Upon arrival, we were met at our car by one of the staff, who walked us to the riad, which turned out to be the best one we stayed in during our time in Marrakech. The AC worked perfectly, and the room was spacious, clean, and had all necessary amenities, even down to robes. The breakfast was plentiful, with a variety of sweet bakery items and fresh eggs cooked to your preference—definitely a great way to start the day. Before we headed out, the host kindly took the time to show us a map, explaining the walking routes to and from the medina, and offered useful safety advice regarding faux guides. Although we were already aware of these risks, it was a thoughtful and appreciated gesture. On the day of our departure, the host allowed us to store our luggage until the evening, which was incredibly helpful as we waited for our pre-arranged driver to take us to the airport. I believe the riad can arrange transfers, but we had already booked ours through Ali & Sara’s Desert Palace, who organized our entire Morocco tour—highly recommended for a custom itinerary and hassle-free travel. Overall, we felt we got exceptional value for the price we paid. A fantastic budget-friendly option. Thanks to everyone who took care of us!

Such a lovely peaceful place to stay, the staff were all lovely and helpful. On arrival gave us lots of information about the area and places to visit. Had a Hammam and massage which was super nice. Food was lovely, great breakfast plenty to eat and drink. Great location roughly 8 minute walk into the Medina square. Would definitely stay again if we went back to Marrakech.

Amazing staff, perfectly placed in Marrakech on a quiet street away from the noisy streets of the Medina. The riad is amazing, I’ve travelled to many countries and stayed in many hotels and this surpassed my expectations. The hotel has a great smell, like you’re in a day spa. The breakfasts are amazing, including pancakes, muesli, eggs, coffee, traditional tea, orange juice. The rooms are decorated really well and spacious. The pool area is very zen and we got a couples mammam scrub and massage in the riad which was amazing and good value for value. They even helped us do a load of washing complimentary which was a lifesaver. The staff helped us with organising taxis and giving tips on how to navigate your time in the city. I would 1000% recommend this hotel as the entire experience was 5star and really hope that people see this so they can experience it for themselves.

We stayed at this lovely riad in Marrakech, and it was exactly what we needed. The location was great—close to the center—and they arranged an easy airport pick-up, which made things super smooth. The riad was beautiful, photogenic, and very clean. Our room was perfect—comfortable, serviced daily, and a great place to unwind after a long day of exploring. The food was excellent, with plenty of variety to choose from. The views from the different floors were amazing and added a lot to the experience, especially during quiet moments in the mornings and evenings. What really stood out was the staff. They were genuinely kind, easy to talk to, and always available when we needed help. They weren’t just polite—they went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. From arranging small things to giving us honest tips on places to visit and eat, they made us feel like we had locals on our side. It really made our trip feel smooth and enjoyable.

The riad is tucked away in a peaceful street but still close to everything, making it easy to explore the medina while having a calm place to return to. The courtyard is lovely, with orange trees and a small pool creating a relaxing atmosphere. Our room was clean and charming, with traditional Moroccan touches and comfortable beds. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help with directions, tea, or arranging a taxi. Breakfast on the terrace was delicious, with fresh bread, jams, fruit, and coffee to start the day. It truly felt like a small oasis in Marrakech. Highly recommend if you want to experience the authentic riad feeling with warm hospitality and a good location for exploring the city.

My friend and I spent one night at this Riad and absolutely loved it. I didn’t want to leave and would definitely consider returning in the future. The staff was exceptionally kind: we were welcomed with tea and biscuits and always greeted with a warm smile. Our room was lovely, airy, and equipped with air conditioning, which was a huge plus given the hot weather. Breakfast was filling and delicious: eggs, local breads, yogurt, coffee or tea, and tasty biscuits. I truly appreciated the attention the staff gave to their guests. They were incredibly thoughtful and always willing to go above and beyond to accommodate any request. I asked for a bowl of mixed fruits, even though it wasn’t on the menu, and they happily offered to prepare it. I strongly recommend this Riad - heartfelt thanks to Samir and his colleagues!

Nothing - we loved everything!

Great Riad, just out of the centre of the medina, really easy short walk to the main square and souks (be prepared for a huge amount of pedestrians and scooters, on extremely narrow streets). The Riad was a calm oasis, in a very busy city. Great staff, very welcoming and helpful. Food at the Riad was excellent and we loved spending time there. Accommodation was clean, simple and really comfortable. As the Riad was in a residential neighbourhood, we thought it may be quieter. However the street outside was very noisy with children playing until the early hours of the morning. Then a 5 am wake up with call to prayer from the mosque around 300 metres away. Sleep was limited and our trip was very tiring. This did not detract from the experience of the city and we would recommend everyone to visit and experience this amazing place. Just ask for a room away from the street.

If you’re planning a trip to Marrakech, staying at this riad would be my top recommendation. It’s a beautiful, peaceful, and welcoming escape from the busy streets – the perfect place to relax and recharge after a day of exploring. We had a really lovely stay at this riad, located in a charming part of town where locals still live, which gave it an authentic and welcoming feel. The riad itself is spacious, with 13 or 14 rooms, and beautifully designed with great attention to detail. We stayed in the Essaouira room — small but cozy, and it had everything we needed for our one-night stay. For a longer stay, we’d probably upgrade to a larger room, but for the night it was perfect. The staff were outstanding — extremely kind, polite, accommodated all our requests. A special mention goes to the hot pool in the evening, which was a wonderful surprise and a real treat after a long day. Highly recommended!

The riad is in good area- central, about 10-15minutes walk from the main square and the souks, but in the calmer area, which makes it safer and more comfortable at night. The staff is very friendly and helpful, we got the taxis arranged from/to the airport, tea, all the information needed, help with printing our boarding passes for the airport. Breakfast was nice, but was too sweet and lacked the variety of fruits for our liking. The Riad was very clean, our room has been cleaned everyday properly. The riad as well have the rooftop terrace to chill in the sun.

There are few tiny comments, what was not entirely perfect. The breakfast could have more fruits and more savory options. We haven't received slippers, even though we asked a couple of times, so it was weird to get around to the massage and to the pool in our sneakers (if the riad didnt have them, they should have just said so, we kept believing😀). The water in the pool could have been a bit warmer to the mid air temperature. Other than that it was very nice and calm stay.
