Everything :) The staff always were able to help you with anything. From negotiating cab fees to walking with you to a souvenir shop. I reached pohkara.at 12 midnight. I informed the hotel via booking.com to inform that my bus is very late. It was 12 midnight and I had someone waiting at pohkara bus stop to pick me up. AND they were extremely responsive via the chat It was reassuring :) Extremely grateful. :) The hotel is just walking distance from phewa lake. On the roof top you can see machaprae mountain if the skies are clear. From my balcony I had a view if the lake. :)

This Lakeside gem exceeded my expectations! From the delicious and varied breakfast buffet to the incredibly comfortable beds, this newly built hotel delivers on all fronts. The central location is perfect, the staff goes above and beyond, and the rooms are impeccably clean. I slept so good! Highly recommended

I stayed here two times, before and after Mardi Himal trek. I ended up taking the night bus out of the blue as my flight got canceled, but the hotel was kind enough to provide me with a free ride at 5am and even upgraded me to a nicer suite! The air conditioning was super strong, breakfast was delicious, and everybody at the hotel was super nice. The 2nd time I stayed I was at one of the suites with the hot tub in the balcony. The balcony was HUGE, and I loved the hot tub so much, was the best way to relax after a 4 day trek. The view of the lake from the hot tub was breathtaking, and I was glad to soak up overlooking the main stretch of the city during Nepalese New Years. Highly recommended.

Most hotels in Nepal (even if it's rated 4,5 stars) are slightly dated so it showed some sign of age, but over all no complaints.

It's our first time in Nepal, and we’re already falling in love with the country—thanks to its warm-hearted people and heartfelt hospitality. The hotel is perfectly located near Phewa Lake, yet tucked away from the crowds, offering both convenience and tranquility. Everything we needed was within walking distance. The staff, from the reception to the restaurant team, were all genuinely kind, professional, and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent—a delightful highlight of our stay. We had a room with a balcony that offered a beautiful view of the lake and mountains. Reception staff, Prince and Swapna, were especially helpful in planning our stay and arranging a good vehicle for our journey to Kathmandu. One thing I’d especially like to highlight is the hotel's generous policy of providing unlimited drinking mineral water at no extra cost. I’ve visited many hotels across 10 countries, and I’ve never experienced such thoughtfulness. I truly appreciate it and wish the team all the best!

That said, room facilities could be improved. For this budget, a small cupboard for clothes or a hair dryer would be considered basic amenities in most hotels. The bathroom space was also quite limited. However, the overall cleanliness of the room and hotel was impressive.

Super comfy beds, very friendly staff, very central location on pokhara lakeside a few metres from main street, balcony with view on the lake from some rooms(mine has it) , nice buffet style breakfast with lots of food choices that change daily and very good coffee. Cappuccino is extra but they do it so well(even with latte art)and it's worth paying for it. Rooms are cleaned daily if one asks for it and bottles of water are always complimentary. They also give many free toiletries. Laundry service is very fast.

The staff! Every one of them were very attentive, friendly & looking to assist us. The Hotel is located in the lake area is only around 500 meters from the lake. We could get a complete view of the lake. We were also able to see World Peace Center, Shiva Statue & Sarangkot hills from the Restaurant of the Hotel. Special thanks to Karun who was very helpful. Would also like to appreciate the Chef who had prepared very tasty meal. They Hotel also organised our tour taxi at a very reasonable cost (it is difficult bargaining with taxi drivers there). Overall the very pleasant stay.

The cost for the room was slightly higher & one would expect more for the cost. But for us, the staff more than made up for this short coming.

Excellent place with Great Service and View! We stayed there 30th November to 3rd December, 2024. The place was so good, the balcony vjew was amazing and the service was top-notch. This place is situated in a very convenient place, ev Specially Bikram Dada helped a lot. He made our stay tension free and assured everything in an WhatsApp text away. He also booked our Paragliding, Bike rent, and Taxi in a very reasonable price. I'll be staying here in my next trips as well.

I stayed in 3 hotels during my time in Pokhara, and this was by far the best. Large room (I stayed in room 201) great beds and pillows, spotlessly clean and big bonus for me, a large bath to soak in and minimal noise. I found the party scene noise of Pokhara very hard to sleep. I checked out of one hotel after just one nights sleep or very little sleep. I was happy to pay more if it meant quality sleep. Breakfast is basic, but that is most places when comparing to back home, for Nepal was pretty good. Every staff member was super polite, helpful, and genuine in care. Worth paying a little more if you value these things, and plenty around if you don't.

The location is excellent, 5 minutes from the lake and the city center. Quiet at night and there is a guard. There was no safe in the room. In relation to Nepal by backpacker standards, this is an 11 out of 10.... The staff is courteous, smiling and helpful. Varied and good breakfasts. The view is excellent. In summary, an excellent experience
