We have stayed there for 4 nights. Within our period of stay we have experienced excellent service level from staff on site. Special thanks for Imad who welcomed us at late or early hours when we arrived and provided us with resolutions were required. We got a really great transfer and driving service from Abdel, who fullfilled all of our requirements and drove us around old Marrakech. Big thanks to Nurdin, who served us all food we wanted during our stay and prompt resolutions to any requirements we had. Thanks to Kaoutar and Rida who made our experience even better. Pure 10 our of 10 for staff on site. Surrounding and facilities are great, but people make our stay even better. If all hotels would have Imad, Nurdin, Abdel, Kooitar and Rida, it would be great!!!

During our stay there was ongoing project works on the shades around the pool area which was the cental part of the hotel. Sound of grinders, smell of welding fumes, varnish and bamming nail gun were part of our stay for full 4 days from 10:00 to 18:00 every day, which was really dissappointing. If you are booking a stay in Lemonary i would strongly recommend that you check if the activity on building renovation are still happening. Otherwise you will not have peace in there. These works were all supervised by the owner of the hotel so it was pity that someone who provide services doesnt respect someone elses free time that was well paid for. The staff however were very apologetic regarding this matter.

Everything was perfect!!

This is a beautiful boutique hotel. Not many rooms and so consequently such personal service from the manager Imad who was happy for us to text him anything we needed to know and was so helpful. The rooms are a very high standard as is the food. The breakfast is not the British style but that’s the point of going abroad!! The waiters are so helpful and kind and work so hard! It’s about 40 mins away from the crowds of Marrakech but Jamal the driver took us wherever we needed to go including to meeting points for trips etc… there’s a reasonable fee for this. We did a hot air balloon trip which was so well organised, safe and an incredible experience as was the desert safari with quad bikes camels and a dinner fire show- such good value for money and a good way to experience some culture. Highly recommend this beautiful hotel and grounds tho and we would definitely return!!!

There was so alcohol be aware!!! We would like to see the hotel pet animals have a little more space to roam around but other than that everything was perfect

The Lemonary is a small boutique hotel about 40 mins from Marrakech. Do not let the distance put you off as it is super easy to get to and from Marrakech and The Lemonary has a driver, Hassan. As always it is the people that make the experiences more memorable. Kaoutar, greeted us like old friends, it was a smooth and quick check in with lots of smiles and good information about the hotel - not to mention their signature 'lemon' drink from the lemon groves that now surrounded us. Ridar had already messaged ahead with the menu so that we didn't miss out on lunch. It is a simple, local menu and the food delicious (thank you chef). As it is a small hotel they have a great system that you pre-order your lunch and supper a couple of hours before. This ensures that you food is fresh and ready to serve when you say. Genius idea but not one that we were used to but we soon got into the swing of it. Do not be afraid to ask outside of these times either as Ridar was always happy to help. Breakfast was amazing and it was on our second day that we met Idriss. He was super helpful, going above and beyond to ensure we had omelette's, juice and butter! Idriss served us lunch most days in our private villa by the pool and his attention to detail to present the table and lunch was amazing - thank you Idriss. Imad you run a fabulous hotel, great staff, good food and a genuine Moroccan experience - THANK YOU.

Beautiful, quiet hotel, about 40 mins drive outside Marrakech. The staff here are fantastic, kind, enthusiastic and very responsive: huge thanks to Imad, Jamal, and his team. The lemon trees and the beautiful surroundings and terrace with views of the mountains from our room, were all excellent.

So the swimming pool is not heated, which I didn't think would matter, but in February it definitely matters, because although it's warm often around midday, it's still the desert and gets cold in the evening. So the water was too cold to swim in. We had intended on being able to swim with our young son most days of the trip, but it was too cold in the pool to do more than dip a toe in. I'm sure in April/May and beyond it's perfectly refreshing and an escape from the oppressive heat, but in February, no chance.

The entire site was gorgeous. An oasis in the desert. The entrance and reception are stunning and you feel relaxed immediately. The rooms are huge and super clean. I loved spending evenings on my private patio. The swimming pool and surrounding area are so peaceful and the pool is a good size for lengths or just sitting peacefully in the shallower half. The staff are beyond lovely. They all knew my name and were so attentive to any requests or queries.

My own fault but I didn’t realise it was quite so far from the centre of Marrakech. It’s about a 40 minute drive but Jamal the driver is always willing to take you to and from and will share his number so you can arrange trips easily.

This is a lovely hotel. A beautiful and quiet garden with lemon trees, big and spacious rooms, a wonderful pool and a great restaurant. The hotel also has various animals like chickens, rabbits, turtles, peacocks etc. And small very friendly kittens roaming the garden. All very clean and healthy. We were welcomed with lemonade made from the garden which was very nice. The hotel also has areas with activities like badminton, table tennis etc. The staff were so kind and helpful. Big thanks to Imad and all the staff. You all made the stay so relaxing. Thanks to Jamal for taking us around (The hotel has their own driver) and Abdessamad the head chef for the wonderful cuisine. Breakfast and dinners were very nice. Best couscous we’ve had on our trip.
