I text Raj the owner as I would be arriving at 2am. Got there past 3am and someone was waiting for me:-) I had the best stay for a week of my whole trip. Raj and his staff were so helpfull to me and the food was amazing. I asked them about booking a guide as I wanted to do the Annapurna base camp treck. Raj sorted me out the best guide and at a price that was way below half what the agents charge on the main Pokhara strip. I ended up having the best 9 day treck to base camp I could have wished for!! The room was comfortable and had hot water which is exactly what was needed after my treck. I am so happy I picked this guest house randomly from booking.com best decision I had made! I wanted to stay longer!! Thanks Raj for an amazing part of my trip! Also the price was so cheap!

Wonderful host family, great views of lakeside and the lake, and cozily adjacent to the forested hillside with the monkeys. Rooftop area provides room to do yoga with view of the lake. Comfortable bed in room with fan. Host offers filtered water available for 10nrp and laundry on site available for a cost. The host kindly offered us a place to store our luggage securely for as much time as we needed while trekking in the annapurnas for a cost. My partner and I stayed at sweet dreams hotel many nights before and after our trekking trip in the annapurnas. Very grateful to this kind host family. Thank you.

Important to let host know the night before your check out date if you will be staying an additional night, so he can either reserve it for you or make it available for rent to a different guest. Our bathroom shower and toilet sprayer had some leak issues and I did not figure out how to turn the shower water warm.

The best host I ever, ever had in a very relaxed atmosphere, surrounded by many wonderful and open-minded travelers of all ages! Raju (the host), and his family take care of all guests, help booking trips, tickets and permits and give you all the advices you need about Annapurna Range and its periphery. Delicious food from breakfast till dinner is available and lying in one if the many hammocks, while sundown at Phewa Lake makes the atmosphere priceless. I can absolutely recommend Sweet Dreams Hotel and want to return as well to this place in a short while. Thank you very much, Raju. You and your family bring an unique lifestyle to this place! There is nothing to complain ...

This Hotel / Guest House is fantastic. I have stayed here before and it is as great as 7 years ago. The manager, Raz, does everything for you to have a good stay. "Neat and clean" is his motto. The Guest House is is situated up on a hill above the lake with fantastic views from the terrace and the hammocks outside the rooms. There is no parking and 80 steps to clime. This is perfect for me since it is then calmer some distance from the street. At the same time it is only 2 minutes from the busy waterfront. I love to sit on the terrace and work with my computer with fantastic view over the lake and the sunset.

The staff is beyond amazing. The view is breathtaking, perfect to be in the center but with some privacy and space. It is a really beautiful and fun town and sweet dreams will just feel like home. Very grateful to have found this and have met the people who are here to make the experience even better.

Peaceful guesthouse overlooking the lake and bordering the forest with a garden and rooftop area. You get a feeling of being in nature while it’s only a short walk down the hill from central lakeside district. Owner is personable and knowledgeable about the area’s activities. Daal bhat was good and my room had a view of the lake. Neighbors have an outdoor movie garden cinema.

Disneyland which located a bit outside of the place. Disneyland shouldn’t exist in the beautiful place like Pokhara.

Very nice people! We were greeted well, accommodated and it was a very comfortable place to live. The best thing is the view of the pool from the room

It is noisy at night because there are attractions nearby that are open half the night. But if you close the window, you can sleep

Very friendly and helpful owner. We could leave our luggage there while we went for trekking and he even upgraded our room. Rooms were spacious and very clean and this for a great price. There is also a great view from the rooftop and a nice terrasse. We would definitely stay here again and can fully recommend it.

Very nice, peaceful and colourful place to stay near Lakeside but away from the crowd. Host is super friendly and makes you feel like home. I especially liked the hammocks and the great view. Also nice food, good services and perfect location. I would definitely come back.
