Great location, few minutes from main square. Riad is very characterful with thoughtful interior design. The inner courtyard is beautiful. The roof terraces are also great. The staff are wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Breakfasts really good. Having a jacuzzi available 24/7 was also fab.

Listing isn’t accurate in places. No tea and coffee in rooms. And in our two bedroom suite, there was nowhere to store clothes - no closet or wardrobe and only a tiny two shelf cupboard. We ended up living out of our suitcases. Be aware that the upstairs bedroom and bathroom is accessed by a spiral metal staircase which is awkward - you can see this in the photos. And the upstairs double room is tiny.

Very good location in Medina. Shops, restaurants, museums all in walking distance. To have a complete experience in Morocco, it is worth having hammam and massage. For this you don't have to walk far, as both can be arranged inside riad. Hammam was quite good and met my expectation. Although if you don't know what it is, I recomend doing some research as that is unique experience. Massage after that was ok. It was my first Maroccan massage and do not have comparison with other places in Morocco, though it could be better. However hammam is worth the price. Breakfasts were good. Having full stomach is a must for exploring places whole day. To finish the day I do recomend having some time in the jacuzzi which is available in riad.

We stayed only a night at this Riad in a room for 3 (1 double bed and 1 single). The staff were exceptional, great customer service and pleasant people to talk to, ready to ready to respond to any request. Supported us greatly after a negative nervous experience we had on the way to the hotel. Great historical Riad, nicely designed and authentic. Amazing inner garden with orange treees 🥰 Good breakfast at the terrace. 🤌

Some minor issues like bath faucet handle (which was fallen off all the time in the bathtub, scaring me 😆), or burnt out lamp bulb (1 of the 2) in the bathroom. Or some mould on the bathroom curtain which might be better replaced with some short curtain not to get wet but to keep privacy? The conditioner quite week, we still were too hot at night (it was put at 16°, but didn’t seem to cool). The place definitely needs to be refreshed in such little yet noticeable details. But overall it was a good experience.

It was the first time I was staying in a riad and I totally loved it! First of all it was a very authentic cultural experience, nothing to do with staying in a big chain hotel, because riads are traditional Moroccan houses, so you can see how people lived (and probably live up to now) and feel the vibe. Secondly, at Dama & Spa they pay a great attention to detail: welcome drink, room decor, fountain with rose petals, scent of orange and cinnamon oils in the air, breakfast on the rooftop - you can feel guys really put heart and soul into it. Cherry on top - a jacuzzi on the first floor that you can use at any time. And they also have a cute cat, if you love cats :)) The stuff are really friendly, helpful and open for a chat, I only have good memories! To sum it up, if I came back to Marrakesh, Dama would absolutely be my first choice again.

Can't think of any really. Just keep in mind that the riad is small and rooms quickly get sold out. You really need to book in advance.

Everything in this Riad was great the staff were wonderful esp Mouad and Hicham Mouad went out of his way to help us out in any way you can imagine from guiding us back to the road after we were lost in Medina narrow streets to finding a parking space and helping us out with the luggage he was very patient with us pleasant the whole time welcoming great great attitude Hicham served us breakfast he was down to earth smiling the whole time and excellent breakfast with top notch hospitality If it was not for Mouad we were scared frustrated ready to depart from Medina old neighborhood and head out to regular hotels I m glad I overcame that bad feeling and felt safe and comfortable walking back and forth to jamaa lefnaa and enjoyed the shops very very nice experience thank you Mouad and the staff I have recommended this property and my experience to most of my friends and family already Thank you extremely great service

May be the bed was a little bit hard

Staff...AMAZING!! Mohamed greeted us on the first night, he checked us in and from the minute we walked in we felt so at ease, Mohamed made us feel soooo welcome, he helped us so much telling us all about Marakech what to do what not to do, my daughter wanted to get a henna and he organised for someone to come to our Riad to do it. He walked us to our pick up point for hot air balloon at 6am to make sure we were safe. Honestly he was just so helpful a lovely man! So kind and caring! Ismail another staff member was also so nice, so helpful, he walked us a good bit of the way to a location we were unsure of and helped us with tours ringing our tour guide when they wouldn't answer to us to let us know where we would be getting picked up. They both made our stay in the Riad a home away from home. Lovely breakfast in the morning. Amazing Morocan tea on arrival.

Very nice located Riad at 10 minutes walk from Jemaa el Fnaa. The walk there is also very nice along the busy Medina streets. The Riad itself is in a quiet street, the beds in the rooms are good and the staff is super friendly and helpful. They are interested in you, give tips and advice if wanted, can book a taxi or excursion, make you tea or extra eggs for breakfast. Anything you ask, they’ll do with a smile on their face. The airconditioning in the room provides enough heating for the room, so you don’t have to be cold there.

In winter it can be cold in the morning and evening and since breakfast is outside, be prepared to feel a little bit like camping while having your breakfast.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, clean riad with an amazing atmosphere that truly feels more like home than a hotel. The rooms were spotless, and I really enjoyed having breakfast on the terrace each morning — such a peaceful way to start the day :) its also walkable distance for all the must see attractions. The hammam and massage experience is a must-try — incredibly relaxing and well worth it. A special thank you to Mohamed, who went above and beyond with all recommendations and tips to make my stay comfortable. He even prepared breakfast for me at 3:30 in the morning — that level of dedication is rare and truly appreciated. He definitely deserves a raise :))

We had a wonderful one-night stay at Riad Dama & Spa. The place was absolutely beautiful, with charming decor and a peaceful atmosphere. Mohamed was incredibly kind and welcoming, he greeted us with tea and some delicious sweets upon arrival, which made us feel right at home. Knowing we wouldn’t have time for breakfast the next day, he thoughtfully prepared some food for us to take on our trip. His generosity and warm hospitality truly made our stay special. We will definitely be returning to this riad next time we come back to Marrakech :).

Upon my arrival Ismail helped me with luggage showed me the Riad and also gave me tips about Marrakesch and the area. I was welcomed with traditional tea and cookies. The room was in the first floor, very spacious with a nice cute design. Special for this Riad is that I found soap for the shower and a hair dryer! The toilet is separated from the shower and even has a bd. Extraordinary was the service and hospitality of the staff there. For breakfast on top to the traditional Moroccan fresh breakfast, we were provided with fresh fruits. The rooftop is really calm and designed teh way that more than one guest can find their own quiet space. Extra for me is the beautiful house cat who was passing by eventually to check on the new arrivals.
