In all my travelling experience, I have never met such a fantastic staff team, management, and owner. The hospitality and attention to detail is out of this world. As a solo female traveller, they made my whole experience fantastic aswell as feeling safe. Highly recommend 👌 work ethics is on point.

Very difficult to answer as I had the most wonderful hospitality. The kindness and help was amazing. I can not fault anything. Fabulous menu. Great value for money and cosy boutique feel. Quirky and unique. Check this place out if you want to travel to namibia xx great location

- Breakfast is good, typical for Namibia - The room is nice, however the Shower is funny - Fenced parking free of Charge - Good wifi - Nice, modern guesthouse - Superspar near to the accomodation - Good and Safe Part of the city

- TV was Not working in the room, but we did not Miss it - Room service was inconsistent. Once WE did not get New shower Gel, the other day the Tee was Not refilled

There were guest all over reception, apparently for a wedding or something. We could hardly find a receptionist to assist us check in.

Booked for a higher floor sea view room but was allocated to a room on the ground floor Room 12. That was not a good thing for me after I have phoned and i was promised

A very nice and comfortable Guest houses on the beach. Very conveniently located to some amazing restaurants Ample parking available.

The bathroom in our room was down some steps and there was a lot of levels within the bathroom which could be a falling hazard for older people as well as children. This was the case for our room. Other rooms could be different.

What is written on the room pack is not what you get - 2 issues we discovered: 1. the shuttle to and from town is not there, we waited only to be told it is only available when the driver is there. 2. The specified restaurant hours are not adhered to, failed to get dinner when we were within the specified time.

It was a pleasant experience. Breakfast at the hotel was decent, although it didn't quite reach the level of exceptional. The selection was satisfactory, and the food was enjoyable, but it didn't leave a lasting impression. On the upside, the room was clean and well-maintained. The highlight was the incredibly comfortable bed, which ensured a restful night's sleep. Despite the initial hiccup, our stay was generally positive, and I would consider returning in the future.

During check-in, we encountered a minor issue with our booking not showing up in the system. However, the staff promptly resolved the matter within just a few minutes, showcasing their efficiency and professionalism.

Firstly the warm welcoming at reception.. On Christmas day they went all out to make their guests feel at home. The food was more than enough at the breakfast, and the owner of the place was also present making sure that we were happy. On my next trip to Swakop I'm definitely going to stay at Atlantic Villa. 🥰🥰

The room, the size of the TV, the shower head, the size of the bed, lovely. Oh BREAKFAST was superb and the fairy lights were absolutely gorgeous. 😔

Room could have been swept better upon arrival. There were little things on the floor and they didn't have onions in stock at breakfast and bacon was too crispy.

I loved the area the villa was in - the view from the room and just the general layout of the room as well as the facility was all exceptional. The bed and pillows were also very comfortable. They saw us bringing in a cooler box with soft drink and immediately arranged a small fridge be brought to our room, super impressed! We stayed for a week and ounce have stayed longer if we had the time to. The area that its located in is quiet and also close enough to the mall, restaurants etc to make it central to get around. The staff was beyond friendly and very helpful and always ready to help. Such an amazing experience!

The bed side lights were a bit annoying for us, we are both tall and seemed to bump heads with the lights often! EEEEKKKK! Also we rented bicycles for the day and the seat on my bike was not tightened well and kept on slipping back which made the ride to town a bit of a slog and annoying. Just a suggestion that they should have all their bikes sent for a service and make sure the bikes are ready for use.

The property and room with a view of the ocean was fantastic, very comfortable! The staff and GM went out of their way to provide me with a very pleasant stay, assisted with storing my luggage and bike while I travelled elsewhere for a duration of time.
