I liked that the owner/GM met me at the airport and drove me directly to the property. Mr. Arjun is kind, organized and his housecleaning staff had the room prepared perfectly for my arrival. I also liked that it's a family run hotel, so Amir, Arjun's son, is at the front desk at night. Everyone communicated. Every staff member approached me with a warm welcome and his wife cooks some AMAZING food (Nepali, Indian, Chinese and Korean) dishes that embody 'flavortown'. The view is spectacular when the clouds clear! Mr. Arjun also owns a trekking company, so many of the guests were here before or after Annapurna treks. It was so pleasant to sit in the evening and chat with the other guests and his family. The rooms are a bit dated, bu tthe bed is comfy and I was so happy to be here. I will return again for a longstay. I 100% recommend this property for your budget travel accommodation. It's not a new property, but here, you get the amazing Mr. Arjun and his family, which makes it so much better than another generic trendy hotel. I can't wait to visit again! #travellikeandy

There were one or two things in the bathroom that needed work, but they were small and did not negatively impact my stay at all.

- VERY nice and helpful owner! Really worth mentioning! He helped me everywhere and at any time and organized everything - very clean - Shower gel/shampoo and soap available - Toilet paper available - Comfortable bed - Shower water gets hot - Location very good (close to the lake, close to the center, close to a gym)

- 1 cockroach in the bathroom - Wifi in the room very bad - No socket close to the head of the bed

What an incredible hotel! The owner was so friendly and accommodating and gave us the best experience in Pokhara. The room was lovely and clean, the staff made sure they fitted the room with an extra fan so that we would be comfortable. The breakfast was enormous and so delicious, it filled us up so much we didn’t eat lunch on both the days! The owner’s wife cooked us a beautiful home cooked meal, which was some of the best food we have eaten in Nepal as a whole. The hotels location is fabulous, a view of both the lake and mountains, but also a very short walk from lovely restaurants and shops. What also makes this hotel a true show stopper is that you are able to book tracking through the hotel, me and my partner found this really helpful as it was a trusted company which we knew was easy to go through and what to expect. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely nothing.

We really love the room, location and hospitality. The room is so amazing, clean and comfortable. The garden in the hotel is super beautiful and peaceful. We can also see the really nice view from the rooftop. ❤️ Moreover, we can walk only 2 minutes to the lake which is really nearby. That means we can enjoy our days easily. Compared to the price, it is really worth it. The owner, his wife and the staffs are also really friendly. We have a lot of memorial experience with them, especially the food they cooked for us. It's better than any restaurants in Nepal. We can't wait to be back again.

Had a great stay! Neat, clean and comfortable room. Good bathroom. Hotel has a nice open feel and there's an open courtyard on the ground floor where breakfast is served. Well located, very close to the Lakeside Road with restaurants, cafes, etc. The lake itself is a 5 minute walk. They have washing machines and provide a laundry facility at a reasonable price. On an earlier visit, I had used their baggage storage facility when I went for a trek. Most importantly, Arjun is a welcoming and very helpful host and makes all efforts to ensure guests are well looked after.

Value for money! The manager is so nice cos he upgraded my room! Just the bidet is not working but for short stay I had great time to relax paying less. Other properties around are much more expensive but you may get the same comfort level as here!

Bidet didnt work. Didnt ask them to fix cos it was short stay. But it’s not deal breaker for me as well!

I recently had the pleasure of staying here and it was an absolute delight. The hotel staff provided exceptional hospitality throughout my entire stay. They were welcoming, attentive, and always ready to assist with a warm smile. The rooms were well-appointed, clean, and offered a comfortable retreat after a day of exploration. With its prime location and impeccable service, Hotel Travel Inn truly made my visit to Pokhara memorable.

The garden was not well maintained. A little care at that would be nice for the eyes.

- Hotel manager is super friendly and helpful (not just with booking but providing information - he provided really open and honest advice and his English is perfect. - I was able to check-in in the morning because there was a room free - Courtyard is really cute and the roof top is simple but good for views and drying clothes - Rooms have everything you need with a small fridge etc - Location is perfect

- Nothing really, sometimes the wifi connection wasn't the fastest but this is really trying to find a fault.

The hotel is very clean and Arjun and family very helpful and welcoming the rooms are very clean hot water everything to make your stay enjoyable

This is a great hotel to stay in when visiting Pokhara. I stayed here in May and found the rooms clean, comfortable and with good Wifi and nice hot showers. The location is excellent for visiting the lakeside area and is just a short walk to the shops, restaurants and bars. The new management here is also very helpful and friendly and, best of all, the price per night is not high so you get a great value experience. Highly recommended.
