The area of the property is really nice, comfortable beds, very clean room, could control the heat in the room which is always perfect, really good shower, quiet area and the free coffee in the morning really added to the overall experience (really good coffee!) There is also an elevator on the property which is rare to find in Amsterdam :) Also has an amazing street market on a Saturday morning right outside the hotels door, highly recommend!

There was a slight drain smell in the bathroom, however didn’t ruin the overall experience!

Location is excellent and quiet. Staff ia amazing and always available, even by WhatsApp 24h. They also have bike for rental which is super convenient. On saturdays you have the best street Market in Amsterdam just in front of the hotel. It is great! You can find everything. I definitelly recomend this hotel.

Excellent location. Very warm and friendly welcome and help from staff as needed throughout. Great communication from the team too. Very quick check in and access to our room. Lovely room, clean and light. With a lovely view. Comfortable beds and great shower with plenty of hot water.

The heating/air con was not perfect. The room was warm (much needed as it was very cold during our visit), but too hot over night and turning down the thermostat didn’t hugely help. The system was constantly cycling and making a noise throughout the night which disturbed on occasion. Not a huge deal but a minor irritation. The pros of this property massively outweigh this point.

Fantastic location in Jordaan. We were able to enjoy the area by staying here. The room was decent sized. Getting coffee from the front bar/reception area was a plus....and it was so so good! The staff went above and beyond helping us when we were there. Since our kids wanted to ride bicycles in Amsterdam and we had a very packed itinerary, the hotel staff obliged us by leaving the keys to a couple of their bikes overnight in our room. We finally managed to sneak in one ride early in the morning to catch some yummy croissants at the bakery down the street.

The bathroom door was frosted glass and did not have a lock. That was a little bit awkward with the family but with strict instructions - not to go near the bathroom, we solved the issue! Recommend a thicker frost to the glass. Also note that the staff is available only 930a-530p. We didn't need anything off hours, but just good to note. Also note that it is a good 15 min walk across bridges and cobblestone streets to get here from Amsterdam Central. So note if you are planning to come with large bags.

The location was incredible, only got the tram once during our stay. Everything was very accessible during our stay and it was lovely staying within the Jordaan area. The rooms were very clean and the bed extremely comfortable and I liked the method of letting the staff know we wanted our room making up. I also requested balcony and this really added to our holiday, we spent a night playing cards on the balcony with the lovely view and I really felt that I lived in the city centre of Amsterdam.

Only a couple very minor things. Some of the fixtures such as the air adjuster in the bathroom was close to hanging off the wall and a few scuffs around the room that could be touched up. I intended to hire out the bikes when I thought it was free however it did come with a charge, and I think with this hotel being pricer this probably could have been a free facility. The shower is a wet room and did put me off showering in the from as I felt like my showers were limited by time before the water would reach outside of the bathroom.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. They were so attentive and helpful, offering great local recommendations and ensuring that all our needs were met throughout my stay. It’s clear that they genuinely care about providing a top-notch experience for their guests. The location is perfect — right in the heart of the city, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions within walking distance. We were able to explore everything with ease, making it the ideal spot to homebase during our trip. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we will definitely be back next time we’re in town!

The hotel itself has a cozy, intimate vibe with nicely decorated rooms that offer a unique charm. While our room was a little on the smaller side, it was still comfortable and well-appointed, and we didn’t mind it too much since we spent most of our time exploring the area.

Location was great to access all parts of downtown Amsterdam via walking. Clean and bright rooms. Balcony a nice touch. Staff were friendly and helpful

Love coffee to start the day. Hotel offered coffee each morning as part of their amenities, but staff would not start until at least 9am. Sunday was 9:45 am. Staff arriving an hour earlier each morning would have be great! 😊

First of all, incredible location in one of the cutest neighborhoods! Jasper was absolutely sweet in welcoming us and explaining everything. The room itself was modern, clean, beautiful with a small sweet balcony and nice view. I will say the room is tiny and hard to walk around in, let alone put your luggage. But they did take care of everything and were really sweet, I just think for this room size maybe the price could've been a bit lower. Definitely recommended though!

Just keep in mind reception services are only until 5:30 pm, but they do mention they're also available after on WhatsApp/phone.

The balcony is amazing little touch. Loved the under floor heating in bathroom. Every morning we got up and went out. Our maid came every morning to replace fresh bedding and towels. Place is amazing and would recommend all my friends and family to use Adam’s suits hotel.

Nothing at all loved how I could come and go at anytime we liked. Location was perfect. You’re not far from Main Street about 7/10 min walk. Loved every single day thank you for our stay,

I was a little apprehensive as we were arriving the evening of December 31 and the staff were not going to be available at the hotel; we would have to use an app to access the hotel. However, after a few emails back and forth (they were always very helpful), we were able to get into our room without a hitch. The room was lovely and the cute neighborhood is in a great location. We did have our work cut out for us as far as food/restaurants on January 1, but we were fortunate to find some good places. If you haven't been to Amsterdam for New Years Eve, you should definitely go - non-stop fireworks throughout the city and everyone is out and about, having fun and not being obnoxious. We loved it. Back to the hotel: our room was snug, fitting all 4 of us in one room, but it worked fine and the bathroom was a nice design and very clean. The hotel staff was always welcoming and helpful with our questions regarding restaurants. The room attendants were also very friendly. The neighborhood was quiet so it is easy to get a good night's sleep here. The beds were very comfortable. It is an easy walk to the Nine Streets area and we enjoyed our neighborhood very much as well. Definitely go to St. Jean's Bakery down the street if you come here. Unbelievably good. When 2 of our family flew back to USA, we switched hotels, but I liked this one better even though I read great reviews about the second one. We had more space, the neighborhood was nicer and overall it was just a nice place to be.

I really can't think of anything that would have made this stay better.
