I can't speak enough about my stay at Riad Thalge. First of all the location is excellent, it was an easy walk to the hustle and bustle, but very quiet during the night for a peaceful rest. The Riad is beautiful and provides all the needed facilities. But what really sets them apart is how much they truly care about their guests. A few days into my trip, my phone was stolen. Franck was incredibly helpful while I tried to sort things out. And when I had to unfortunately cut my trip short, he helped me arrange transportation and even gave me a book to read on the flight home. I would have been very lost had it not been for the amazing support of Franck and Riad Thalge. Whenever I return to Morocco, I will for sure stay here again.

Frank and Mary were outstanding hosts. Frank arranged the taxi from the airport and met us at the taxi drop off point to walk us to the Riad. He also walked us back to the square when it was time to leave to make sure we took the right taxi back to the airport. We had many questions that were all answered patiently. The breakfast served every morning in the courtyard was lovely.

More light is needed in the room. Particularly over the mirror by the sink.

Frank & Mary hosted us really well and made us feel very welcome. We really enjoyed the location outside the main tourist spots of the Medina - we felt we got a small insight into local Moroccan life…including great street food eaten alongside the locals at local prices. The roof terrace was a beautiful place to do yoga every morning and we found a great early morning 5 mile running route that was quiet and traffic free.

We talked about this with my partner - usually in a hotel, there's that little thing that bugs you even though your experience is otherwise great. Here? Nothing! We were just completely satisfied. Our room (the white one) was quiet and beautiful. The pressure in the shower is a bit weak, but it's understandable, given the way the houses of medina are built. I could wash my hair in warm water without any issue. The breakfast was delicious and different everyday. There's a nice seating place around the pool where you can read and relax. Franck was always very helpful, even giving us tips where to buy souvenirs we wanted and what price he would pay for them. Btw I recommend that you use their taxi service from the airport - I don't think you can get a better deal with the local taxi drivers. A person from the riad will then take you from the car to the riad - because cars can't get all the way to it. I'm saying this because we've seen other tourists get lost in this area and unfortunately even ones that got scammed by the local kids, who took them to a different place and demanded money...

A True Home Away from Home in Marrakech. Our stay at this Riad was an experience we’ll cherish forever, thanks to the incredible warmth and hospitality of Franck and Mary. From the moment we arrived, they welcomed us like family, making us feel instantly at home. Their genuine kindness, attention to detail, and passion for sharing Moroccan culture truly set this place apart.

Everything was perfect.

Very calm Riad in an area with not too much tourists. I had a good stay. You can walk to Jemaa el-Fna, and I would recommend to go there by night. The area is suitable for walks alone at night. The hosts and communication were great, they will guide you to the entrance.

Since it is an old original building, the walls are not sound proof. For me it was not a big problem, but you should know in advance.

Well located but away from the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. Rooms were spacious but had a historical feel. Very peaceful. Frank and Mary were helpful and hospitable

Our door took a while to get accustomed to as the lock was stiff but this only took a try or two to get used to. Honestly, not even an issue in the end

Franck and Mary had everything just right. So interested in guests happiness and welfare, advice at the ready, but not intrusive. Beautiful place, nothing too much trouble, central to the Medina. All the staff were wonderful

The owners and staff are super nice, they helped us with everything. The riad was very quiet and cosy we felt like at home. Breakfast was nice too. The rooftop area is perfect for chilling and sun bathing.

The bed wasn’t very comfortable. We had no toilet in our room (only shower and hand washer), which would not necessary be a problem, but it was very cold outside in the evening and the door lock made a lot of nose so going out was a bit uncomfortable. Please bear in mind that riads usually have no proper door or window, so cold and noisy cancellation is not perfect in the rooms.

Super friendly owners, helping you in every possible way. They greeted us at the taxi drop off location and showed the way to riad, which is in a very convenient location, close to the Medina. Breakfast was very nice, included fresh juice, fruits, bread. We enjoyed our stay a lot!
