This riad is absolutely PERFECT (for reference this was mine and my boyfriend’s first time in Marrakesh)!! It’s exactly as described in the photos on booking.com. The transfer was super reliable and only took around 30mins from the airport to the riad. The location is absolutely perfect, about a 5 min walk from the medina walking through the souks and everything. The rooms are perfect, really comfy bed, cute bathroom, good air conditioning, and really good water temperatures for sink and shower. Does the job perfectly, the breakfast was delicious, a set menu kind of vibe and had a good variety - including; pastries, pancakes, yoghurt, fruit, juice, condiments, tea/coffee which was brought out to you when you sat down. Even when we left at 7:30 (before breakfast service started) we had a pastry, juice and coffee waiting for us in the courtyard before we left for our transfer. Unas (I hope I’ve spelt that correctly) was so lovely and accommodating, made sure to check up on me and my boyfriend whenever he saw us. Made the effort to ask stuff about us and ask what our plans were for when we were in Marrakesh, not to mention his great recommendations for activities and restaurants. Unas was so efficient with getting stuff done, he made us and other guests feel so welcome by checking up on us at breakfast to see if we slept okay or with w had any problems with anything. If you’re looking for an authentic riad vibe that’s gorgeous, clean, comfy, has great staff and food all in a great location - this riad is perfect for you. Literally couldn’t recommend this place enough, will definitely be coming back!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Riad Sin! It was such a good find and really made our trip extra special. From arriving at our riad, we received the warmest of welcomes from our host Youness. What a lovely lovely man: moroccan hospitality at its finest! He couldn't do enough to help us and was more than happy to share his knowledge of the local area and was always on hand if we ever needed any help or had any questions. He took a real interest in us and our plans whilst on holiday which was really nice. The ladies who also worked at the riad, cooking and cleaning, were just as lovely and happy to help. The riad is very well located, in the heart of the Medina; you have the convenience to walk everywhere within a short amount of time, but also have the peace and quiet that the riad offers. We enjoyed some time on the roof terrace, soaking up the sun, when we wanted to relax. The riad is very traditional which we loved, it really added to our experience in Marrakesh. The interior design is beautiful with the rooms off the courtyard. The room and courtyard were exceptionally clean; even the towels smelled lovely. The shower was very good and the bed was very comfortable and we slept soundly. Being on the ground floor, we were worried about noise initially but we can happily say it was very peaceful and we were undisturbed. It had all the amenities that you would need. Breakfast was outstanding: fresh and everything was homemade: pancakes, bread, yoghurt, condiments, coffee and juice everyday and we were provided with bottled water whenever we requested it. Youness even really kindly accommodated us when our excursion was earlier than breakfast. He really gave the Ryad a homely feel, even making us tea when we were waiting for a taxi to the airport. An evening meal is available which we didn’t personally have but it smelled amazing. All in all if you want a traditional Moroccan stay with a warm host in the perfect location, we highly recommend staying at Riad Sin.

I truly loved everything about the property — we felt completely at home. The riad is wonderful: very peaceful and welcoming. Our room was excellent as well, with air conditioning, and I would like to make a special mention of Younes. He was absolutely incredible, always making sure we had everything we needed and taking care of us as if we were family. Truly charming. I will definitely be coming back.

We had a wonderful stay at Riad Sin. Younes was a fantastic host, always making sure we were comfortable and enjoying our trip. The breakfast was delicious, and Younes greeted us each morning with our coffee order ready. They prepared an early breakfast for us one morning when we had to leave for a day trip before the normal breakfast time. Location is great, just a few minutes' walk from the main square and souks. Room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Highly recommend a stay at this beautiful riad!

Location is excellent! Staff were amazingly hospitable and bent over backwards to ensure we had what we needed. There are only 5 rooms so this was an amazing small intimate place but had everything we needed. Three nights were not enough. Breakfast was good and in the inside courtyard of the Riad made it very cozy. The roof was lovely was we didn’t have enough time to enjoy it (plus Marrakech is very hot during the day!)

Riad Sin was one of our favorite Riad we visited during our stay in Marrakesh. The building itself is beautiful, the decoration, the garden, the rooms, and the rooftop terrace were all amazing! Everything was very clean and spotless. Our breakfast was delicious and we felt at home the whole time. We met a lot of welcoming and very friendly hosts on our travel through Morocco, but Younes was all above! He is such a great and kind young man, he did everything to make us feel comfortable and happy during our stay in the Riad. Our whole experience was exceptional, we highly recommend Riad Sin for everyone! What we didn't like? That we could not stay longer!:) Next time, inshaAllah

This riad is a calm oasis away from the busyness of Marrakech. It was the quietest and darkest hotel I've ever slept in which made for a wonderful night's sleep. The house buntings and the call to prayer are an amazing wake up call. Breakfast was lovely every morning- especially good if you have a sweet tooth. Younes is an excellent host who goes out of the way to make sure everything is just right.

It's down a dark street but many of the streets are like this in Marrakech and it felt very safe.

My best friend and I stayed 10 nights in this beautiful riad and we absolutely loved it! Especially our host Younes took the best care of us and told us great stories and facts about Moroccan life and traditions. The riad/rooms are beautifully designed and have a great location, just 10 minutes away from the big square and many museums and markets. We would definitely come back:-)

This was one of the loveliest places I've ever stayed at. Photos don't give justice to how beautiful the riad is, the design is just stunning and I loved admiring the little details. The room was huge, the bathroom was great and the plunge pool was the perfect temperature to cool down. It's only 5 rooms so you get a true boutique hotel experience. We felt so welcomed here! Younes took excellent care of us, made sure we had everything we needed always greeted us with a smile. Personally, we didn't have any problems finding the riad using Google maps. The location was perfect, a short walk to Bahia Palace and the square, but on a quiet street. We didn't need a taxi to get around the city at all.

Younes was an excellent host, very welcoming, kind and accommodating. The riad itself is beautiful, comfortable, clean and spacious. The breakfast was wonderful and kept us full all morning! The rooftop is a lovely space to go and watch the sun set and enjoy some quiet time. Cannot recommend this place enough!
