I stayed here for 9 nights striaght as a solo guest. The location of the hotel is great as you can access to any place easily. The room was clean, the TV and wifi worked well. The balcony just outside the room added further convenience. The owner and the staffs are friendly. I would say the price is jusitfiable taking all those points into account.

There is nothing that comes into my mind regarding complains.

Everything from the appealing offer, the swift airport pickup in a minivan, the smooth check-in experience, and the friendly staff. The room was comfortable, with a great bed, a desk area, and hot water for shower. The mood lighting near the bed was an excellent touch - no need for bright overhead lights. Breakfast was enjoyable. The coffee was fantastic!

Wish I'd stayed another night! Minor grips, with hot water geyser dripping a little over the toilet, and maybe not being consistent. Hand soap would have been good next to the sink.

Whilst beds were great the pillows were not so good and really need changing

I loved the location as it was within walking distance of the stores and restaurants. I really appreciate Yogesh and the team. Any questions were answered, and if they didn't have an answer, you would get one before the day ends. The breakfast was great, they took your order and it comes to your wherever you were seated. I hope the property owner understands that the team makes the place fantastic to stay at. Props especially to "Yogesh" for going out of his way to help me with getting two pairs of sneakers I really wanted. Thanks

There is nothing not to like about this place.

The hotel was very clean. Particularly my bedroom and bathroom. The bedding was also clean and there was a mattress protector too. Most places I've stayed in don't provide this. The staff were absolutely lovely and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. Yogesh, a member of staff, also accompanied me to the bus station, to make sure that I set off safely for my onward journey. The location of the hotel is great. Near shops and some great cafes.

There was nothing I didn't like. I was happy with everything . However, it would be nice to have a more pleasant seating area to drink coffee and eat breakfast. Perhaps in the upstairs area which is not often used and has a balcony.

We loved our say at Karma hotel- we actually stayed here for a total of 6 nights, as we had flooding in Kathmandu and they were so helpful in extending and even when we still couldn't get our bus to Pokhara and they were fully booked they found us a new hotel for the same price and liaised everything for us- it was so kind and very helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped. The beds and pillow were comfortable and clean, the bathroom was super clean and had the best hot showers we had our whole trip. It is run by the most welcoming staff who we enjoyed having chat with and they were also all super caring checking in on how my partner was when he was unwell. They really do go out of their way for their guests. You can also book tours, transport and get information about where to go all from the hotel if your seeking help with your trip. Highly recommend.

Its location, the owner and the staff are so friendly and contactable, able to provide my request and helpful! You have options for payment whether cash in NPR and any currencies also with card. They also provide the airport transfer which is very helpful! so that’s why I stay here 2 nights and extended for 5 nights!

Almost nothing, even though I didn’t see any elevators but the staff will help you with the luggages, maybe bit noisy well that is because its location in heart of Thamel but it doesn’t really affect me, as long as all the basic facilities like AC, hot water, and cleaness is above the line.

a very friendly and welcoming hotel in an excellent location in the heart of thames, quite enough though. There was a common veranda too. Big bathroom, free shampoo and shower gel. Breakfast was tasty and coffee very good. Value for money. Free pick up for international flights was appreciated by us. I have to say the best for staff. Helpful, smiling all time. We were able to leave a part of our luggage for ten days and collect it before our final departure. In addition buses for chitwan leave 8 minutes on foot from hotel, very convenient for us. We visited durbar Square by ourselves and we rent a taxi with driver at 70 dollars by santos for a day trip to monkey temple ( excellent), Patan (very good), baktrapur ( excellent), Buda temple ( excellent), passi...hindu temple (cremation was a small shock for us).

This was the first place I stayed at in Nepal and I feel like I got very lucky !! Perfect location, free airport pick-up, great complimentary breakfast and the room was clean and comfortable. The owner and his staff were super friendly and helpful and it was an absolute bargain as I arrived in the low season so the prices were very low. It's pretty cold this time of year but the heating in the room kept it toasty 24/7 !! Honestly, the only problem I can see is that all other hotels in Nepal are probably going to be a disappointment in comparison :-/
