I absolutely LOVED my stay at this Riad! It's beautiful and clean. It's in a really central area, very close to the square and souks (less than a 10 minute walk). The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. The morning after I arrived, my charger broke and my phone died. Abdessamad helped me to retrieve a new one and made me feel safe navigating the neighborhood as I had arrived alone a night before the rest of my friends. The people here are SO nice, it's amazing to see such beautiful culture in Morocco. I highly recommend this Riad!!

Everything was better than expected! I loved everything about this Riad and the people there.

We traveled with my elderly parents and two children. The Riad was a wonderful experience because of the great service and care from Zakaria. He showed us and explained how to move around the Medina with all of the bikes and people, answered all of our questions, spent time with us talking about interests, and was the best host we’ve had! Very knowledgeable, calm and kind. The ladies were excellent with keeping the Riad clean and breakfast! We would recommend getting the airport shuttle as the Riad would have been difficult to find. Breakfast and especially the orange juice was a don’t miss! We purchased a guided tour, which was great for seeing the Medina and historical sites. We also had Zakaria and Ibrahim help book us a shuttle to the train that we ended up hiring to take us to Casablanca for less than the train would have cost. Overall, we recommend the Riad for a real Medina experience! We very much appreciated the Riad Puchka staff!

It was a great location, beautiful property and the staff were incredible. Breakfast was great in the morning (that orange juice!!) and the guys were super helpful with directions and tours. The city can be overwhelming the first time and they helped make the trip effortless. It was HOT so the pool was perfect for an afternoon dip. Air conditioning was a major plus and the room was huge and comfortable.

I don’t think there was anything we didn’t like!! Definitely take the airport pickup tho- you will likely never find it in your own!!

The breakfast is amazing. Available 8:30 to 11 so was great for us who like to sleep in. The pool is also amazing and a great feature of the Riad. We stayed during Eid when a lot of things were closed so we made great use of it. We were given the choice of two rooms which was great - both were well sized. The staff were all incredibly friendly at all times, even walking us to and from our taxi and letting us watch the football in the office when the tv stopped working. Zakaria, Abdessamad and the other staff members whose names I cannot remember made sure we had a great stay.

Our room got really bright in the morning but this may just be the room we chose (which was entered through the rooftop but is a level below). There was no hand towel but our towels were changed daily as well as bed sheets. There were some cobwebs when we arrived but otherwise, very clean. Definitely book your transfer from the airport with them as you won’t find it otherwise - we got lost our first day even after being shown how to get there. You need to walk along some alleyways in which cars can not come onto and Google maps is not helpful. As two young girls alone this was quite scary. Zakaria and Abdessamad picked us up from our taxi and walked us home which was so sweet and made us feel really safe.

We had a very nice experience: the hosts are super friendly & trusthworthy. They helped us find the way in the crowdy souks and made us breakfast to take away when we had early activities. The riad looks very beautiful and gives you a typical Morrocon experience. We booked some activities before arriving but we ended up booking them via the hosts as they had a good price and were really worth it. We would recommend to book the hammam experience and the private guide in the medina at the riad.

A little oasis in the midst of the Medina maze. On arrival, our children described it as ‘simply paradise!’ It is incredibly pretty and felt like home even though we were only there for one night. This was our first night in Morocco and we couldn’t have made a better choice. The airport transfer meant we arrived easily and the staff went out of their way to ensure we were safe and comfortable. Navigating Marrakesh with 4 children and a toddler could have been overwhelming but having this place as a base made it magical and manageable. The manager even ordered us late night takeaway on his phone after we’d lost track of time in the pool. Breakfast was brilliant - it just kept on coming! The perfect initiation into Morocco and the ideal start to a truly fantastic holiday.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the beautiful wee Riad, it is close enough to the square and souks but far enough away from the noise. The first day we got lost after that it was easy. The staff were delightful and Zakaria was happy to help us book excursions we were interested in. The ladies worked hard cleaning and cooking Breakfast which was complimentary and there was more than enough food and variety each day. Would not hesitate to recommend

The bed was a little hard for our liking but that is personal preference

All staff members were lovely. They were going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. I unfortunately got sick on the trip and they've always been more than happy to make sure I had tea at my disposal. The Riad itself is positioned beautifully, around 10 minutes walk to every thing you might need. The breakfast was more than enough and the room was cleaned everyday. Will recommend and definitely return in the future!

We didn't know there was a City Tax of €2,5 per person/day but that didn't retract from the experience. It should be mentioned more clearly on the page or at checkout in order to avoid surprises.

This is a beautiful Riad close to all the main attractions of Marrakech. The staff were fantastic - Zakaria and his team made sure we were looked after in true Moroccan style. The riad is a 15 minute walk through the Souks to the main square, Jemaa el-Fnaa. We booked the transfer service which saved us any hassle of finding the Riad down the winding streets late at night when we arrived. We loved our stay and highly recommend this Riad!

It was a lovely experience and the staff made it so easy and beautiful for us. Zakaria and the other 2 ladies were so helpful, friendly and smiling all the time. Zakaria went above and beyond to help us in everything. The rooms were so clean and had everything. The overall experience was great. We would love to go back and the location is great. Thanks a lot to the staff again.
