The riad is beautifully designed and rooms are clean and spacious. The host Nadia and her daughter, the little host Amalia, are wonderful and make you feel very welcome and at home. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. The rooms are nicely decorated, comfortable and get cleaned every day. There is airconditioning which you can adjust to the temperature you like. The outside rooftop area is very nice and great to sit down and have breakfast, dinner or something to drink. The breakfast was homemade and food was delicious. The location is in Kasbah, the old neighbourhood of Marrakech, which is great and very safe. The riad is located further in some streets but you will learn it is not hard to find and the taxi can drop you off closeby. You can easily take a taxi from here to the square or medina. You can also see historic attractions nearby on foot. The riad can besides arrange (day)trips for you in or nearby Marrakech. Great choice for your stay in Marrakech, very authentic. Would definitely return!

Riad Amalia is a small guest house in the Kasbah area. It is a lovely building with a central courtyard and a roof garden. The rooms are beautifully furnished and very comfortable. The breakfasts are wonderful with different types of Moroccan food to try and the dinners are also delicious (especially the tagine!) It is close to the kasbah with lots of things to do and see and is safe to walk around and very quiet at night. I got great advice on what to do and see while I was there, and they will also book tours for you. The best thing about Riad Amalia is Nadia who owns it and her staff and family. They are all very friendly and welcoming as well as efficient. It's a happy place to stay.

I loved everything, but this riad would not suit people who want the sort of experience you get from a huge international hotel. If that's what you want, go there and leave this gem to people who appreciate friendliness and comfort.

I absolutely loved my stay at Riad Amalia. The quality of service that the staff provided during my four night stay was exceptional from arranging taxis for me, carrying my bags during check in and check out, and even arranging a very informative and thorough tour guide to take me through the Medina and souks. Each morning they provide a wonderful breakfast spread of different foods, AC unit keeping my room cool at night, and it was just a very peaceful and quiet environment overall. Special shout out to Younes for going and above and beyond during my stay here. All staff workers were amazing and made me feel right at home. All was great!

It was a great experience staying in a riad. The room was charming. the riad was very clean. the breakfast was good including the coffee and I enjoyed having it on the roof. Amin, Omar and the owners were very welcoming and made me feel at home. the riad is near the south end of the kasbah but is an easy walk to the centre of Marrakech.

all was good. but the change in temperature at night was greater than I expected despite reading about that in advance! the room has air heating and extra blankets which is very necessary in December. but I imagine not an issue most of the year.

The minute you step into this riad, you are filled with calmness and serenity. The birds chirping, the fragrant incenses and just the splendid decor. The room was welcoming and the bed was very comfortable. However, the best thing about the riad is its staff. Super service-minded and constantly with a smile on their faces. At first a bit worried about the location in the small alley, but I had nothing to worry about, it was perfectly safe.

The place is spotlessly clean. Beautiful with a warm welcome. Karim is such a friendly and responsive host. He helped to organize my transport from airport and around the city and the return as well. The whole staff was super kind and polite and really treated me like I was at home. The rooms are beautiful, clean and very comfortable. I would stay here again and definitely recommend Riad Amalia👌😊

Breakfast was excellent. All lovely fresh locally produced fruit, bread, yogurts etc. The staff in the Riad were very friendly and helpful as was everyone we met in Marrakech. The whole trip was a real experience and I would recommend a visit to anyone.

The whole experience was great, especially the stuff. Just one small issue with the water pressure in the shower which I'm sure can be easily rectified.

Our group of 5 had a lovely overnight stay at Riad Amalia. It is located in a quiet neighborhood in the Medina. The rooms were large, clean and the beds very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. I contacted them to arrange airport transfers and they were quick to respond to requests. The staff were very friendly and helpful with local information and helped us arrange some activities.

Riad Amalia is beautiful, I enjoyed my stay very much I was only there for one night but I plan on going back to Morocco and I will be staying there again for longer. Great location safe area it’s a short walk to the square. Omar couldn’t have done enough for me he was so welcoming, friendly and helpful, he really made my experience. I would highly recommend.

The Riad staff was very welcoming. They were very helpful, friendly and accommodated all our requests. The room was very clean and well decorated. Breakfast was also very delicious. Overall a truly wonderful and relaxing stay.

The shower head was partially clogged due to the lime scale. Power socket was behind the bedside table so not easily accessible.
