The property is huge with ample space for walks and sitting space. Good options for food.

The ground floor suite rooms aren’t fun, I had asked for an upgrade but wasn’t available. The suite rooms could be better, it just feels like a normal room with more space. The food service at the main restaurant is horrible, the wait time is huge. Also the food is okay not that great. Breakfast options are limited and they charge hefty for it.

Loved our stay over here great staff great management system, you dont have to call everytime to get something delivered at your door step they have an app and it made everything so easy...

Because i booked from booking they gave me an family appartment room which had a locked door as a barrier inbetween both rooms and there were other guest at the next room which made our stay very uneasy i could here them talk, i could here them watching tv, i could here them do everything. I am very very very disappointed that I didnt got the actual room that i booked from this app which was a cottage room.

awesome room, large, spacious, great service! really loved how it had a view of shivapuri. also had a few restaurants and even a spa within the resort

The room and surrounding area were awesome with lobby area, study table, dining table, kitchen, chandelier, bathroom with bathtub. The view from window was garden area.

The room i stayed smelled like it had been closed for long time. The sofa, bedsheets and blanket had some kind of old smell. Although most of the room was dust free.

Huge room! The staff were also very friendly. The resort is very big so it feels spacious and relaxing. Has in-house spa and international dining options. Great view of Shivapuri

Well night near by room made the noise and management did not take any action . Its better to put hair dryer in cottage rooms.

I really enjoyed the room I was in, very comfortable, clean, spacious and very good lighting. It had a big balcony looking at the trees, flowers and birds. Very quiet and peaceful location. It had a nice restaurant and very beautiful seating area outside, iluminated by lights all over during the evening making it a lovely athmosphere. Then I also liked the fact that I could have a really good relaxing massage after travel and I could use the gym. The staff were super helpful and nice :)

I misplaced my sunglasses when I checked in at the hotel as I was so tired and I was not able to find them anymore :(

Must book this property ..great ambience and facilities and staff...love the place ..worth for money
