We absolutely loved our stay here! The Riad is a beautiful, tranquil space in the bustling city of Marrakech. We had the Sofia room which was a good size for the 2 of us. The room was quiet, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The Riad is down a small side street which means that it's very quiet, even with windows open etc. The first day it can be a bit daunting to try and find your way back but once you get used to it, it's a great location and the Kasbah area is a great, slightly more chilled area of the city. Breakfast was superb, I would highly recommend including it with your booking. A huge array of different options and excellent strong coffee. The roof terrace is a lovely area to relax. The staff were lovely and can't do enough for you, I have never experienced hospitality like it - a special mention has to be made for Youssef who was so friendly and helpful - he organised all of our excursions, gave excellent directions and was generally such a lovely guy. Would highly recommend staying here if you are in Marrakech!

We loved Les Orangers D'alilia! Travelled with my partner and our baby (9 months old) for the first time, and I was worried about how it would be. It turned great, and I believe mainly because of the riad and the incredibly warm people managing it and working there. The atmosphere is fantastic. It gives you such peace and quiet despite the craziness of medina. It is very clean, and once more , the people are awesome. They made us feel at home. Big thank you to the the manager madame Joelle, and the incredible hard-working staff Yousef and Fatiha. You are wonderful, and we will come back once Theo is old enough to enjoy the riad, too! Thank you!

There was no such thing.

This place was beautiful and clean. Not only that, but the entire staff is what truly made my stay even more spectacular! During my stay I interacted with Joelle(Mgr), Simo, another Simo, Youssef and the chef. (I don't remember her name, but she did the cooking class for us as well and was one of the most kind people I've probably ever met.) Everyone was so kind, considerate, and provided the utmost hospitality. Upon arrival, we were greeted with "welcome drinks" that consisted of traditional tea and pastries. The first morning during breakfast, Joelle and Simo surprised me with a cake and candle for my birthday! Anything I needed assistance with or had questions about, i.e., suggestions, reservations, etc., they handled for me. Another plus for me is that, unlike some, I'm not fond of pets and this was one of the few riads I found that didn't have pets inside nor hanging around outide. I will definitely be referring this riad to anyone coming to Marrakech. I will cherish this experience forever! A special thank you to Simo (with the glasses) and was there daily. He handmade my sister and I sweet bracelets to take with us. He also came and walked us to the riad and helped with our bags when we first arrived in the medina. He even walked us to our hammam appointment around the corner, and when I had an issue with an ATM nearby, he left the riad to come meet me. His service and willingness to help was truly unmatched and appreciated.

It was a great escape from the busy streets of Marrakesh. Like coming home. Very friendly staff always ready to help and serve you fresh drinks and inform and chat about the local culture. Nothing was too much. Relaxing after a busy day. The atmosphere and decoration of the property was excellent. Breakfast was super. WOW 🤩

There is not much we didn’t like. We could’ve done with a little bit more light in the bathroom. But that’s the only remark we had.

Absolutely everything was spot on and the staff, mainly Yousef & Fatiha were extremely hospitable and ensured all our needs were met & went beyond our expectations. The food was exceptional! The hammam & other attractions that were suggested to us were also really good. Will definitely be recommending this Riad to friends.

The was a bit of road work outside the Riad & so the road wasn’t easily accessible by taxi.

A small but beautiful and stylish riad, with charming staff and owner who made us feel wonderfully welcome.. we stayed for three nights in April. The location is quiet but an easy walk to many of the main attractions. Our dinner and breakfasts were delicious and beautifully presented and the staff were very thoughtful and kind.

Lighting in our room could have been brighter.

Great location, spotless. Friendly staff who were always on hand to help.

The room we stayed in Salmia was very small dark located in the main reception area if you wanted the windows open guests could look into the room no privacy. More comfortable Sun loungers on the terrace. Option of fruit for breakfast as this was mainly cakes and pastries breads.

Above all, your team makes the difference. Welcoming, attentive and really caring. The space is serene and cared for, clean and stylish with loads of local craft and artworks. Loved the choice of music playing in the background as we entered the Riad each time. We loved our first-floor room with windows onto the side street that allowed a cool breeze to flow through as we slept. The decor of our room was in peaceful and relaxing tones and still captures the essence of Marrakech. We really appreciated the quick room change after our first night not sleeping in the ground floor room. That made the difference to our whole stay.

The lack of air inside the courtyard due to the roof cover made it too humid to sit in the courtyard (but the rooftop is lovely and open!). Arriving at the riad with furniture painting still happening and the rooftop unavailable was a bit unwelcoming but it was fixed within 24hrs. I would suggest a ‘topper’ on the beds as the mattresses were really hard - and I like a firm mattress. Maybe even writing on the booking of a room being booked has an external facing window would be useful when booking.

We could not have chosen better - spent 4 nights here. Nothing was too much trouble. The riad was brilliantly located, out of the hubbub of the city and a real oasis of calm. Breakfast was incredible every morning and we had a lovely dinner on the terrace on our first night. Amazing value for money too - felt like 5 star luxury!

From the moment we checked in to when we checked out, we were greeted by the cheerful face of staff Josepf. He is truly one of the friendliest staff we’ve ever met. The owner Joelle was also very hospitable, making our stay warm and welcoming at this pretty and cozy Raid. The public spaces and guest rooms are beautifully designed and pay great attention to detail. It's a lovely Raid to stay in Marrakach.
