Staying at Riad Lamzia was an absolute delight! Firstly, the location couldn't have been better - nestled in the heart of the medina, it offered easy access to all the key attractions. The riad itself was impeccably clean, with charming traditional decor that really added to the authentic Moroccan experience. But what truly made our stay memorable was Ismael, who handles the bookings at the riad. From the moment we arrived, he welcomed us with genuine warmth and hospitality. Ismael went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and convenience throughout our stay. We found ourselves craving Moroccan mint tea multiple times, and without hesitation, Ismael happily obliged, always with a smile. Moreover, we had booked tours during our stay, requiring us to depart early in the morning. Ismael kindly arranged for breakfast to be packed to-go on two separate occasions, allowing us to start our day with a delicious meal despite the early hour. His thoughtful gestures didn't stop there - he provided invaluable recommendations on what to see and do in the city, even handing us a map pinpointing must-visit spots. Overall, our experience at Riad Lamzia was made exceptional by Ismael's kindness, attentiveness, and genuine care for his guests. We cannot recommend this riad highly enough, and we look forward to returning for another wonderful stay in the future. Our stay at Riad Lamzia was fantastic. We were welcomed very warmly and the host (Ismael) helped us with our luggage. Ismael was super friendly and very helpful. The riad was easy to find and the location is great. The breakfast and wifi were very good. We would definitely recommend this Riad

nothing to dislike

I had the single room on the top as a solo traveler for the first time I was so happy . It was so clean and just what I needed . It was hard to navigate and needed internet to guide you to the road which took about 7 minutes but once you're there you can't get lost . It was right in the medina and the location was perfect for the souk party life and transport . But as soon as you walked in the riad you were transported to a different world , peace and beautiful surroundings.

Very traditional Riad. The staff were so welcoming and attentive, always smiling! they really went above and beyond to help and assist with general knowledge of Marrakech, restaurant recommendations and reservations. Printing boarding passes ect. Ishmael was the ideal host by preparing us a breakfast to go on an early morning excursion. Ideal location if you want to be in the heart of the Medina,

First of all, the position of riad it's very good, in Medina, very close to the main square (3 min walk). Otherwise, the area it's quite quiet. The staff is very kind, warm, friendly, smiling and willing to help you at any time (especial Ismail). We had warm water anytime without any issues. The breakfast was enough. The cleanliness in the room was very good, the towels and bed lines as well. I recommend this riad for a real Moroccan experience

Maybe it was unusually cold when we were there, but it was quite cold in the room. Also, the room is not soundproofed at all and the bed was not very comfortable.

Good Riad and position very good

Attention, near this location in center of Marrakech there are thieves, attention for your necklace and mobile, please, in the streets walk without no joweller and attention for your mobile.

Our stay was great. Ismail a super loveable guy, very kind and helpful for everything. Very central and comfortable location. Good and different breakfast every day. We will definetely return.

We had a lovely time at Riad Lamzia. The location was excellent as we could walk to all the main sites of Marrakech. Ismail was very friendly and welcoming. He printed off our boarding passes and provided us with a packed breakfast when requested. Additionally, the breakfast was wonderful and traditional. We had a great time in Marrakech and if we ever return, we will stay at this Riad again.

The rooms are not soundproofed so we heard everyone talking. We also heard people entering/leaving the Riad.

Location, the structures and most of all the staff. They are very nice and always glad to help you during your stay. Anytime of the day there is always someone to help you and give you information and directions. I'll be back for sure!!! Ismael always smilling as his colleagues and even the cleaning staff always smile and are nice to you. In this riad you got family treatment even knowing that we are not blood family. The terrace was the place to spend the evening and to cool down on the pool. It wasn't just us feeling this way, all the guests.were always smiling and enjoying their time there! The breakfast is so goooood!!!
