The property has a perfect aesthetic for a homey riad. Very spacious rooms, lovely decorated, everything you need is provided and it’s perfectly situated not far from the market (8min walk to Jemaa el-Fna). Amazing view of the old city on the rooftop. The owner, as me and my friend called him “the riad father” because he’s been looking out for us since day 1, giving us advice and tips to enjoy the trip, waiting for us to come home, is an absolute gentleman, with lots of humour, fluent in many languages. If you have any enquires, he will be happy to help. The staff is super kind and respectful. Very good breakfast!! Even when going on early day trips, one of the ladies (I’m sorry I’ve forgotten the name), she would prepare it. The place is clean, cozy, AC that cools and warms up your room. I am grateful for your hospitality, it’s been amazing. Absolutely recommend staying there.

Everything it’s been perfect

When we arrived at Riad Elias we were greeted by the owner, given a tour and a choice of room. Offered tea/coffee. What we found most beneficial is the knowledge, what areas to avoid, what areas to visit. the 30 minutes he took to go through this with us was more valuable than any online research. We were given a Morrocan/ European style breakfast every morning, this included, coffee, juice, eggs, pancakes, bread and a wide selection of sauces/jams. The room was fantastic, we were staying on the ground floor just off the main lobby, we had air con/ heating, piping hot water was always on and available, and the bed was fantastically comfortable. I cannot recommend Riad Elias enough.

The room was nicely decorated and clean, Sanae and Said Elias were very kind and helpful. Having been with an elderly lady, Said even helped us drop her by bike when we were in a hurry. Sanae was there to support with any request.

Having been with an elderly lady, it was very difficult to get to the property, and walk from and to it. The property is located inside the medina.

Me and my friends enjoyed our stay in Riad Elias. Sannah welcomed us with mint tea and big smile. And she tried to help us as much as possible. The whole staff very helpful and friendly. I would love to thank the boss( Said) for everything. He was very helpful and tried to help me find a pharmacy in the middle of night. He made sure that we had everything we need and he was very funny. He gave us a lot of advice that helped us surviving the Souk too. Me and my friends would recommend this Riad because the staff was amazing.

One thing i would say is maybe to consider some big mirror in the rooms. There was ofc mirror in the bathroom, but it would be good to have a mirror in the rooms too.

Great Riad in the Medina, a winderful little oasis of calm within close walking distance of the main square and hub of activities. The owner is so lovely and welcoming and is there to help with recommendations of where to eat or visit. The breakfast is continental in style and plentiful. The roof terrace was my favourite place to sit with beautiful views of the atlas mountains by day and the buzz of the city at night.

My stay at Road Elias was as good as I imagined. The location and the riad were exactly what I had hoped. A beautiful breakfast was served every morning and the riad was extremely clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Also has a roof top terrace should you wish to relax in the sunshine. Short walk to the square and the souks.

As we stayed in mid-January, it was winter time, and because the pool was not heated, we couldn't use it, which was too bad as it looked amazing. The room was an awesome vintage style and really sweet. The best part was the host Sa'id, who was most accommodating and helpful. Very easy-going and honest. He gave us all kinds of tips on how to avoid rip-offs and being taken advantage of in the Medina. We would stay here again for sure.

The stay was very welcoming and comfortable, the host was helpful, the surroundings quite lovely. The room was small but sufficient as being right in the medina had many advantages. Restaurants were plentiful, all sights were walkable, even the Jardin Majorelle (40 min).

With all rooms leading off from the courtyard, noise from the actual courtyard plus from rooms nearby makes for a communal feeling, which is fine if you are not a light sleeper. More variety over several days of breakfasts would be appreciated.

The pool is only small, so don’t go if that’s an important thing to you. But still really pretty and peaceful

Everything was fine, good place to stay in the center of town. Small but cozy rooms. Very hospitable owner, who served coffee and tea, which helped us to get better oriented in the local realities (where to eat, what to see, what to buy and what the real price is).

Too much bread at breakfast. The hotel is called a "spa" but it's not clear what it's about.
