Riad Dar Coram was a great stay in Marrakech. The staff were very helpful, arranging for a taxi pickup for us at the train station upon our arrival in Marrakech, and another taxi pickup to the airport when we were leaving Marrakech. The room was beautiful and very comfortable and quiet, and reflected the pictures shown online. The breakfast was good, and the staff were super accommodating, having it ready for us slightly early on our last day before we headed to the airport. This is random but my friend and I kept noting how much we loved the paint colour on the walls in the bathroom. There was also storage space in the room, if you were staying longer and wanted to unpack at all. And outlets close to the bed for charging your phone. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in Marrakech!

Staying at this Riad was one of the highlights of our trip to Marrakech. From the moment we arrived, Ahmed made us feel like we were visiting friends rather than staying at a hotel. He is a truly outstanding host—warm, helpful, and incredibly thoughtful. The rooms were beautifully decorated, very clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was generous and delicious, with plenty of variety to start the day right. Ahmed also gave us fantastic recommendations, including a great Get Your Guide desert safari we wouldn't have considered without his input—and it turned out to be unforgettable! We had to leave early one morning, and Ahmed even prepared a takeaway breakfast for us—such a thoughtful gesture. When I realized after we had left for the desert that I had forgotten something at the Riad, Ahmed was extremely kind and helpful. After returning from the Sahara, I was able to pick it up—and he even offered to bring it to me! We shared one last tea together before saying goodbye. I would return to this Riad in a heartbeat. It’s a beautiful, welcoming place with a host who truly goes above and beyond. Absolutely amazing!

The only tiny(!) downside was that the room felt a bit tight due to the furniture layout. There wasn’t much space to comfortably store two suitcases unless you unpacked and put everything into the wardrobe and set the suitcases aside. A dedicated luggage rack or more storage space would have been helpful.

Riad Dar Coram is a small riad in the middle of the medina. It is a beautiful place where you can relax after the hustle and bustle of the city. The breakfast is good, the rooms are beautiful and clean & many places are within walking distance. But what makes this riad unique are Ahmed & Salah. They made sure that we felt safe, we could ask all our 1000 questions without any problems and we arrived safely at every place around and outside of the medina. Ahmed is the manager of the riad who is always there for everyone and Salah works with him as a driver. We are very happy that we met them and if we come back to Marrakech we will definitely book Riad Dar Coram again!

An excellent location, well designed, comfortable, quiet. Ahmed, our host, was always around. He was not only a welcoming and caring host, but a reliable adviser for our stay in Marrakesh. Breakfasts were of really good quality and Naima, the hotel chef, cooked two perfect dinners for us. Every aspect of our stay was nothing less than perfect!

If I was really picky, I would like clearer signposting on the street. However, it only took us few minutes and assistance of local kids to find the right door, and if I would check my messages from Ahmed on Booking.com, we would find our riad even easier.

We had an excellent stay at Road Dar Coram! Ahmed and the whole team were very accommodating and friendly. Ahmed gave us great advice on what to do and where to go during our 4 night stay and we were welcomed with mint tea on arrival. The Riad was very clean throughout our stay and the rooftop was lovely for sitting out during the day and for having breakfast. The location was also perfect for walking around the city given its very convenient location in the Medina, close to the souks and other attractions but also not too close to main roads/busier parts of the city at night. We were also obsessed with the two tortoises in the courtyard! Would highly recommend staying here and would stay again if we were to come back!

The Riad is centrally located and a few minutes walk to the souks and lots of attractions. The room was very spacious and very nicley decorated. The rooftop was also very nice and the breakfast was good. Ahmed, with his warm smile, greeted me on my arrival. He went above and beyond! He made the stay amazing and comfortable. He was super helpful, gave wonderful tips, and has lots of knowledge. As well as remaining humble and very considerate all the time. Thank you soooo much for your exceptional service and kindness, which was dearly appreciated. I would highly recommend staying here. Here, you experience authenticity, and you won't be disappointed!

Everything was great!

One of the best stays I’ve ever had. Ahmed and the 2 ladies were incredibly kind and always available with a smile. We asked if we could wash our clothes, and despite the dishwasher being broken, the lady kindly hand-washed everything for us. Every evening, we were offered tea, and they went above and beyond to accommodate my gluten-free diet with delicious options. The atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming, and the attention to detail made us feel truly cared for. Amazing place with amazing people.

An absolutely lovely Riad with the best staff. Ahmed really makes your stay incredible and is always there to help you. He went above and beyond throughout our entire trip and never hesitated to assist. The food is absolutely delicious, we kept booking dinner in the hotel as restaurants just couldn’t touch how incredible the food there was. The breakfast is also lovely and really fresh. The rooms are really nice and comfy, we had amazing sleeps with the blacked out shutters! The location is also only a 15 minute walk to the main square and in a nice area that is just a minute outside of the busy areas. We spent 7 days there and really enjoyed our stay, we would definitely go back if we return to Marrakech.

There isn’t a lot of soundproofing so we could hear everything happening on the roof/ in the courtyard at night. With quiet guests, it’s not an issue but when there are louder ones, you notice it. The wifi can be spotty when there are a lot of people in the Riad. It worked ok during the day but would get slow/ drop in the evening. Thankfully, there is good coverage though so you can always get a good connection.

Soon as I arrived from my long journey we were greeted by Ahmed with fresh mint tea, cookies, and a smile. He was so nice to give us a tour of the Medina via map and helped us with our heavy suitcases up stairs. Ahmed took care of us like family our entire stay. The room was clean and very spacious. Very grateful for him and his kindness. My friend and I had hot air balloon tour booked really early in the morning. Ahmed walked us both to our pick up spot at 5:30am. He continued to go above and beyond even after we checked out. He allowed us to keep our luggage there during our trip to the Sahara dessert. I would definitely stay here again during my next trip to Marrakech. Thank you for everything Ahmed and you’re appreciated.

We had an amazing time at Riad Dar Coram! From the moment we arrived, Ahmed made us feel right at home. The riad itself is beautiful—peaceful, clean, and full of character. We loved having breakfast on the rooftop terrace, where we could relax on the sunbeds and enjoy the sunshine. The traditional Moroccan breads and handmade cakes were a perfect start to our day. The location is fantastic too—just a short walk to Jemaa El Fnaa square and other attractions in the medina. Despite being so central, the riad remains a quiet and comfortable retreat. A special thanks to the team for helping us with our luggage to the taxi on departure—it was a thoughtful and personal gesture that made our stay even more memorable. Overall, Riad Dar Coram is a hidden gem in Marrakech, offering great hospitality, a beautiful setting, and a perfect base for exploring the city.
