Lovely apartment, comfortable beds, nice linens, clean, bright large space, lovely view, many useful amenities: washing machine, dryer, bar fridge, kettle, WiFi and staff are very helpful. Location is excellent. Very happy with the upgrade since photos taken of four single beds.

Only a few small things would have made our stay more comfortable; guest toiletries, morning coffee, tea, sugar sachets & milk. Bathroom sliding door jamming and very hard to open and close- only needs it's runners adjusted at the top.

The room was perfect. Comfortable beds, modern bathroom. It was clean and bright. Cleaning products are available to maintain the clenliness.

Just the church bells but that is a nice wake up call. X

The place was big for the 4 of us, near the centrum by walk, well located place, this will be the only place we will rent every time we go to Amsterdam

The location is perfect, right in the centre but you can not hear any outside noise in the room.

The place is very close to the center of town and it was really easy to plan the day so close to centraal station. The 4 beds (no convertible) were very comfortable except one which made some noise. Calm neighborhood

The bathroom sliding door (no sound/odor isolation of the bathroom) did not open easily and needs to be replaced A shame the the tv and the microwave were nowhere to be found: refer to the equipment list and not the photos. There was a bad wastewater smell as soon as someone used the WC or the shower and the sink easily clogged.

Location is good, apartment is clean, beds are comfy! Don't let the other reviews deter you from staying here. We are very apprehensive after reading the reviews and the apartment being listed as permanently closed on google. Was pleasantly surprised on arrival and would stay again.

No hot water in shower (freezing cold) - Did report this on the day, so hopefully got sorted for people after us. Luckily we didn't have a long stay, so we managed.

Location was good. Beds were comfortable. Shower was nice.

There was laundry but the dryer didn’t work so we had to take wet clothes to a laundry mat. We woke up to a very strong ammonia like smell coming from the bathroom. We left fairly quickly after so that we wouldn’t get sick. We notified the host but never heard back.

it was hard to close the sliding bathroom doors but other than that it was fine.
