We spent three nights at Riad Livia and absolutely loved it. From start to finish the staff were attentive, friendly and made us feel at home. While located quite centrally, the Riad serves as a break from the chaos of the Medina. The rooms are spacious, decor is beautiful and the rooftop is a great spot for the sunset. The breakfast was also 10/10. Yusef, Simon and Mohammad were all fantastic! Yusef even walked us to meet our taxi driver before heading to the airport. We would recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakech!

Fabulous riad! Second time in Marrakech and so glad we stayed here. The staff were brilliant! We stayed in the room on the top floor which was lovely to walk out to in the morning. The pool was an added bonus! Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again

The property was gorgeous! A calm sanctuary away from the busy and loud street of Marrakech. The staff was so welcoming and accomodating. It was a close walk to the main square and all the general tourist sites. The breakfast in the morning was lovely and the terrrace was a nice place to relax after a busy day exploring.

Nothing it was all great!

The staff are amazing, they went above and beyond to make sure we had the best time - gave recommendations of what to do, sorted an early breakfast for us, told us about how the food was sourced and prepared, sorted taxis etc and they were so friendly! The hotel itself is a lovely, calm oasis in the medina - it’s the perfect place to escape. The room is large and cool and the rooftop pool is ideal after a day in the souks or an excursion. Really recommend having dinner on the rooftop - the food is homemade and it is a lovely location for dinner.

Nothing - it is perfect

This riad was spotlessly clean. The staff was amazing! They were very helpful, very friendly, very professional, and very accommodating! The housekeeping staff is to be commended for keeping the hotel very clean and the cook did a wonderful job with the delicious breakfast. Mohamed, Hafsa, Hafid, the wonderful cleaning lady, and the wonderful cook were all amazing!

The only thing I would recommend changing is putting brighter light bulbs inside the lamps, the rooms were quite dim. Which is very nice for a romantic ambience, but when trying to do your make up or get dressed, it made it a little difficult.

Everything was perfect! The personnel is amazing, the Ryad is beautiful, clean and has a great service. Extra for the dinner on the rooftop: great!

Where to start! This Riad was absolutely incredible. From the moment we stepped in it felt like home. Our hosts (Simo and Youssef) went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. They were so attentive and kind throughout our stay. Everything felt so personal and luxury. The breakfast spread was fantastic and we would highly recommend eating dinner at the Riad. In fact, the food at the Riad was much nicer than the restaurants. The ambiance and atmosphere was beautiful and the food was all made with fresh ingredients and love and care. The rooftop pool was a highlight and we thoroughly enjoyed relaxing around the Riad. Thank you for an incredible and unforgettable experience!

Riad Livia was a superb place to stay while visiting Marrakesh. Only a 15 minute walk to the main square, the Riad is in a super location. The staff were incredibly welcoming, the rooms were clean and beautiful, and the rooftop terrace was relaxing. The pool on the roof I’m sure is a delight in the summer, however it is not heated so was more of a plunge pool in January for those daring enough to take a dip! We had breakfast at the Riad which was a delicious spread, with fresh orange juice, coffee, croissants, eggs, bread, pancakes, jam, honey, butter, all really filling you up for the day! We also had dinner there on the first night which was traditional Moroccan cuisine, which was delicious and great value for money. Our overall experience of the Riad was superb.

The only downside to our stay was that you weren’t given a key to the main door of the Riad, so you had to knock to gain entry. Most of the time this wasn’t a problem as the staff were quick to let you in with a smile, however after going for an explore of the new city and getting back to the Riad at 3am, there was no answer. The Riad says it has a 24hr desk, however after arriving back and knocking quietly (as requested) we were left outside for 30+ minutes, with a guest finally letting us in. I’m sure this is a rarity, but I feel there should be a key to the front door provided. Other nights arriving back at 12/1am were absolutely no problem getting in.

I had an incredible stay at Riad Livia, and the experience was beyond my expectations! The location is absolutely perfect, within walking distance of all the major attractions, making it easy to explore Marrakech. The staff were exceptional—super friendly, welcoming, and always helpful, ensuring every aspect of my stay was seamless. Their breakfast was simply amazing, a perfect way to start the day. The riad itself is stunning: beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and truly an oasis of peace in the heart of the city. The lovely terrace is a wonderful spot to relax and unwind. If I’m ever in Marrakech again, I’ll definitely return to Riad Livia. Highly recommended!
