly special was the amazing host, Ali. He was calm, kind, always smiling, and incredibly helpful with anything we needed — from giving directions to offering tips about the city. His quiet presence made us feel safe and welcomed at all times. We also want to thank the lovely lady who kept our room spotless every day with such care and warmth. Both of them made us feel like home. Their hospitality was genuine, and we really felt their kindness in every small detail. We left our heart there, and we hope to return one day. Thank you, Riad Bianca, for such a memorable stay!

It is a super clean riad, with an exceptionally nice host. All of our requests were accomodated beyond expectations! The breakfast was amazing, we also got a lot of tips what to do in the city. This riad is not just nice by the local, but also by international standards. Some important facts for future travelers as bullet points: - First and foremost: very nice and helpful manager, she adds a lot to the charm of the place. - As opposed to many riads, this one is very silent as it is in a dead-end street - Very clean - It is close to a gate, so you can easily get a taxi to get around the city, but the maze of the old town is also easy to reach. - There are many corner shops around, but if you want to go to a supermarket, it is not more than 10min of walk. - They offer a shuttle from/to the airport at a very reasonable price - There is a calm rooftop with a nice view of the city.

Nothing.

Riad Bianca has quickly become one of my favorite places to stay in Marrakech. The rooms are absolutely beautiful, and the whole riad has a warm, peaceful atmosphere. The breakfast area is lovely, and the complimentary breakfast each morning was a real treat. Ali was amazing—friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful with everything from local recommendations to even helping us negotiate with taxi drivers. His kindness and knowledge made a big difference during our stay. A special touch was the manager’s adorable baby, who sometimes greeted guests in the mornings (don’t worry, the baby doesn’t stay at the riad—just visits!). It added such a sweet, personal feel to the experience. We had zero issues during our stay. Everything was smooth, relaxing, and beyond expectations. Highly recommend Riad Bianca if you're looking for a charming and hassle-free stay in Marrakech.

I travel a lot, but I have never rated any accommodation in the past. However, this time, I felt I had to because it was the most welcoming and friendly place I have ever stayed. It made me feel like I was at home. Ale and the two ladies who work there are very hardworking, yet always smiling and happy to talk with you or offer advice. The rooms are very clean and decorated in a traditional style. The riad is located in a quiet area, but close to all the main attractions. The breakfast is fresh and delicious. I would highly recommend Riad Bianca to everyone.

Honestly, there wasn't anything that would make me feel uncomfortable

Warda gave us a lovely warm welcome, despite our late arrival. The building is absolutely charming and impeccably restored and decorated. Our room (Yasmina) on the first floor, was more spacious than the typical Dar or Riad room, and we loved the light and aspect to the central courtyard, as well as windows to the street. The bathroom was really nicely decorated. Great area of the city it feels lived in and genuine, with great street dining opportunities at night, as well as fancier dining options just within reach, as well as the night and flea markets nearby. 8 to 10 minute walk to the north of the sook. Breakfast was fine, very nice coffee, thank you! Roof terrace with lovely views and comfortable seating. Quiet area, minimal to no noise from outside. We have stayed in 8 Riads and Dars in Morocco, and Riad Bianca has definitely been the most comfortable and pleasant of all!

Some noise from night staff telephone interrupted our sleep. Stopped as soon as we complained.

The riad was gorgeous, with every room being different. The staff were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and all around lovely — their hospitality was unbelievable. They helped us print our boarding passes (which is required at Marrakesh airport), ordered an airport taxi for us, made dinner reservations, landmark recommendations. Ali shared his iftar with me one evening, too. Despite the first days of ramadan, he was a beacon of sunshine! Breakfast was cooked to order, including coffee, sweet and savoury bakes, and juice. There’s also a roof terrace where guests can chill out and look over the city. The location is around 20 mins walk from the medina. A beautiful stay.

For our first time in Marrakech we couldn't have asked for a more beautiful stay. Riad Bianca was above and beyond what we expected. We stayed in the Zina Suite with Terrace . Gorgeous.room and lovely terrace area. Loved the bathroom , hot showers every day, perfect. Tasty traditional breakfast every day, for lovers of mint tea you will be in heaven as its everywhere you go. What made this stay perfect were the hosts, extremely welcoming , very friendly and genuinely lovely people🥰 Location wise perfect little quiet street, for pick ups etc 2 minute walk to the gate. For the souks and restaurants only a 5 / 10 minute walk .. If you are considering booking do it... a truly amazing moroccan experience ❤️

Nothing all perfect 🥰

Ali was the best host we had in Morroco. Gave us much information about things we could do in Marrakech. We got tea from the lady when we arrived which was so kind. Had a chat with Ali in the evening at the rooftop with other people who were staying in the Riad which was so nice aswell. Had a wound on my foot and directlt gave me a plaster and some spray to heal it. We had to leave really early in the morning and we couldn’t have breakfast, so he prepared us something which we could take away with us. The room was beautiful! Loved the bathroom. Location is good. Little walk to the busy side, which isn’t bad.

Our host, Asma, always there to help with her contagious smile. 😊 Located at the edge of the medina, 15 minutes away from the center of it and same from the Majorelle. Beautifully decorated with traditional Moroccan flair, very comfy bed, plenty of storage space, well appointed bathroom. Breakfast served in the patio was delicious and pretty variate, even if it is preset.

The surrounding area can feel a bit intimidating at a first glance, especially if you arrive at night, but it proved to be a peaceful, safe and at times even charming residential area as the days passed.
