It’s close to the groove mall

It was expensive compared to other places within the location like Wild olives. Also the house keeping wasn’t great I complained about brushing the toilet maybe they need to be keeping brushes so that a customer can brush themselves. I dropped an earring close to my bed and after work I found it there on the carpet. If house cleaning was great they could have picked it but I’m sure they never cleaned the carpet hence not seeing the earing. The restaurant closes at 10 but this could have been exceptional for customers checking in late from a different country. I checked in and called a tax to take me round looking for food.

this place is really nice personnel is helpful facilities are great and clean and excellent location i stayed their with my family and got two rooms one next to each other. the day we had check out they kept our baggage till afternoon when we came back from a tour and then we departed so it was very good.

nothing negative to comment. we got first the two rooms in upper floor but one of the rooms had some issue with the toilet. we called reception and maintenance guy came. then he went out and then we were changed to other rooms in main floor. similar to ones we got before i guess they were going to take some time to fix the toilet and was better to moved us out.

The location is part of a farm: the whole area is theirs. As such the owners can offer interesting site trips. We visited the mysterieus fairy circles and looked for game. Some of the hills are also accessible: one can hike up and enjoy the view. The owners are friendly and supportive. The food is good and much of it comes from their own land. The area is part of a dark sky area and stargazing is supported as the cottages have an accessible roof to stand, sit or lie on (or even to sleep).

The beds are a bit small: people taller than 1.80m has a challenge. There is no internet (but understandable, as the location is quite remote)

My stay was on bed-only basis and I never got the opportunity to enjoy any of their meals but I bet they must've been good because the dining area was always full! The location of the hotel is superb as it is in a wonderful neighbourhood! It is within walking distance of Grove Mall, the second-largest (if not the largest) Mall in Windhoek. My favourite store for fresh fruits & veggies, The Food Lovers Market, is also adjacent to the Grove Mall. For the gym lovers, the Virgin Health Gym is a stone's throw away...

I absolutely abhor smoke of any kind but especially cigarette smoke! The wing I stayed in was designated as a "No smoking" area/zone, yet there was/were smokers in the neighbouring rooms that chocked me with cigarette smoke almost every night!! The workers seemed helpless about it...

I used not to take breakfast from the hotel, as I was a late sleeper and could just be ready to leave for the meeting. The location was very good, accessible and conveniently near the Big Mall in the City.

We had difficulties in booking your "Yango" cubs for transport without the local Namibian calling lines. The rooms get stuffy, and you feel like having flue all the time!

The breakfast was very good. There was lots of variety to meet the needs of everyone. It was also one of the best priced breakfasts I have had to pay for. We arrived a bit early to check-in and they allowed us to do that, which was very welcome after a long journey. We also received assistance to book a taxi to the airport.

No fridge in the room. I had water and juices that could not be refrigerated.

The place is exceptionally clean, just in the centre, 5 minutes to and from the mall. The workers were very friendly and ensured that our stay was awesome. The meals were affordable and well done. The shower was spacious as well.

The double bed was too small for two adults! It felt like a three quarter bed. They gave us a 3 legged ironing board which was not easy to use.

Location was excellent. I was visiting the dr's at Pohamba Hospital. I was able to go to the mall as well without worrying about driving too far. And I was able to book an extra night without a problem. I ordered room service without a problem. It was quiet during the night.

Due to the fact that I was there due to illness, the construction noise was disruptful from early morning till afternoon. I could not rest properly

The best part was the showe: perfect pressure so you can feel nice and clean after less than 5 Minutes. Just perfect after some days in the desert. The bed is very comfortable. It is easy to find and has safe and good parking right behind the building. It is located between a mall and a hospital and close to the highway. If you follow the sighns to Grove Mall, you can ask for the Lodge as well. The rooms have USB plugs. Overall, it is a nice buisness hotel at a low price.

The only thing I can think of are other guests who were very loud in the hallways. I needed to get up very early and tried to go to sleep early because of that. Somehow there were quiet a lot of other guests who did not realise or did not care how well you can hear everything in the hallway in the small rooms and forgot about the politeness not to mistake the hallway for a living room. Other than that everything was perfect.

We loved that the Lodge is situated in a newly developed area in Windhoek. Beautiful hotel and amenities. Beautiful rooms and comfy beds. We enjoyed staying there over the weekend. Friendly staff. Professional service. Loved the wallpaper scenery above the bed.

We ordered supper,but was quite disappointed in the Brisket meal. Certainly not up to standard. Chef offered to exchange for something else.
